The place was an amazing. We had stayed there with another family member and it was plenty of room. The kids loved the outdoor swimming pool, the mini golf and the area where they played cornhole. Cozy, and just as described. Only negative was the cabinets seemed sticky. Communication was smooth, and while there’s an extra charge to heat the pool, you won’t need that in August in AZ! Enjoyed this VRBO. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for our family

This property was clean, spacious and had everything you need to spend the day by the pool on a hot day. While we didn't like being right off a busy road, it ended up not being that noticeable and I personally enjoyed morning runs around the large park across the street.

Hi Angie, so glad you enjoyed the property! Unfortunately the city was completing maintenance on the side street next to the property during your stay. This is not a normal occurrence obviously and should have been taken into consideration.

Work/relaxation stay

The property has everything and more! The beds and linens were 5 star. Every room was perfectly appointed and decorated to perfection, and the backyard is a oasis! Heather was an excellent host who responded quickly and worked with us when we needed to extend our stay!

Place was great, host was responsive, had everything necessary for our annual golf vacation. Location was perfect for us as all the courses we wanted to play were within about 20 minutes. The pool is nice and large, we had pretty significant thunder and lightening so weren't able to use it a few days, but when we did it was great. Plenty of room for everyone and lots of activities with the foosball table, putting green, etc. The hot tub was good, but the jets weren't very powerful, which would have been nice after golfing everyday. Overall an excellent property, excellent host and excellent location. Thanks Heather.

Time away with family

The property is in a location that is very accessible to everything we needed. It is set up nice for many family members. The backyard is the highlight of this property. Great Stay!

We had a wonderful time. It was clean and comfortable with full amenities. Our children enjoyed the pool, hot tub, board games, and the foosball table. It was in a residential area, about 20 min from Arizona Boardwalk and Old Town Scottsdale. The house was a corner unit adjacent to a large road, not very walkable even to the park across the road. We would definitely recommend having a car to get around. Overall, we had a great retreat and would recommend!

Exceeded expectations

This house was great for our family! We spent a couple of days of the trip simply lounging in the backyard - swimming, putting contests, bocce ball - the backyard truly exceeded expectations. The house was fantastic - super clean. Soaps and detergents provided were a nice touch. Location for a Phoenix trip was PERFECT - we traveled the city in all directions. Heather was a great host - attentive and a quick communicator. I have already recommended this property to some friends that are considering a Phoenix trip. You can’t go wrong.

Awesome Summer Kick Off

I like to take my grandchildren somewhere special to kick off their summer break. I had 5 grandchildren and 1 adult. Ages from 9 to 19. They LOVED it. There was so much to do. Lots of games, a gorgeous pool, plenty of space to sleep and play inside and outside. The manager was helpful with just a phone call. We will definitely be back. The kitchen was extremely clean and organized. You will NOT be dissapointed.

Our recently remodeled backyard includes a large pool (with heating as an available option in the winter), bocce ball court, putting green, and everything you need to enjoy our outdoor amenities.

If you feel like staying indoors, the property is stocked with board games for all ages, foosball table, and large game room to spread out. The living room has enough seating for all your guests to comfortably enjoy a movie or sports game on the large flat screen television.

Whether you prefer grilling poolside or baking in the kitchen, the property comes with all your cooking essentials. Feel free to reach out prior to check in if there is a specific kitchen item you would like available during your stay.

We get many compliments on our comfy beds and soft sheets each bedroom comes stocked with. Spacious bedrooms with large closets allow guests to settle in during their stay.
