Casa Suala is one of two beautiful modern apartments for rent within beautiful contemporary VillaSuala (each with own separate entrance - so there are no shared areas ) in a very tranquil area .
Fully equipped and with WiFi access and in a truly stunning mountain setting the villa commands an elevated position with the most spectacular views of both sea and mountains.
Only a short walk to tennis courts, horse riding stables (a moonlight ride down to the beach comes highly recommended), boules court, children's play area & gardens, bar & BBQ taverna. The mountain setting makes it an ideal location for both keen hikers and cyclists - from right outside your front door.
Only a short drive to Port Aventura theme & water park, Lumine Hills (30 mins) golf courses, fishing on the Ebro river & all types of water sports. Towns, fabulous beaches and seafood cafes all close by.
Day trips to cities of Tarragona & Reus - and of course Barcelona via the train from the local station (7 mins from villa) to the city centre (Gracia/Las Ramblas) approx 1.5 hr journey if you don't feel like driving.
Also Ideally situated to visit the famous and prestigious wine producing regions of DOQ Priorat and DO Montsant which between them have over 45 cellers offering wine tasting tours. This region also produces the highly prized Siurana olive oil coveted by the worlds most fashionable restaurants - a truly gastronomic area to explore.

.........Or simply relax on a lounger on your very own private terrace, taking in the most beautiful scenery and fresh air - watching beautiful sunsets & listening to birds with cocktail in hand - or perhaps a glass of that wonderful local wine !

Quiet apartment with fantastic view

Sue and Alan made us feel very welcome and we had a great week. The property is a short drive from some lovely quiet beaches and has lovely views from the balcony. The area is residential, sadly the local restaurant was closed when we stayed there, but we ate at a beach cafe a drive away which was lovely

Relaxing stay with amazing views

We had a very relaxing stay in Sue's apartment. Sue was always friendly & happily answered any questions we had. The apartment itself was clean, the kitchen well-equipped and the absolute highlight was definitely the terrace with sea view - not to forget the pool. Would definitely recommend this apartment and would love to visit again.

wonderful view in quiet neighborhood

we had a wonderful week at Villa Suala, Sue and Alan are nice hosts. The beds are very comfortable. The best is the view over the valley onto the ocean. Groceries and Restaurants are approx. 10 minutes away.

Apartment with great terrace and an incredible view.

Casa Suala is located on the second floor of a remarkable and modern building. The topfloor is where the very friendly and helpful owner Susan and her family reside. Below is Casa Alados, a second apartment. The area is very calm. We could use the gated parking space next to the building. The main feature of the apartment is without doubt the 19 meter long terrace with an incredible view, good garden furniture, a great gas-BBQ and a small pool, which was unfortunately too cold this time of year. The inside area of the apartment is functional and acceptable, but can't compete with the outside area in terms of comfort. The eating area is really tiny, the matrases and couches are tired and wifi, hot water supply and soundproofing aren't perfect. We really appreciated the good kitchen facilities, with ceramic hob, oven, large fridge/freezer and delicious dolce gusto coffee!

We were very happy to hear you enjoyed your stay with us and that you loved the wonderful terrace with fabulous views. Of course, the weather is normally a little more clement than, unfortunately, it was during your stay in October, and the terrace is where our guests would usually spend most of their time - eating ´al fresco’ and enjoying those amazing views and pool in the sunshine ! My husband and I (who are the only people resident at the property at any time – not the whole family as suggested !😂) hope to be as unobtrusive as possible but are always available to help our guests in any way if needed. Of course taste in furnishings may vary, but our goal is to make sure our guests are as happy and comfortable as possible and fortunately most have indicated that we have fulfilled this for them. We always encourage people to let us know if anything is amiss so only wish you had made us aware of any annoying niggles during your stay and we would have happily rectified them straight away in order to have made your stay even more perfect.😊 We hope to be able to welcome you both here again soon

Très bon séjour et quelle vue !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Sue. Très agréable, réactive et disponible. La vue est incroyable et rien que pour cela le déplacement vaut le coup. Un appartement fonctionnel et les 3 wc et 2 salles d’eau ont été appréciées en famille! La piscine est également un plus en fin de journée. A recommander !

Superbe !

Une superbe semaine de vacances reposante car si vous cherchez le calme c'est ici qu'il faut venir 😁 Une vue à couper le souffle sur mer et plaine. Piscine agréable avec vue également. 2 salles de bain. Et 3wc ultra pratique ! Le logement est grand la terrasse également on est vraiment à l'aise. Les propriétaires sont géniaux. A ne pas manquer : Salou qui est à seulement 20 min, et la plage Miami Platja que nous avons adoré. Merci Sue😁 nous reviendrons avec plaisir 🌴

Excellent endroit pour se ressourcer

Super appartement, totalement conforme à la description de l’annonce. Particulièrement apprécié les 2 salles de bains et 3 WC ! La terrasse est juste époustouflante avec une vue saisissante et une piscine très agréable ! Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité et discrétion de Susan, ce sont des hôtes parfaits ! Magnifique vue de la terrasse - calme et sérénité au programme

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette location à la vue magnifique avec nos 2 ados (14 et 18 ans). Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité de la propriétaire avant notre arrivée qui a répondu à toutes nos questions . Nous avons adoré la vue (mer et montagne) de la très grande terrasse et vraiment apprécié de pouvoir nous rafraîchir dans la piscine d'où la vue est imprenable. L'appartement correspond tout à fait aux photos et est d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons apprécié le calme de cette location (les propriétaires logent au dessus mais sont hyper discrets - les locataires du dessous l'étaient tout autant) située à quelques minutes de l'hospitalet de l'infant et de miami platja où nous avons profité des plages et des restaurants (le lb21 est à recommander). Nous avons pu également nous promener jusqu'à tarragone, reus, et cambrils. Bref nous recommandons vivement!

Tened en cuenta que los dueños están en el piso de arriba y abajo también hay inquilinos. Mucha presión a la hora del check out realizando una inspección del piso mientras aun estábamos Recogiendo. NO repetiriamos.

I am so very sorry you did not choose the right property for your long weekend stay - Casa Suala is really not a suitable location for nightly all night parties ! However, I thought you were nice young people so I do hope that you might consider a somewhat more tranquil stay sometime in the future when you may be able to fully appreciate the property and it's location. P.S. Check out (normally 10:00am) was agreed to be at 10:30 am as you had told me that time would be 'perfecto' for you.

Une vue exceptionnelle

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en ce mois de juillet 2018. La Casa Suala nous a donné entière satisfaction et l’accueil de Susan nous a mis parfaitement à l’aise dès notre arrivée. Nous avons grandement apprécié la bouteille de vin pétillant et la grande bouteille d’eau mises à disposition, au frais, après la route, ce sont de petites attentions de nos hôtes qui sont toujours très agréables. L’appartement est dans un état irréprochable et doté de tout le confort souhaitable, avec une literie très confortable. La vue, à la fois sur la mer, la montagne et la forêt, est un vrai spectacle à chaque repas ou moment de détente que l’on passe sur la grande terrasse. L’air, toujours présent à cette hauteur, et la piscine sont très appréciés, par ces chaudes journées estivales. Les Planes del Rei est un hameau de résidences, excentré de la ville, où règne le calme et la sérenité, un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer. Toutefois, l’exterieur, piscine et terrasse, ne sera pas très propice aux enfants en bas âge, la plus grande vigilance sera de rigueur, mais pour tous les autres il faut y venir, non pas les yeux fermés, mais les yeux bien grands ouverts, car la vue imprenable qu’offre cette maison est simplement magique. Merci Susan, j’espère revenir très vite !
