House was spacious and VERY clean. Great location. We were only there for 3 nights but ran out of toilet paper. The pool was dirty and we were not able to swim in it. The pool guy came to clean the pool an hour before we had to check out.

This was such an amazing beach house! Minutes walk from the beach. Private and quiet area. Close to food and shopping in Seaside. Everything was as expected and very clean. No complaints from my crew! We had a blast!

All was great. Communication was excellent. The house is directly across from beach access and chairs and umbrellas that were at the house are great and prevent having to pack them from home.

Nice property- very comfortable for our family at Thanksgiving. Easy access to beach right across the street. Short walk to Seaside and house has 4 bikes that we loved riding through seaside and watercolor.

perfect place

this home was as beautiful as the pictures make it out to be. The pool was smaller than it looks but still the entire backyard was adorable. Dropdead gorgeous master bedroom with Oceanview. Loved that it was not right in Seaside!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful place to stay, better than expected even! Right across from the entrance to the beach - which was amazing. Royal Destinations was very responsive and kind. Also comes with bikes to use. Only things noticed were that a lot of times there are conveniences for people traveling in like leftover coffee pods, more toilet paper rolls, newer frying pans to use, etc, but otherwise it was fantastic.
