Das Leben im Resort erwartet Sie im Pilot House Nr. 217 im Herzen des Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin! Für größere Gruppen befinden sich das Pilot House 215, 209 und 207 auf derselben Etage und können gemietet werden. Bitte anfragen.

Sie werden nur wenige Schritte vom glitzernden Lagunenpool, Whirlpool, Grills, Picknickplatz und Fitnessraum entfernt sein! Verbringen Sie warme Sommerabende auf dem übergroßen Balkon und genießen Sie die Aussicht auf das üppige Resort. Unsere Pilot House Wohnung ist in der Mitte von allem. Sie werden den Zuckerweißen Strand, die Unterhaltung an der Baytowne Wharf und die schönste Lagunen-Poolanlage im Resort genießen. Sandestin Resort bietet Annehmlichkeiten in Hülle und Fülle - Strandspaß, Bootfahren, Tennis, Golf, Wanderwege, ein Yachthafen, Angeln und vieles mehr.

Unsere stilvolle 1BR-1BA bietet ein Kingsize-Bett, einen vollen Wohnbereich mit einem HDTV, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein komplettes Badezimmer. Für unerwartete Gäste ist der Wohnbereich mit einem Queen-Schlafsofa ausgestattet. Ein in der Nähe befindlicher Fahrstuhl macht diese Einheit leicht zugänglich zum Niveau der Poolausstattung. Für Ihre Bequemlichkeit gibt es eine stapelbare Waschmaschine / Trockner und WLAN ist kostenlos.

Geh direkt aus der Eingangstür des Pilot House und laufe hinüber zum Village at Baytowne Wharf, was eine Freude ist! Gehen Sie zu Weltklasse-Restaurants, Boutiquen und einer Vielzahl von familienfreundlichen Aktivitäten wie einer Seilrutsche, Bungee-Trampolin-Springen, Abendunterhaltung, einem Karussell, einer Kletterwand, einem Kinderspielplatz und ferngesteuerten Booten. Es gibt oft "Filme auf dem Rasen", Kunstausstellungen, Festivals und besondere Veranstaltungen in Baytowne Wharf, die der Herzschlag des Sandestin Resort ist. Perfect location in Sandestin!

This was a great stay. The location was perfect for our teens to go downstairs and wander The Wharf by themselves. We loved being able to use the golf cart to easily get over to the beach or to the shopping area to get groceries. The condo was plenty of room for the 4 of us and was stocked well. We will definitely be back!

Convenient to EVERYTHING

Perfect location for families. Unbeatable convenience. One floor down to Baytowne dining and activities. One floor up to the pool and exercise room. Parking on the same floor as the unit. And the golf cart is a must for going back and forth to the beach! Unit is everything it is advertised to be. Looking forward to going back.

Large 1 bedroom apartment, well appointed with fully equipped kitchen, large wide balcony, comfortable bed. Great location, close to golf courses, pool, and Baytowne Wharf. Beautiful beach is a 10 minute drive away. Parking was convenient. This unit was a very good value.

The wharf is very nice! Very family friendly. The pool is lovely. Our room wasn’t that great, this is our opinion only. The furniture was dingy and worn out. The tub was still full of sand, the floors were extremely dirty still turn our feet black. And overall the room it’s self could have been updated to more of a beach feel.

July 2021 Stay

The location of the property is excellent. It is close to everything you want. My kids loved being able to walk down to the wharf. Now, the bed is supper soft. I don’t know if it is just an extra soft pillow top mattress. Either way not to my liking. The space was perfect for our family. The balcony was nice. The kitchen had everything you needed. Our stay was great.

Nice condo as advertised.

The condo was very nice and just what we expected. But the parking at Pilot House is terrible. Not enough parking for all guests and the overflow parking is supposedly located at the Welcome Center which is over a mile away. This is not acceptable and made it very stressful if we left the condo in the car and could not find a spot when we returned.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was great for what we needed. The Beach Blue rental company was amazing to work with. AC in one unit wasn’t able to keep up. Service men were there within 30 min to troubleshoot the issue, bring extra fan. First thing Monday a crew was there To install a brand new AC! They handled everything while we were off enjoying our time at Sandestin. This unit is well loved but clean and amazing location for our family.

Wonderful stay slightly interrupted

Reviewer Comments: Always love staying at the Baytowne Wharfe in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. 217 Pilot House was a comfortable stay until painting contractors started painting our patio. This was not the fault of the Beach Blue folks and they had actually warned us this might occur. We lost the use of the patio for 7 or our 11 days there but Beach Blue gave us a nice discount for our inconvenience. There was also an issue with house cleaning and a slow flushing toilet but Beach Blue had a cleaning lady and a plumber there in 30 minutes and both issues resolved. I would stay there again.

Good overall, the only issue we had was that the golf cart never got over 15 mph. This annoyed people behind us and the brake lights did not work.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the property as a 2 bedroom, however when we arrived at the property, the 2nd bedroom was able to be accessed through an adjoining door and was clearly being slept in by someone else as the 2 beds in that room were being used. I closed and locked the door and went through y emails regarding the rental and found an email after I had already rented the property that if we wanted to use the additional bedroom (or studio) that it would cost extra. I thought this was very disappointing and a very sneaky way to get more money considering this occurred after we had already rented the unit as a 2 bedroom.
