Das Deerhaven Lane House ist ein stilvolles Ferienhaus mit 2 Hektar großen angelegten Gärten und umliegenden Wäldern am Ende einer Privatstraße. Es verfügt über eine neue Küche, einen Pool im Erdgeschoss, eine Terrasse mit Außengrill und allen modernen Komfort, um Ihren Aufenthalt im wunderschönen Hudson Valley zu jeder Jahreszeit zu genießen.

Dieses zweistöckige Haus im Ranchstil verfügt über ein Obergeschoss mit einem stilvollen offenen Wohn- und Esszimmer, einem Holzkamin, Kathedralendecken und einer frisch renovierten Gourmetküche mit begehbarer Speisekammer und einem Kleiderschrank. Es ist luftig und sonnendurchflutet mit einer Wand aus Glasschiebetüren, die zu einer großen Terrasse mit Grill und Blick auf den Garten mit Pool, Wald und die majestätischen Blue Mountains dahinter führt. Ein Flur führt zu drei großen Schlafzimmern, einem King- und einem Queen-Size-Bett, einem Doppel- und zwei Badezimmern.

Die untere Ebene ist eine kürzlich renovierte Familienhöhle mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, um Filme zu schauen, zu lesen oder eine Partie Kicker zu spielen. Es gibt einen Holzofen und eine Gästetoilette mit Wäsche. Es gibt auch ein Tagesbett, in dem 2 weitere Gäste schlafen können. Ein Queen-Futon bietet Platz für 2 zusätzliche Gäste. Das Unterdeck führt Sie in den schrägen, angelegten Hinterhof, der mit einer Schaukel, einem Pool und einem großen Springfree-Trampolin perfekt für Kinder und Haustiere geeignet ist. Die Garage ist das Spielzimmer mit großem Billardtisch, Tischtennis und einem Basteltisch mit einer Staffelei und vielen Kunstmaterialien, wenn Sie eine Pause von der Sonne einlegen möchten und sich perfekt für Regentage eignen. Wir haben auch einen elektrischen BMW für Kleinkinder und einen elektrischen Go-Cart für ältere Kinder. So viel Spaß! My family and I enjoyed our stay in this lovely, well equipped home. It was very family friendly. We had a really nice 3 day mid-week stay at this amazing house in Saugerties. Lots of good stuff! Pool was very relaxing :-) Outdoor area on the deck with the grill was perfect! There's even stuff we saved for next time, like the trampoline, the billiard table, table games. A really nice getaway!

Beautiful immaculate home in a serene setting. Plenty of room for Benny to run around in huge fenced in yard surrounded by woods. Sylvia is a great host. Very attentive, and had a chilled bottle of wine waiting for us. Coming back for a whole week this summer so that we can enjoy the private pool.

Idyllic and just an hour and a half from NYC

This place was great from the open and airy home, to the beautiful outdoors, and all the appointments. The host was meticulous about everything (in a good way). One of the special touches was the way she made us feel very much at home, by sharing the “good glasses and plates” and leaving games, toys and crafts for us to enjoy.

Relaxing weekend in the catskills

We are regular visitors to the Saugerties and Woodstock area and this was definitely our favorite house so far! The pool was amazing and the house felt cozy, welcoming and was great for children. There were so many great things about the house, from the beautifully decorated rooms to the amazing activities they had for the kids. The kitchen was also amazing and allowed us to cook great meals! The hosts were extremely attentive to all of our needs, if you are looking for a great place to stay with family and friends, we highly recommend this house!

Great family weekend

The house fulfilled its promise and provided everything we rented it for. Not only is it beautifully designed it is also comfortable and welcoming. Everyone enjoyed the swimming pool and had a fun relaxing time for the duration of our stay. There are an endless amount of things to do for all age groups. Sylvia was always lovely and available if and when we had a question. I highly recommended this place to anyone who wants to enjoy the quiet of nature under the best conditions.

Family retreat

My wife, son and myself truly enjoyed a quiet and restful getaway. The property is beautiful and perfect for a family. The pool was a big favorite obviously. But they're were also games and toys for my son to enjoy. The property manager was clear and concise in her communications and provided all the necessary information up front, but also responded quickly to any questions we had. A great stay that had my family asking when we could return before we even left!

PEACEFUL RETREAT!

My husband, son, dog and I travel to the Catskills a few times a year and this is by far one of the best homes we have stayed in. Sylvia was very nice and responsive to questions. The house is GORGEOUS! Very clean, looks newly renovated and beautifully decorated. The King bed (the only one we used) felt like sleeping in a hotel bed. The location is entirely private and the only noise you can hear are peepers and owls at night and the deer trotting through the woods (coming from the NYC suburbs, we are always looking for a peaceful getaway and this did not disappoint). The pool was very clean and the fenced-in yard was a huge bonus for our dog. The game room/garage was awesome! It rained our last day and we spent it inside playing ping pong and pool while our son loved the motorized toddler car. The deck upstairs gives gorgeous views of the woods surrounding the house. I could go on... it was much better than expected and we are grateful to Sylvia and her family for sharing their home with us.

Beautiful attention to detail!

The owners of this property thought of everything. Pool floats for adults and even a toddler, a fun trampoline and swing set, well stocked kitchen with everything we needed, beautiful fresh smelling towels and linens, and wonderful games and books. Perfect vacation!

Property is so nice and so many cute towns that are easy to access a few miles away. Host is so kind and easy to communicate with!

Warm Saugerties Home

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Saugerties home. Sylvia is attentive & easy to communicate with. The house is spacious and well stocked & offers plenty to keep the kids busy. It comfortably slept the 7 of us. The pool & trampoline were definitely a bonus. The house is conveniently located to nice restaurants & charming towns. Kaaterskill Falls was an enjoyable hike for all skill levels. Would highly recommend.

Hi, I'm Sylvia.

This is my family vacation home of 7 years and I am happy to be sharing it with my guests. The house is filled with beautiful furnishings, original art, designed for comfort and practicality, and created with love. My husband and I are both originally from England and are in the fashion industry. Our home reflects our eclectic aesthetics in a New York upstate setting.

We have 2 children so I know how important it is to keep them happy and busy. We have a heated pool, trampoline, go-kart, toys, books, and art supplies. There are 2 living spaces with a TV on each so that kids can have the den to play with their devices or watch a movie, while the adults have cocktails on the deck. There are coffee table books, paperbacks and games for all.

The backyard is fenced in so that children can wander. We also allow small to medium size pets. Our front and backyards are grassy lawns and our gardens extend into the woods which is perfect for exploring.

I chose this house as it is situated on the top of a private road shared with 7 other properties. It is safe without any through traffic, it's quiet and peaceful. There are amazing views of the Blue Mountains in the fall and winter. The sunsets from the top deck are incredible. I find comfort that we have neighbors but we are not overlooked at all, the house is private and safe, yet not isolated. I also love the location as we are situated between Woodstock and Saugerties and are close to so many cool nearby places like Hudson, Kingston and Phoenicia. What makes this house unique - need help here
