Unser Golf-Side Villa befindet sich in einer der schönsten Entwicklungen Siesta Key ist - nur ein paar Schritte von den weißen Sand von Crescent Beach. Die Villa ist eine private, Oceanside Hause aus nur drei Minuten Spaziergang entlang der Palmen gesäumten Fahrt zum Strand.

Die Villa verfügt über ein gemütlich eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer, ein Esszimmer, Veranda, zwei gut ausgestattete Zimmer, zwei Bäder und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Die Küche ist mit Kühl / Gefrierkombination, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Entsorgung, Toaster, Mixer, micowave und mehr. Die geschlossene Garage befestigt ist, und verfügt über eine komfortable Tastatur Operator. Zur Ausstattung gehören ein 2 Telefone, Fax und Anrufbeantworter. Kostenlose bundesweite Ferngespräche. Es gibt (3) HD-LCD-TV, DVD-Player, CD-Stereoanlage und Deckenventilatoren. Der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer ist ein 55 'Smart-LCD-Display mit HD-Service, DVR und Blu-Ray-Player. Ein voller Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner sind in der Wohnung.
Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und es gibt zwei Doppelbetten im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über eine vollständige Wand Schränke. Die Küche hat eine gewölbte Decke, weiße Schränke und Granit Zähler. Die gesamte Villa wurde vor kurzem gefliest thruout, und beide Bäder komplett renoviert. Es gibt einen großen Bereich Teppich im Wohnzimmer. Die Villa ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hell.

Genießen Sie die Privatsphäre unserer End-Gerät auf einer Seitengasse. Es gibt einen Pool nur wenige Schritte entfernt die Straße hinunter, und ein weiterer Pool mit Blick auf den Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang oder eine Fahrt entfernt.

Christmas at Siesta Key

My husband and I enjoyed our stay with our 6 and 7 yr old grandsons the villa met all of our needs we cooked and the boys played in the garage when it rained, the boys enjoyed the heated pool and the beach just steps from our villa we would definitely rent again Rich was easy to communicate with.

Vacation Villa

Lovely vacation villa in Crescent Beach on Siesta Key. Part of a nice resort (Crystal Sands) with easy access to beautiful beach. Nicely decorated with a great screened porch. Conveniently located with a 10 minute walk to good restaurants and bars in Crescent Beach. Owner was great to work with and answered all inquiries/questions promptly. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. Plastic on lanai windows made it unusable though - no air flow -so too hot

We love Crystal Sands. The construction noise by the pool was a lot though - relentless until 4:30 M-F. The restrooms near the main pool ( beachside ) need some work - they often did not smell good. Our unit could use a few more larger beach towels but otherwise was delightful.

Very happy you enjoyed your stay in the villa The "plastic" on the lanai windows are actually four -section vinyl panels. The panels easily slide up on their tracks, and end up stacked at the top so that 75% of the opening is uncovered. All of the openings are screened. There are six panels, on two sides of the lanai, so there is good air circulation and the lanai is quite usable all year long. There is also a ceiling fan on the lanai, because as you point out, it's hot in the summer. Thanks wish you had contacted me and I would have been able to explain this to you. I'm sorry it was a problem and impacted your enjoyment of the villa We have eight beach towels in two sizes. The larger ones are quite large, but the others are beach, not bath, size. Again, I'm sorry you were disappointed, and if you had contacted me, I would happily had you purchase others and reimbursed you I will be in Sarasota in a coup,e of weeks and take a look at this I will certainly agree with you about the construction. It is a necessary procedure which I informed you of before your vacation. Fortunately, it is only at the hirise building, so the noise doesn't affect the quality of life in the villas. It can be a bit noisy, however. By Thanksgiving, the work should be done, and by next year, additional improvements to the property will make things much improved In this case, our family was in the co do the week before you, and I was there for a couple of days immediately after. Your family took great care of the condo, which we certainly appreciate and thank you for. Overall, it sounds like you had an enjoyable time, and we'd love to have you back. Given the chance, we are looking to address any problems and improve our guests experience.

Beautiful Villa!!!

My husband, four children and I enjoyed a lovely 10 day stay in beautiful Villa #7 in the Crystal Sands complex. The villa has everything a family would need for a perfect beach vacation! From the fully stocked kitchen, to beach toys, beach chairs (should you wish to explore other beaches - although Siesta Key beach really is the most beautiful!), linens and even a beach cooler. We stayed in a condo in the tower in the past, but found the villa so much more convenient - especially with young children. Having the garage to store our beach items and of course to do our laundry (washer and dryer are conveniently located in the garage!) was so handy and kept the villa clutter and sand free. Siesta Key has so many amenities and restaurants close by - with Captain Curt’s, a grocery store and our favourite ice cream shop (Orange Octopus) a short walk away. We enjoyed trips to Siesta Key Village (Ciao Gelato is amazing!), Mote Marine Aquarium, Sarasota Jungle Gardens and Bayfront Park. We love Siesta Key and look forward to staying in Villa #7 again next year! Thanks Ritch for providing a perfect home for us!!

Wonderful Villa and Best Beach in USA

This was our 4th consecutive year staying at Villa 7 and we have already signed-up to return next year. This place is like our home away from home during January and February. The owner is so accommodating and always easily accessible. Every year the villa has something updated and he always wants to know what he can do to improve the villa. Having an attached garage is a big plus and it is full of beach toys and chairs. Of course the best part is the beach. Siesta Key is one of the best beaches you will ever find and we have been to many. You can't go wrong renting this property.

BEST VACATION EVER!!!!..... We were so pleasently surprised and pleased with everything. The villa is decorated beautifully and the beds were all so comfortable we hated leaving them.... We had All of the comforts of home on the besutiful beach of Siesta Key. Everything was cleaned and lovely. The kitchen had every appliance that we were used to. Loved the attached garage and the full size washer and dryer!!! We couldn't have been happier and we will definstly return to this Villa. We stayed for 31/2 weeks and loved it ,

Terrific vaction at this villa

This was our 3rd consecutive visit to this beautiful and quiet villa. Accommodations are top shelf. This villa was perfect for privacy and cleanliness. We look forward to another great vacation next year at this villa.

Loved the Villa

We've been going to the Florida gulf coast for several weeks the past 3 winters and this is the best place we've found. The villa is spacious is nicely furnished with upgrades through out. We especially appreciated the garage and the full size washer and drier. Of course the best part of staying in Siesta Key is the beach. The sand is like no where else we have stayed and there were plenty of chairs available, although the villa is well stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella (a must have for long afternoons in the sun), and beach toys. We found the owner, Ritch, to very accommodating. He even provided us with a brand new crock pot when we asked if there was one available. We have already signed-up for 6 weeks next year!

Great condo and beautiful beach!

We just got back from a fabulous week at the beach. While the weather was not perfect, we thought the condo and the area were. As a family of 2 youngsters, the condo was perfect for us. It was cozy and very well-appointed with kitchen amenities and beach toys. The owner is great and he was very helpful in recommending activities and he clearly cares for his property as a home and not just a rental unit.

Positive Experience

We have visited Siesta Key for many years. Although we are generally right on the beach, this place was a pleasant short walk and had the option of a sreet side pool nearby as well as a pool on the beach. Also, Ritch the owner is so easy to work with - going out of his way to be helpful. The place itself is clean and updated so the overall experience is very positive!

Great!

We go to Siesta Key vacations for years and this is by far the best place we've ever experienced. Not only everything is new and updated, it's very well organized and convenient. The owner is extremely nice and accommodating. Overall it was a great vacation and we'll definitely come back next year.

Great Family Villa!

This was our second stay in this unit. The unit is great for families and well maintained. The unit has always been clean. We like the extra large bedroom and updated bath. The garage keeps our car cool. There is a great screened lanai off the den. The washer and dryer are a must when you have a family and they are recently installed. The owner is super nice to work with. I would definitely recommend this villa!

Great Place

We have been to Siesta Key on multiple occasions and this was definitely one of our favorite locations! Highlights for us were the beach-side pool, easy access to the beach and bathroom and kitchen updates in the villa. We have a 2 and 4-year-old and the owners even provided plenty of beach toys and other fun stuff to keep them entertained. The owners were also extremely easy to work with and made all of the transactions very smooth. I highly recommend this villa for most everyone.

Debbie and I live in a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio. Both of our families are from Cleveland, and most of our families are still here. We have a pretty quiet life, and enjoy spending time with our two boys. Winter is too long in Cleveland, and we always look forward to our next chance to be on Siesta Key!

My family has been going to Siesta Key since 1960. It sure is a different place now, but you still find the casual beach lifestyle that made it popular. My parents bought a condo in Crystal Sands when it was being built, and it was natural for us to be in the same complex when we were buying. We never get tired of being there, our kids love going, and we are always looking forward to our next visit whenever we leave.

Number one is, of course, Crescent Beach. Its a wide, flat beach where the sand does not get hot, and it goes on for miles. Within Crystal Sands, you will find a more residential feeling development than many on the Key. The villas are on small streets that run off the main drive; there isn't a stream of traffic running past your door. It is quiet and safe. The grounds are beautiful, and well maintained. The pools are beautiful and heated.

Siesta Key is a beach community, and we've tried to provide that comfortable beach experience in our condo. We hope you will agree!
