Gary, thank you for leaving a review! We have passed the information about the rug corners and older couch along to our Property Care Team so they can inspect the condo and make any necessary changes! We greatly appreciate when guests leave us information such as this so we can make improvements all throughout the year to our condos. We are sorry to hear about the rain during your stay and will also ask our Maintenance Team to check the balcony drainage! Thank you!
