Willkommen im Highlands Cottage. Diese wunderschön eingerichtete Sliding Rock Cabin ist ein 1 King Schlafzimmer (mit TV), 1 Bad, 1 Geschichte Ellijay Georgia, haustierfreundliche Hütte (keine Haustiergebühren) mit einem großen umzäunten Hof, in den Blue Ridge Mountains ist so komfortabel, Sommer oder Winter, Du wirst vielleicht niemals gehen wollen. Highlands liegt am Rande eines schönen Berges und ist ein perfekter romantischer Ort zum Entspannen. Entspannen Sie auf der Schaukel oder lesen Sie in den Schaukelstühlen mit Blick auf das üppige Tal und die umliegenden Berge. Ein Wanderweg im Tal führt zu einem Bach (Gehzeit ca. 15 Minuten). Vielleicht können Sie nach dem Abendessen auf der Veranda schaukeln oder im Whirlpool baden, der so abgeschieden ist, dass der Badeanzug optional ist, unter einem Pavillon, der von Mondlicht und Sternen beleuchtet wird. Highlands Cottage ist eine Kabine NUR FÜR ERWACHSENE (keine Gäste unter 25 Jahren). Bitte keine Katzen.

Wonderful

We had an amazing and romantic birthday weekend. We didn’t use the fire pit because the steps were very steep and narrow. The road to get there was one car wide mountain side which was a little rough. Everything else was wonderful!

Nice and Relaxing Stay

My sister and I had a wonderful time at our cabin. It was nice to arrive with the cabin clean, the lights on and tv going after a long drive. The location was perfect for getting all the necessities we needed for our stay as well.

Amazing Birthday

My wife and I stayed 4 nights along with our pup for my birthday. We had an amazing time. The cabin was cozy and just right for the 3 of us. We enjoyed the hot tub in the early morning and evenings. We drove the wifes car and had no issues getting up to the cabin even as low as her car sits. The fenced in yard was perfect for our boston terrier. We are already looking to book our next cabin for our anniversary...Sliding rock cabins are definitely the way to go if you have pets!

may 8-11 2023 was a blast.

My wife and I love the week ,we stayed at Private (Highland cottage.) It was clean, the hot tub was awesome. Privacy was great. Everywhere we go was pet friendly. We love this place.

Deer visited us every morning and evening. We counted 14 in all. We went hiking every day and went into Blue Ridge for ice cream. We did lock ourselves out one day and Sliding Rock sent someone immediately to our rescue. They are so great and we will continue to come back and stay with them as often as possible.

Loved sitting on the porch in the swing and listening to the rain. Will definitely continue staying with sliding rock. We also enjoyed grilling out on the porch. The only drawback is the pot-hole filled gravel mountain road to get there. The toilet was constantly running and a quick call got that resolved. They are very responsive! We had a relaxing time and enjoyed our stay.

We ended up taking him to the driveway area on a leash instead of using the fenced yard. Other than the yard, this cabin was lovely. I have never had such good sleep; the king bed is amazing.

(Me, boyfriend and dog) Gracie loved the fenced in backyard and the toys left behind from other furry guests! She even got to chase a deer when we went for a quick stroll in the woods! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make our dinners with fresh meat we bought from a nearby farm/butcher. It was cozy and comfortable! The hot tub was clean and nice and hot and ready for us when we arrived. Perfectly secluded too! Definitely would stay here again!!

Amazing stay!

Me and my boyfriend rented this property for his birthday Mid-March! It was absolutely amazing and beautiful. We had two big dogs and we all fit comfortably. The fenced in yard was awesome for them! Easy access to get down. The gas fireplace inside the cabin was a life-savor and one of my favorite things. Especially since it was so cold and rainy. The drive up and down the mountain was beautiful. The fire pit outside was also amazing and so was the hot tub. The only downside was the shower drain was very clogged when we got there & we had to snake it ourselves so we weren't standing in clogged water! Other than that, the cabin was amazing and totally would recommend to anyone!

Our stay at Highlands Cottage

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the cabin with our Golden Retriever. The cabin was as expected and very clean and well appointed. We went to two State Parks and saw a waterfall in one and had a wonderful lunch both days at Cantaberry Restaurant in Ellijay. Only complaint was the hot tub was so chlorinated that when I got in I had to get out as I couldn't breathe. The yard is fenced but not easy to get around in as on such an uneven slope. The cabin is perfect for two that just want a comfortable place to relax. We went out for lunches and cooked dinners in as I didn't want to drive the gravel road after dark.
