Beautiful and spacious apartment right on the beach in the heart of Zona Romantica, Puerto Vallarta. The complex has a great pool and is within walking distance of so many excellent restaurants on the beach or downtown Zona Romantica. Gringo Gulch is just across the river. And don't miss the Mercado Emiliano Zapata near the tunnels.

We had problems the first night there as it wasnt explained to everyone how the air conditoner worked, so we had no air conditioning in the master bedroom the first night so had to sleep on a hard couch. It says 24 concierge, but its definitely not. We called and called with no avail and even talked to the owner who could not answer the question either. We asked the "concierge" for several recommendations for excursions and his answer was always "I think there is only one company that does that" with no recommendation of the name so we had to google everything and we just stopped asking. We dont mind doing that at all, but when we hear 24 hour concierge, we think we will have access to great recs and local action. We did not. We asked the owner for a refund of the first day due to the fact that we couldnt reach anyone as there is no on site assistance and no help from the owner, but I ever heard from him again, and no refund. The "concierge" brought fruits and a bottle of wine, (we dont drink wine so we left it there) for us when arriving which was nice. We left money for the food that he left, but did not tip as there was no service to tip for. The service at the pool bar is amazing and they have great food. We ate there often and tipped very well. One more thing, the description is very misleading stating there is a view from the 3rd bedroom, but there is not. Its a window into the living room and people can see right into the window, so its not private at all. Misleading.

We always rent a condo when traveling. I am the one who is in charge of picking because I am very particular. I want everyone to have a great room, I want great location, updated, clean, etc. This unit is far and away the best unit we have ever stayed in. The check in was seamless. The unit itself was very clean and smelled great the entire 7 day stay! I had to buy the same deodorizers when I got home! The views are breathtaking from every balcony. All appliances were new. All staff were very friendly. The pool staff were awesome! The unit has rafts for the pool that were put to good use! Also very nice beach towels. The washer and dryer were super convenient and they supplied laundry detergent. The kitchen was very well stocked with absolutely everything you need. We were also given one of the most beautiful and abundant fruit baskets as a welcome gift which included an assortment of Mexican candy. We traveled with my brother in law and sister in law. We all said we would stay here again in a heartbeat. I almost forgot to mention the location! Right in the middle of the Romantic zone and just minutes from so many delicious restaurants!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Casa Cobre for six nights, along with our three adult children and a friend. The condo exceeded all our expectations—it’s spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located in the heart of the area. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with breathtaking views of the bay that immediately set the tone for a relaxing and memorable stay.The condo is exceptionally well-appointed with everything you could need, whether you’re preparing a full meal or mixing up cocktails to enjoy on the balcony. The surrounding grounds are impeccably maintained, evoking a tropical, almost Hawaiian feel. We especially loved the pool, which was the ideal temperature and featured a fantastic swim-up bar.Our host, Angel, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—greeting us with a bottle of wine and a generous fruit basket. When our son’s flight was unexpectedly delayed, Angel kindly allowed him to stay a few hours past checkout, which we truly appreciated.Casa Cobre was an incredible home base for our vacation, and we would recommend it without hesitation. We’re already dreaming of our next visit!

Gorgeous condo with amazing views and the best location in PV

Loved our time here and would stay again in a heartbeat! Condo is incredibly spacious and clean with all of the amenities. Beds were very comfortable. The deck is huge with amazing ocean and city views. The check in checkout process was great and Angel was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. The pool is magical and the swim-up palapa has yummy tacos and drinks. And when you leave the property you are practically on Mismaloya beach, the location is right in the zona romántica. We’ll be back, thank you!

Beautiful Condo in a Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Cobre! We have stayed a several units in Molino De Agua and this one is by far the nicest! The photos don't do it justice. The condo is well stocked with necessities, the host and manager were very communicative. The location of this building can't be beat - beachfront and walking distance to all that Zona Romantica and downtown have to offer! We will definitely be back.

Luxury in Paradise

Casa Cobra is our absolute favorite place to stay in Puerto Vallarta! We have been visiting PV for many years and have stayed in a variety of locations. This property is by far the most ideal for us. Everything, starting from our pre-arranged airport pickup to checking out was perfect in every way. Angel and Max were both available whenever we had a question, so friendly and helpful! The furnishings are absolutely beautiful and the view from the balcony is amazing. The location is perfect. We love the easy access to shopping, restaurants & the Malecon. Shopping tip - visit Sucesos for wonderful one of a kind wearable art! The Condo grounds and the pool are beautiful. This unit is extra special, and will always be our first choice for our Puerto Vallarta getaway. We are looking forward to returning in 2024!

Fantastic week at Molina De Agua

This property was absolutely stunning; the decor, furnishings and amenities were fabulous; this condo is luxurious and has incredible views. We have stayed at Molina in several different condos over the last few years- this unit is extra special; the owners are wonderful and the property manager Angel is very professional, friendly and accessible. We plan to book here again and cannot wait to be back!
