Eine perfekte Einheit für anspruchsvolle Gäste. Compass Point 222 ist eine makellose, kürzlich renovierte und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft - ideal für Erwachsene oder Familien, die zusammen reisen. Mit seiner einfachen Aufteilung wird diese 2-Schlafzimmer / 2-Badezimmer-Wohnung jedem das Gefühl geben, sich wohl und zu Hause zu fühlen. Die Wohnung ist eine Einheit im zweiten Stock, mit einem Aufzug in der Nähe. Es liegt nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt.

Die voll ausgestattete Pantryküche ist groß, hell und offen. Es grenzt an den Essbereich und das Wohnzimmer an, in dem Sie Ihre Mahlzeiten zubereiten und dabei die Gesellschaft von Freunden und Familie genießen können. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 6 Personen, oder Sie können an der Küchenbar entspannen, die 3 weitere Plätze bietet. Zu den Kücheneinrichtungen gehört eine Cuisinart-Kaffeemaschine für eine Person. Das Wohnzimmer bietet einen großen Fernseher und ein drahtloses Musiksystem von Bose. Der Eigentümer verfügt über ein Netflix-Konto, das dem Gast zur Verfügung steht.

Das Wohnzimmer führt auf die abgeschirmte Veranda, wo Sie sich entspannen und den Sitzbereich, den Meerblick und die Golfbrise genießen können.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Fernseher mit Bad und Schiebetüren, die sich auch zur Veranda hin öffnen. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten. Alle Betten und Matratzen sind neu und von hoher Qualität.

Beautiful Home Away from Home

My sisters, mom, and I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful condo for a full week. Everything from the decorations, comfortable beds, amenities and cleanliness of the condo was beyond our expectations. The condo provided 4 beach bikes that turned our lack of a car rental into a memorable and adventurous positive during our trip. They also provided chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler that made our trips to the beach very enjoyable. To the beach from our condo was a very short walk and the pool was right out our front door. Annie at Break-Away Vacations was so warm and welcoming. She let us know that our condo was ready early and checked in a few times throughout our stay to ensure we were good to go for check in and departure! I would recommend this condo and this management property over and over again. We will definitely be looking at renting it in the future!

Perfect Sanibel Stay

This condo is one of the best I have stayed at. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make meals there. We loved having bikes to use around the island. The beach is within a few minutes walk. We had perfect weather. The pool was in great condition too. Thank you so much for a lovely vacation place!

We had a lovely time at the condo. It was well furnished, had everything you need for cooking and beach activities. Nice location, close to the beach and quieter than Sundial. The only thing missing was a patio view of the ocean.

Peaceful place to stay

The lanai was very private and had great furniture. The whole condo was well appointed. Communication with the property manager was excellent and the one small problem we did have was taken care of in a timely manner. We would stay there again.

What we didn’t like.

We were there for only eight days. I didn’t expect to have to go out to buy laundry and dish detergent, dish towel, sponge, dish washer detergent, and paper towels. Are these items we should have brought with us?

Very comfortable stay for family

This condo worked so well for our family. It had a large, open-concept dining, kitchen and great room which opened up to a screened-in patio. Two bedrooms and two baths plus washer and dryer. The bikes came in very handy- we rode them every day. We loved everything about this place.

Beautiful Unit Great Location

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Very cozy and the location was absolutely amazing. The condo has beach gear and 4 bikes which were great. We enjoyed a few bike rides on the island. Nice pool and steps from the beach. Property managers were great, very responsive. While I give this a 5 star listing I will add that this unit isn’t as generous as all other VRBO’s we have stayed with the basic supplies - so grab while your at the store before you get to the island. There were no sandwich bags, aluminum foil, Saran Wrap, napkins, etc. only one kitchen garbage bag, and the bathroom hand soap is really only for a couple uses. We wouldn’t let this stop us from staying there again it really was great. Very enjoyable!

Better than advertised

The condo itself is amazing. My wife and I use VRBO often and this is one of the best places we have every stayed. Very clean and well equipped. The pictures are a true representation. The beds are extremely comfortable and the ease of everything with ownership was great. They offer bikes and beach chairs and the pool and beach were equally amazing. We definitely plan to return.

Great location and very nice unit.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The unit was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It is located in a convenient location with beach access and a short drive from restaurants, shops, and other attractions. We really appreciated the access to the bicycles. The pool was also a convenient amenity which we enjoyed daily. The only problem was that our parking spot was covered with palm tree limbs and fronds for the first couple of days, and after those were removed, the pool maintenance workers parked in our assigned spot. Fortunately, there was plenty of guest parking available, which made me wonder why the pool workers didn't park in one of those. Also, the pool maintenance workers began pouring chemicals in the pool while it was occupied by swimmers without warning them. However, overall, our experience was wonderful and we would stay here again.

Sanibel Condo with great amenities

My husband and I stayed for week and loved it. The location was perfect, on the gulf side of the island with direct access to the beach. This time of year, the complex was quiet and the island was easy to navigate by car or bike. The condo was very nicely furnished with comfy beds, lots of kitchen supplies and a closet with beach supplies like carts, umbrellas and chairs. Everything was so clean and fresh, with little extras like sanitizing wipes. The only thing to improve would be the bikes that are provided. They are in need of some TLC and maybe a small tool kit to adjust seats and bike chains. We ended up buying some tools on the island bc one bike had a wobbly seat and another had the chain come off. Otherwise, a perfect week at Compass Point!

Great condo!

The condo was very clean, and worked out perfect for myself, my husband, and our two children, age 10 and 12. The 2nd bedroom had two doubles, which was great with the kids. There is an elevator right out the door and the pool is right across from the condo. The pool is not fancy, but we were pretty much the only swimmers the entire time of our stay, like our own private pool! The beach was a short walk and also never crowded. I thought the location was great! There were only 3 bikes, but when we inquired, they were quick to let us know they would cover the cost of renting a 4th bike. Very happy with our stay!

Excellent property

Everything about this condo is exceptional. It is clean, beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable, and stocked well. It is literally a 2-3 minute walk to the beach and they even provide beach chairs, shelling supplies and an umbrella. Property manager was so easy to work with and always answered questions very quickly. I will definitely be staying here again!

The location was great. Easy access to beach. Recommend iron on property and a better beach umbrella. It wasn’t usable. Two beach chairs were good. Others too small. More games would be nice and a second deck of cards but overall it was a great experience.

We were so happy with our decision to stay here. The condo was spotless when we arrived. Very peaceful atmosphere throughout the entire property. Resort Vacation at it's BEST

Compass Point 222 was everything one could have hoped for. Comfortable, serene, and beautifully appointed. We felt like we were at home in this beautiful condo that is located just a few short steps from the beach. Kitchen was very well equipped, beds were comfortable and the decor was exceptional. The owners provided a detailed booklet outlining favorite restaurants, art galleries and must do places to see and visit while on the island. Break-Away vacations did a terrific job making sure our vacation was worry and stress free. We will certainly be back to enjoy another stay.
