SANTA'S WONDERLAND NUR MINUTEN WEG !!!! GEHENDE ENTFERNUNG ZU TEXAS A & M !!! Wunderschönes 5-Zim.- / 5-1 / 2-Badehaus, 6 Blocks vom Kyle Field und dem Campus entfernt. Ausgezeichnete Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Weitere nahe gelegene Attraktionen sind die George Bush Library, der Blue Bell Park, die Reed Arena, Davis Diamond, das MSC und das Rudder Auditorium. Der Flughafen Easterwood Field ist weniger als 10 Autominuten entfernt und HEB ist nur 1,6 km entfernt. Das Howdy House befindet sich neben dem Tarrow Park, wo Sie Basketballplätze, ein Splash Pad und andere Aktivitäten finden. Das Wunderland von Santa ist nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt.
Das Howdy House verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss und drei Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss. Alle fünf geräumigen Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein eigenes Bad und ein Queensize-Bett. Im Ober- und Untergeschoss befindet sich jeweils ein großer Wohnbereich, in dem Versammlungen Spiele spielen, einen Besuch abstatten oder einfach nur entspannen und fernsehen können. Der Wohnbereich im Obergeschoss verfügt über ein Einzelbett und eine Queensize-Ausziehcouch und bietet Schlafgelegenheiten für insgesamt 13 Personen. Ein schöner Balkon mit einem großen Tisch und Stühlen sowie zwei Wippen zum Genießen der Nachtluft oder Essen im Freien befindet sich im oberen Wohnbereich.
Die große Küche hat eine wunderschöne Granitinsel mit Barhockern und einem Tisch für insgesamt 10 Personen. Zu den modernen Annehmlichkeiten gehören ein großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, eine Mikrowelle, ein Geschirrspüler sowie eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner. Sie können im Hinterhof grillen oder schwänzen, der mit sanften Party-Lichtern beleuchtet ist und einen Blick auf Kyle Field bietet.
Bei so vielen Aktivitäten, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind, werden Sie einen angemessenen Parkplatz in der Auffahrt zu schätzen wissen.

Absolutely Amazing Stay

Donna was the perfect host and went above and beyond for our visit. There was literally nothing more we could have asked for and got more than we ever anticipated. Great home and location by Texas A&M

Donna is an exceptional host who helped make our stay in College Station enjoyable. Although it rained while we were in town the Howdy House had several activities and interesting books about Texas A&M to occupy us. Location was close to E.B. Cushing Stadium for our track meet. The next time we are in College Station we will be looking to stay here again.

Great Aggieland VRBO

The Howdy house was perfect for our family of 9. Our three adult children, our daughter-in-law, three grandchildren, my husband and myself. We were in Aggieland for two nights for graduation and a visit to Santa Wonderland. Location was great and a nice surprise to see Kyle field from our backyard. The house had everything needed and more! We definitely recommend this house when visiting College Station!

Excellent!

The home is clean, close to the A&M campus, and has everything you might possibly need. Donna was responsive and gave very clear instructions on how to check in & out. Additionally, the checkout process was quick and easy (lock doors, put bath towels in bathtubs, and take out trash). I would book this place again without hesitation.

Aggie Graduation

Donna gets a 10 out of 10 as a VRBO host. The decor matched the Spirit of Aggieland and Howdy House was the perfect name for the property! Plenty of water bottles in the refrigerator and snacks in the kitchen! Location couldn’t have been better. Easy access to campus activities! We loved the house. It was the perfect place to host our youngest’s graduation with family. We will definitely be back!

Aggieland Perfection

We chose to stay at Howdy House again while in town getting our daughter’s house set up for fall semester. The home is absolute perfection, especially for anyone who loves all things Texas A&M! It is immaculate, warm and welcoming. Donna again provided wonderful snacks and drinks and even checked to see what our favorites were before we arrived. She is the best and has thought of everything to make Howdy House the perfect place to make your home away from home while in College Station.

Felt like home!

We stayed here for our daughter’s graduation. We had all our kids and grandparents too. Everyone felt so comfortable. The house had great space to allow us to eat together as a family, and all the college kids wanted to hang there too. The house was clean and nicely decorated, even for the holidays. Everything we could possibly need was already there. Donna was so easy to communicate with as well. We will be back! Thank you Donna!

Amazing Rental

Howdy, This property is just perfect. The house is decorated all A&M, WHOOP!! It is very clean, organized, so many amenities and well stocked. Donna had everything there that we could possibly think of. I have stayed at several VRBO properties and I have to say this is by far my fav. Thank you Donna for the perfect house as we were here celebrating the marriage of our son. (Whom is an A&M graduate and so is his bride). Just PERFECT!!! Highly recommend!

Aggie Celebration

We had a great time. I have rented many homes over the years and I can say there has never, and I mean never, been a more stocked and resourced home. We stayed so that my family of Aggies would have a space to hang out and eat and spend time together as we celebrated one of our Ags and the acceptance into A&M for another. Our host was great. I received a text message that gave me the check in details, including that we could check in early. This was a 5 star experience. We'll be back.

Wonderful "Hurrication"

We had to evacuate for Hurricane Laura and the owner went above and beyond to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible. The house was beautiful! So many extras and special touches to make it stand out to other rentals I've stayed at. The beds were very comfortable as well. Although the house was great, I would recommend this house also because of the owner, Donna. We had issues that came up that she handled professionally and with compassion. So kind! You cannot go wrong staying here, and you may become an Aggie fan before you leave if are not already! Highly recommend!

Absolute Perfection

If I could give Howdy House 10 stars, I would! There is absolutely nothing overlooked to make this the most comfortable and welcoming home away from home we've ever visited. It is beautiful and luxuriously appointed and every room reflects the warm history and tradition of Texas A&M. The true Texas hospitality extended to us by Donna, the owner, was equally wonderful. From the snacks she had waiting when we arrived to helping us arrange lawn mowing services for my Aggie daughter's new rental house, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! We were truly sad to leave but will definitely be back soon! If you're ever in College Station and need a wonderful place to stay to enjoy gathering with family and friends, look no further, Howdy House is the place!!

Football and Friends

What an impressive place to spend the weekend! Fresh flowers to welcome us as well as an extremely well stocked kitchen and even a tower of snackies! We came from NM to watch Texas A&M whoop up on our Lobos and met old friends from TN at the Howdy House. We brought 2 of our grandkids along and the old folks, the medium folks and the young folks all had a great time. The walk to the stadium was very do-able for all of us and if you could control the heat/humidity it would be perfect! Truly, though, the house had everything . . . even to go cups for our coffee on our trip back to the airport! Thanks for everything, Donna. We loved it!

Home away from home!

I will begin by saying Ms. Donna is an absolute darling. We were in contact before my stay and even after my stay. She has a heart of gold. We encountered bad weather on our way back home and she was sure to stay in contact with me and made sure we made it back home okay. As for the property. The pics don’t do any justice. This place looks 10 times better than the pictures. Clean, organized, super comfy, and she provided tons of goodies for the adults and kids which the kids enjoyed...after long days of football. I would recommend this place a thousand times. Howdy House!

Fantastic House in a Great Location

From the beginning, communication with the owner was seamless. She was always quick to respond and accommodated a few of our minor requests. The house itself was perfect for a football weekend in College Station. It had a good-sized kitchen that was well stocked with all the cooking equipment and utensils one would need. The owner also put out snacks and had plenty of coffee ready for our crew of 9 adults. The bedrooms were well appointed, and the beds were comfortable. The living room was perfect for watching football games before our main game. The backyard had a grill and picnic tables which we used. A key feature for us was also the location as it was just under a mile walk to campus and the stadium. A number of our friends who were with us on the trip commented that it was the best vacation rental they ever stayed in. We will definitely try for this property again next time we come to College Station
