Das Flat 5 ist ein überdurchschnittlich großes, helles und modernes Apartment im ersten Stock auf einem eigenen Grundstück mit Meerblick vom Balkon.
Das Apartment liegt weniger als 100 Meter vom mit der Blauen Flagge ausgezeichneten Strand entfernt und bietet eine gute Anbindung an Bournemouth, Poole und Purbeck.

Die Wohnung wurde professionell gereinigt, die Betten wurden für Sie gemacht und es stehen Ihnen Badetücher zur Verfügung. Leider kann ich keine Strandtücher zur Verfügung stellen, aber Strandteppiche sind vorhanden.

Wir haben eine Reihe von Strandspielzeugen und Bodyboards für Sie. Zusätzlich stehen Ihnen 5 Fahrräder in der Garage zur Verfügung. Bitte bringen Sie Helme und eventuell benötigte Lichter mit. Es gibt Radwege und Pfade für die Jüngeren und es ist möglich, nach Bournemouth und darüber hinaus zu radeln, aber die Zeitbeschränkungen beschränken das Fahren auf den frühen Morgen und die Dämmerung im Sommer.

A lovely apartment, that is well equipped and in a great location.The apartment is close to the beach at the end of the sandbanks peninsula which is a nice beach and slightly less busy than the other Bournemouth beaches which was good.Well located for the watersports centres in Poole Harbour.Stephen is a helpful and well prepared host.

Great location, lovely apartment

The location is right over the road from one of the beaches of Sandbanks, but a part of it that’s not near the busy tourist bit so it’s nice and relaxed. The apartment was easy to check into, the rooms are spacious and well equipped. The host has been very efficient at communication and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

Close to the beach, huge and very clean

We enjoyed our stay in this well equipped and very clean apartment. It is located close to the beach (3 min walk with 3 kids), well sized and very quite. The owner was supportive and responded to questions promtly. If you intend to use the ferry that is close by multiple times there is a discount if you buy a 10 pass ticket.

Great location

Great location literally a stones throw from the beach in the heart of Sandbanks. Spacious well equipped apartment was a great family option, so much more space than staying in a hotel. Very clean. Great communications from owner. No problem with parking. Bikes and bodyboards available in garage. Really enjoyed it, explored Studland, Bournemouth etc We actually tried to book again whilst we we there but our dates were not available, but would return.

Dreamlike activity holiday in sensational atmosphe

The very clean flat was comfortable equipped with a modern Ceran field hob, washing machine and dishwasher. The silky beach was as close as the lagoone, just a few minutes to walk. On the harbour side various suppliers offereds water sport possibilities, like wind surfing, Kitesurfing and a lot more. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Great stay

Great location, just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The flat was spacious and well equipped, beds were made on our arrival and towels provided, we had everything we needed for our week stay. Parking was not an issue but spaces are limited, however there is possibility to park on a nearby street for free from 6.00 pm to 8.00 am. Bonus point: the flat is on a bus route, so can easily get to Swanage, Poole and Bournemouth. Very happy, would recommend.

Location location location

The apartment very clean and large, is perfectly situated in Sandbanks. 5 min walk from the beach, Rick Stein restaurant and car ferry to Studland. We stayed for 8 nights and wished we could have stayed longer but it was fully booked up. The pandemic has meant we have seen more of the UK coastline than we would have, over the last couple of years and this trip has been one of the best. .

Our holiday stay at 5, Sandhills, Sandbanks

This is a spacious, well appointed apartment in a great area, superbly located for beautiful beaches. We felt the potential difficulties in respect of parking at the apartments should be highlighted better as it is effectively on a first come first served basis. In addition, the mention of a high chair needs to be clarified. It is not a chair suitable for a baby, it is a smaller chair with no safety features or tray. We spent our first evening researching where to buy one and the following Sunday morning driving to collect one so any ambiguity needs to be removed.

Hello Nick, I am glad that you found my apartment to your liking. In relation to parking my welcome letter you received does indicate parking challenges. As for the high chair we did have a dialogue on this but it wasn't made clear that it would be for an infant. I will make this aspect clearer on the details. Thank you for your feedback.

Wonderful Holiday.

Very well equipped, excellent location, spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfortable. Bottle of wine on arrival was a lovely gesture. Push bikes and other beach related equipment available in garage. Simple check-in/check-out process was very simple. Would highly recommend this holiday accommodation - kudos to Stephen and many thanks.

Easter break 2019

Stephen was a great host and made our stay fabulous with a little surprise treat when we arrived. He was having some renovation works that over ran during our stay but was very easily contactable and confidently reassured us about any inconveniences that we might experience. He was spot on and there was absolute minimal disruption. The apartment was absolutely fabulous and the location was perfect! The apartment was very welcoming and had a lovely family feel to it. Perfect location, spacious accommodation

I spent a week here with my 2 children and we were very happy there. The location is perfect for the beautiful beach, ferries, town and shops etc The apartment is spacious and has great facilities (dishwasher, washer/dryer etc) however there was no wok or frying pan so cooking a stir fry etc wasn’t great in a saucepan 😄 Stephen was friendly and helpful on the phone. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfectly located flat

Spent a week in July with two teenage sons, the flat was spacious and clean, communications with host Stephen was excellent. Fantastic location close to the beach and for exploring the area!

Super flat, great location, clean and everything provided

Ideal location and convenient for getting out and about throughout the week. We were using public transport and couldn't have been easier. The flat was clean, fresh smelling and everything worked, easily. We've stayed in the apartment block before, in a different flat, so we were familiar with set up and how it worked etc. We were lucky with great weather, so the proximity of the beach and ease of getting to and from it was another bonus. Would definitely stay again, booking and confirmation of arrangements was all very easy and the owners have got it all just right. Many thanks. Lovely place to end our Summer holidays.

Millionaire Lifestyle for a week.

The position on Sandbanks with a partial sea view was fantastic. The apartment was clean, and comfortable and was extremely well equipped. Close to a fantastic beach, nice walk to Haven Hotel for a drink. Great for ferry to Shell Bay and Brownsea Island, will definitely go back.

Wow! What a lovely place to stay

The apartment was everything we hoped it would be.. Very spacious, comfortable, clean and very well equipped - like a home from home. So close to the beach which we enjoyed, close to the chain ferry so very easy to get across to Shell Bay for some lovely food in a informal and friendly atmosphere.
