Hi Christine About the detergent provided there are some in the house always but not provided as rule- shopping is up to you . Unfortunately this year in all italy and also in piedmont has been hot as never in the past. We were not ready to this but we ll think about your suggestions for next year. About the water i couldn t do too much… it was a problem,as i told you, of the city hall, again coming for the unusual hot of the summer. Luckily you were at your last day. For Next guests i had to cancel their booking because there was a big damage in the pipes of the town, not mine but their. I had to replace totally the water in the swimmingpool🤷‍♀️. Solved anyway, and there s not too much to do in this cases. Wifi normally works well, but remember we are not in a city and on the high hills of the Langhe the system is different, not with optical fiber but from internet antenna and winds can make it less efficient. The piano in an antique piano from the end of ‘800, impossible to be tuned properly but a piece of memory of my family that i m sure ypu could appreciate anyway, not for a concert obviously🤣. Happy that my worker fixed the broken step of the swimmingpool promptly, sorry for the accident. Alessandra
