Das Haus liegt direkt gegenüber vom Strand, sodass Sie nicht weit gehen müssen, um Spaß in der Sonne zu haben. Auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich auch das berühmte River City Cafe. Nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt finden Sie den Broadway at the Beach, einen fantastischen Ort zum Einkaufen, Essen, Unterhaltung und für Vergnügungsparkfahrten für alle Altersgruppen. Birthday get away

Our family got together to celebrate a few birthdays for this month and had an amazing time at this property. It is in a great location, has a great layout and beautiful decor. We will be looking forward to staying here again.

The location is spectacular as it’s close to everything.The AC on the 3rd floor was broke.The toilet didn’t work on the 1st floor.None of the TVs had remotes for them.The furniture was filthy and had food stains all over it.The floors were dirty with food underneath the couches and beds.Management when you call they tell you someone is coming but no one ever shows up.The worst stay ever!

Clean, Plenty of Room, Great Location

Family trip where are kids brought several of their friends. Had plenty of space both in sleeping arrangements as well as in the kitchen/common area. Great location for access to beach! Only suggestion would be to replace the carpet on the upper stairs and upper living area with same tile on the main floor.

Follow up needed

The house is beautiful. Unfortunately, we didn’t have hot water in the master bath shower on a regular basis throughout our stay. The A/C was not working properly and the house was extremely cold. The clothes dryer did not work. In reaching out with concern we did not get a helpful response. Would definitely recommend ensuring these items have been addressed before renting.

Dance competition beach visit

Our group came to Myrtle for a dance competition at the convention center which was a short 10 min drive away. The house was fabulous! So much room for our group to spread out, great kitchen for cooking and only a 5 min walk to the beach. We loved all the beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and cooler for use at the beach. Only recommendation would be to have some beach towels:) also a Starbucks right across the street . Publix grocery store a 5 min drive away and plenty of restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again !!

The house was amazing. It looked just like the pictures. The instructions were clear and to the point. The house was located in a nice quiet area of Ocean Blvd. We weren't near the tourist part of the strip which I loved. We were walking distance from the beach and restaurants. Driving distance from stores and restaurants as well. We will be booking AGAIN!

Extended Weekend Stay for Grand Dunes Black Tie Wedding

Perfect location and home for our six adults staying for Family Black Tie Wedding at Grand Dunes! This location in Myrtle Beach is almost surrounded by highly rated restaurants. Home was immaculate upon our arrival. So impressed with ease of check in and property management communication! Very well stocked kitchen and an abundance of bath towels/wash clothes. Only complaint was the very low pressure in third level master bath shower head. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Beach House

We had issues with parking. We should have been notified by a call, text, or email before our stay about the issues with the garage. When we got there and called for assistance they said they would send someone and call back, that never happened. The stairs are steep and we are an older crew with one of us being handicapped. We should have had access to the elevator. Otherwise the place is amazing and the community was quiet and respectful even during bike week. The proximity to the beach is the so convenient.

Beautiful home with some downsides

Plenty of room for my family of 6 (including 4 kids aged 13-20). Location was great—short walk to the beach & easy to drive to other places. The water in the house was odd—the sinks were usually lukewarm instead of ever getting hot or cold. The pressure wasn’t great but not that bad. The master toilet sounded like a boat horn every time we flushed it. If I had a sleeping infant I would have been really annoyed. We had enough towels but did have to put a hand towel in the half bathroom because there wasn’t any in it. The AC was really odd. The main floor was freezing so bad we actually turned the heat on. It didn’t matter what the AC was set to, it would drop down below 60 unless we used heat. The upstairs was a consistent 75, which was fine for us. Although we could connect to WiFi we couldn’t actually do anything. I had to disable it on my phone to check the weather! There are wasps building a nest outside the kitchen window near the small round table but I didn’t see any in the house. The bathrooms were clean. Aside from the weirdness with the AC & other issues, it was a great house & my family had a great time.

Great location and space, mediocre management

The space in the house was great for 8 adults and just minutes from the beach!! The only reason this isn’t a five star listing is because the management company could do better. I attempted to contact before our stay via the VRBO and Vacasa apps without response, there was two rolls of toilet paper total for four bathrooms and when the host was notified at 4pm I was told it was “after hours” and they would be by the next morning with more toilet paper (which didn’t come until afternoon), there was one dish towel for the kitchen, no hand towels for the powder room, no wash clothes, no trash bags, no beach towels and half the beach chairs were broken. Great location, just know you will need to bring EVERYTHING!

Inspiration Rental 7/16/23 - 7/22/23

We had a great time. The weather was great and the house was really nice except for one exception. We did not have water in the shower/tub on the top floor. It was the one in the hallway. We went without water for the whole week so that it was a very inconvenience for some of our family to use the master bath and the shower down on the bottom floor. I was in contact with the rental agency and every day they said they would pass it on to their staff. Needless to say, no one showed up.

Great location, overall okay place!

The rental itself is very nice. Cons: - NO EARLY CHECK-IN (while it doesn’t say this on the rental listing, this property does not allow for early check-in, EVER. Even if the rental is cleaned and ready to go before 4pm, you are not allowed to enter until 4. You also are not allowed to park on the property at all until after check-in.) - Not sure if this was just an unlucky occurrence, but when we arrived there were HUNDREDS of flies (mix of dead and alive) in the garage. Thus, any time you open the door to the garage, flies get into the main house. - Beach cart that was advertised in posting was rusted and broken. Pros: - Super close to the beach, not a long walk at all! - Code keypad to get into the house (no physical key to keep track of), and different AC temperature controls on the second and third floors - Rental has multiple beach chairs (even one Tommy Bahama), 2 beach umbrellas (one pretty small and one not in a case, but they both work), some beach toys (shovel, bucket), and a big wheelie cooler.

Good location, not clean!

The home is beautiful and right across the street from the beach, but it was NOT well cleaned, the AC on the main floor didn’t work and there wasn’t adequate bedding in two of the rooms. We had to clean the bathrooms before we could use them and there was trash left from previous guests like out in the open, including pizza boxes. There was hair, soap scum and hard water stains in the showers and hair on the bathroom floors and the kids feet were filthy within a couple of hours of walking around barefoot. And this wasn’t sand or anything due to proximity to the beach - this was filth and the result of no deep cleaning between guests. I had reached out to the property manager. I got one set of sheets and none of the other issues resolved - I requested the floors be cleaned and the stairs vacuumed and that someone fix the AC. I heard back after I had already checked out. The property is lovely, but the maintenance support and cleaning were terrible.

Perfect location & beautiful home

My God-sister and I took our kids to Myrtle Beach for an end of summer last hurrah! This house was spacious enough for 2 adults and 4 teenagers who of course want their own space. It was just a quick walk across the street to the beach and a short drive to resturants, go-carts, shopping and amusement rides! We also has garage and side parking it was so convenient not to hunt for parking each day!

Spacious!

Get your steps in

The property was wonderful and provided with all the essentials. It was hard going up and down with heavy luggage, cooler and groceries The house is beautiful and so spacious. After a stay here, you will never stay in a hotel again. It was “perfect”

Beautiful Property

So close to the beach. So much space. We had a blast! Used the property to host a bachelorette weekend. We were a two min walk to the beach and a ten minute Uber to Broadway at the beach! So much fun!
