Das Hotel liegt in Long Bay, nur 0,7 km vom Zugang zum Long Bay Beach entfernt, oder über Leeward, um Zugang zur Grace Bay zu erhalten, die über ein 1 Hektar großes, vollständig eingezäuntes Grundstück im Resortstil verfügt.

Ein vollständiger Umbau im Jahr 2019 umfasst alle neuen Möbel, Matratzen, Geräte usw. von High-End-Oberflächen, die Ihre Familie in einer äußerst sauberen und komfortablen Einfamilienvilla erwarten.

Das Haus ist 5 Autominuten von Salt Mills Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants usw. entfernt. Sie können zu Fuß zum Strand von Long Bay gehen, aber das wäre eine Wanderung in 0,7 km Entfernung und dennoch weniger als 3 Autominuten durch die Nachbarschaft zum Strand. In Grace Bay fahren Sie durch Leeward (Wohnanlage mit mehr als 1 Million US-Dollar) und erreichen den Strand in etwa 4 Minuten Fahrt. Das Parken am Strand ist einfach und kostenlos, so dass Sie keinen Nachteil haben, wenn Sie ein Auto haben. Abgesehen von den günstigen Mietpreisen, die alle die Größe eines VW-Käfers haben, haben Sie 4 Türen, sodass Sie auf ein größeres Auto, einen Minivan oder einen SUV umsteigen können .

Es gibt 2 Graceway-Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Gourmet ist 4 Autominuten entfernt und das größere Geschäft ist weniger als 8 Minuten entfernt), die wir nutzen.

Unsere Villa befindet sich nicht am Strand und in einem Wohngebiet auf einem 2 Hektar großen Grundstück mit einer 2 Meter hohen Umfassungsmauer, sodass Sie Privatsphäre und Platz haben, aber nicht trostlos. Zu unseren Nachbarn gehören, wie wir verstehen, ein Arzt und ein Polizeichef. Da wir das Anwesen jedoch erst kürzlich gekauft haben und VRBO es nach einem vollständigen Umbau in diesem Jahr gelistet hat, treffen wir uns immer noch mit allen bei unseren Besuchen.

This was our 3rd stay in Turks, and we were lucky enough once again to find an absolutely fabulous property that we totally enjoyed throughout our week's stay, with another couple that we always travel with. The entire property was walled/gated, the house was fully stocked with all amenities you would ever need, and all appliances/AC's were up to date, and fully functional. The outdoor pool and hot tub were absolutely the best, and this was where we spent most of the day, including a fully stocked pool cabinet with floats, tubes, etc. for the pool.Although the ocean was only 5-blocks away, it did not have any beaches nearby, but we highly suggest a visit out to Capt. Oaks Tiki Bar....about a 1/2 mile boat ride out to this little Tiki Bar, but quite fun......Enjoy,Al & Joan

The best!

Melinda’s home is absolutely beautiful! It was impeccably clean and had everything I could have possibly needed. The pool was definitely the highlight, and I loved having a variety of floats to use. It was so nice to not have to rent a chair and umbrella for the days spent at the beach. On top of all of this, Melinda and the house manager Johanny are some of the nicest people I’ve ever interacted with. Johanny and her daughter even had some birthday decorations displayed in the home for me. The location is an easy 5 minute drive from Grace Bay and it was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle. Amazing stay all around!

Amazing property!

Absolute loved Villa Medori! Amazing communication, well taken care of property, perfect stay for us. Having those beach chairs, umbrella and cooler was a game changer and allowed us to explore so many amazing beaches. Would recommend a car at this location, but everything is super easy to get to. 8 min to Grace Bay, you cant go wrong. We had a flight cancelation and they were SO gracious helping us with transportation. Thank you for an amazing trip!

Our family had a great stay at Villa Medori! Host was excellent at communicating and providing recommendations and directions for all beaches, activities and restaurants. Perfect for us.

Villa Medori fits the bill for well appointed pretty and small house with complete privacy. The private pool is such a gift. The house was located minutes from Grace Bay restaurants and shoppes. We plan on returning soon and staying longer. The owner couldn't be more helpful warm and responsive. Staff met any need that arose without delay. We love to be on our own in a lovely spot for vacations where we can eat in or out and totally relax. Villa Medori ticks all our boxes and more. Lovely decorated home. We were very impressed with the Villa, Melinda and Colleen. . They went out of their way to make sure we had a great time while we were there. Melinda sent us places to eat and beaches to go to. Colleen made all our reservations for daily excursions. They had a local cell phone for us to use. Our car died and Colleens husband came snd jumped it for us. The villa it self was beautiful and very clean. The beds were one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on The pool was amazing just what we needed after a day at the beach. I would definitely recommend this villa to anybody who wants to stay on Providencials. Looks just like the pictures amazing! Thank you everybody for everything you did to make our stay the best.

Amazing stay at Villa Medori!

Our family of 5 (3 children ages 8 to 14) stayed here for 8 nights and had an amazing first time at T&C. The villa is exactly as advertised. It is clean and comfortable and we can't say enough great things about the pool and patio. It was nice having the opportunity to cool off and relax in this large pool and outdoor space after a sunny day at the beach. The villa is a very short drive to many beaches (Grace Bay, Leeward, Long Bay), restaurants, shops and the supermarket. You definitely want to rent a car to get around the island. The house has a gate so you feel very safe and secure even though you are further away from the resorts. Melinda, the owner, is wonderful and was so responsive to my many questions. She had a wealth of information and tips to share (beaches, restaurants, parking, etc.) and it was a comfort knowing that we had our own personal remote tour guide. While it was our first trip to T&C, it certainly will not be our last. We were definitely sad to leave!

Villa Medori exceeded our expectations

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay here. Everything at the house was as advertised and even exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well-maintained. Our kids loved the pool, and the beaches we enjoyed most were just a 7-10 minute car ride away. Beach chairs, floats, beach umbrella, and cooler made day trips to the beach easy and enjoyable. We felt safe the entire time. Hope to make it back sometime.

Second Visit Was Great!

This was our second trip to Villa Medori. Just like our first stay, everything turned out great. The pool and villa are comfortable and well appointed. Having access to all the beach chairs, floats, coolers, etc makes going on beach excursions so much more convenient. Hosts were super responsive and always willing to accommodate any of our requests.

Beautiful villa, fully equipped and near Long Bay & Leeward beach.

Such a lovely week staying at Villa Medori. Owners and villa manager super helpful & friendly both before and during our stay. Villa is brilliantly well-equipped and lovely to have so much space just for 4 of us. You will need a car as nothing walking distance but all very easily accessible and nearby in car.

Amazing Vacation Home

This home is beautiful, immaculate, and well-stocked with everything we need. There were spices and condiments, which is so nice not to have to purchase for a vacation. The outdoor space and pool were so relaxing. The pool is huge, with floaties and plenty of furniture. The beds were comfortable. Our daughter slept on the pull of our sofa with no complaints. Coleen welcomed us at the home and was accessible when we needed her. She helped us with reservations and gave us tips. We rented a car so that we could explore as much of the island as possible. We didn't have time to explore everything we wanted to, so we will be back. We highly recommend Villa Medori as it is clean, well stocked, comfortable, and centrally located to everything.

Amazing Villa

Staying at this Villa in Turks and Caicos was an absolute delight. Colleen's exceptional communication from booking to departure ensured a seamless experience. The villa's cleanliness and fresh scent stood out, a welcome change from other places. Amenities like the washer, dryer, beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were invaluable, saving us money and hassle. The well-stocked kitchen and Webber grill made meals a breeze. The pool was a serene oasis. One small improvement could be adding blackout curtains, but waking up early allowed us to fully enjoy the island. Highly recommend this villa for a memorable getaway. Additionally, its location, just 20 minutes from the airport and close to the beach, makes it ideal. For first-time visitors, renting a car is a must for exploring the island.

We loved our stay at Medori Villa. The house was perfect...everything you would need. The pool was awesome!! It was such a pleasure to see my husband be able to completely relax. Amazing Stay!!

We had the most amazing vacation in TCI and at Villa Medori. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure that we were well prepared for our trip and comfortable during our stay. The communication was awesome with both the owner, Melinda, and the property manager, Coleen. Our visit included my family of four, including kids ages 6 & 8. The villa was perfect. It had more than enough space for us, was incredibly clean, and very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking! The pool and patio area was incredible!! Very spacious, lots of areas in sun and shade to relax and enjoy the beautiful pool area. The outdoor dining area was great! They had everything we needed (and more!) for fun pool and beach days- towels, chairs, umbrella, coolers, floats, sand toys…the BEST we’ve ever seen at a VRBO property! What a nice surprise ☺️ Melinda and Coleen provided us with awesome suggestions for places to visit with our kids and detailed instructions on how to get to some great beaches! They checked in on us and helped us when needed with recommendations, etc. Our experience was top notch and we would highly recommend renting this property for your TCI vacation!

We have two children and their friends that travel with us, teenagers, but our youngest has been visiting Providenciales since she was 4 years old. We purchased the villa in 2019 after visiting TCI for 7 years and staying in many condos from the Venetian to Royal West Indies. The pool and outdoor living area combined with a convenient location is what we found special and look forward to sharing this special place with our guests. For our family, we often visit 3-4 different beaches during our stay so we elected the privacy and space to be in a residential area instead of a condo. A typical day is coffee/breakfast at the pool, packing a picnic lunch to head off to one of the many Providenciales beaches for snorkeling, etc. and then back to the house for cocktails and a barbeque back at the pool. Often kids are watching a movie on Amazon Prime or Netflix as everyone is getting ready for bed and preparing for the next day's adventure.

The private, newer construction, gated Villa Medori is located in Long Bay, only minutes from restaurants, shopping, golf, kite boarding, marina, and beautiful beaches.
