Recently remodeled. Still doing some trim work. 4x a year we do a deep cleaning, spray for bugs, and after every guest the floors get steam mopped, bathrooms are scrubbed, light dusting, linnens washed, applianced cleaned, etc. The oven is regularly clean. Pictures are helpful for future refrence. If you have any issues, concerns, we are available through the vrbo app and can have most things taken care of wIthin 24 hours. We were there in March and other guests as well didnt smell any problems, all the walls were opened up, floor is brand new, and all the sub floor was ripped out preasure wahsed, treated with mold killer/preventer, dried out, and re-installed. No mold in that house. In the future, communication is key to a happy stay. Unfortunately, we can‘t help your stay be better after you leave.

We did replace the Matress. Many people loved the bed but a few more did not. Thank you for your feedback:)

We have a professional cleaner and when greeted with a bad smell we would appreciate some communication about that fact before you check out and ideally upon arrival. As well as the other issues you mentioned that I have a very hard time believing. Blood stains on sheets, etc. The only food left in the frig and on counter would be condiments in the frig and coffee, sugar, spices, etc in cupboards or counter tops. We purchase large body soap & shampoo containers for our guests and this is the first time someone has complained about that. Around this time there was an infestation that we immediately closed our rental and had the home shut for 3 weeks to eliminate the bug problem. I wish you would have told us about this during your stay so we could have addressed it right away. We have two approved cameras on the exterior of the house that isn't "through out". One is to watch driveway and one is to watch the floating dock, tide & our boat. We have had many happy guests and stayed many weeks in this home and it is a great place and have not had the terrible issues you claim you had. We are terribly sorry for the parts of your review that were true and we would communicate with the owner upon almost every issue you claim occurred. We are always available to make your stay your best vrbo stay.

Sailboat is scheduled to be removed in June.

Thank you for your review. I believe you showed up to the house early and that is why the cleaning staff wasn’t finished and your code wasn’t enabled yet. All the other guests this year before and guests after you didn’t have a problem with any oder. But I understand some people have a stronger sensitivity than others. Both the pet and cleaning fee have been refunded through the Vrbo app.

Thank you so much for your review! We very much enjoy the home ourselves on a regular basis and it's always good to have folks who enjoy the same things we do stay at our waterfront getaway! This area of Florida has so much to offer, you could stay for a month and not see and do it all.
