We had an absolutely wonderful time in Stiges. We were a group of 5 and the villa was just amazing. It was in a very nice, safe, quiet neighbourhood and had plenty of space and rooms for us all. The best thing about the villa was that you had increadible views of the Mediterranean sea! It also has a nice size pool and lots of outdoor space to relax. The service team was very friendly and responsive and attended to all our requests. Parking was very easy and right next to the villa. The beach and downtown is just 5 minutes drive away, and you will find many nice restaurants and all your shopping needs. All in all, this was a wonderful escape holiday for us and we will definitely be coming back!

Amazing experience at Amazing Views

Danny met us at the house and was very helpful and accommodating with regards to our check in and check out needs, even giving us a lift to purchase groceries. The condition of the house was exactly as depicted and we cannot wait to visit again.

Fantastic villa up in the hills overlooking port

Fantastic property we ended up spending more time in than expected as the outdoor space was amazing (as was inside) - pictures didnt do it justice. Have to be prepared for a hilly walk but taxis and local bus available just metres from the property upside is a great view across sitges and the sea. All in all a great feeling of space, very clean & accommodating hosts.

Five-star stay in beautiful Sitges

Really cannot fault this place. From the meet and greet at the airport by knowledgable and super-helpful Danny who manages the property, to the many bedrooms / terraces / living rooms / and secret nooks and crannies and from the well equipped kitchen to the surprisingly large and sparkling pool, the scrupulously clean villa itself would've been a holiday in itself. As it was the location is a 20 minute walk to the beach (on an incline going back which wasn't a problem for our party of adults and teens - but there is the L3 bus stop literally around the corner) and a 30 minute walk tops to Sitges train station with 4 trains an hour to to Barcelona - making the villa the perfect location. We've been before to Sitges and love it, but this accommodation, with its views, its ease of use, its labyrinth of spaces and levels, made us love it even more.

Well equipped and spacious house close to Sitges centre

This is a lovely modern house in the outskirts of Sitges with many positives. The check in procedure was excellent and it was lovely to be met by the house manager Danny and a couple of bottles of Cava. The house was very clean and well maintained. The bedrooms were all large and there are plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and it was lovely to have so many terraces at various levels to enjoy the sunshine and the views of the sea and Sitges. It is about a 20 minute walk into the centre of Sitges and for those wishing to avoid the uphill section on the way back a taxi from the centre was only €10. There is also a local bus but we didn’t try that. The swimming pool and its surrounding terrace is lovely and there is a fridge and bbq at that level which was very convenient. The only potential negatives I would mention are that, being on a number of levels, there are a lot of stairs which may be an issue for some ( but not for us) and the final cleaning charge of €300 which given we only booked 3 nights equated to some 30% on top of the rental price. I accept it is a big property but €300 seemed a lot - hence giving an overall rating of 4 rather than 5 stars . Other than that one point we had a great time at the property and I would recommend it.

Anthony , thank you for your review Unfortunately our cleaners charge us the same rate if 3 nights or 3 weeks. I did ask if they could reduce the cost but they replied the house is no better state than any other stay and all beds and linen had to be changed for guest arriving on the same day as you checked out meaning 3 cleaners where required. The 300.00 actually covers check in check out and cleaning . Regards Paul.

Exceptional property and location

Absolutely amazing property. The pictures don’t do it justice. We stayed as a family of 5 and so much space to relax around the property. Loved the fact that it felt like a well loved home with everything you need contained within the property, we found something new every day. Amazing views of Sitges from any of the numerous balconies. Great swimming pool area with plenty of loungers and pool level amenities including a fridge to keep your drinks chilled. The area is residential and quiet, only downside is an uphill walk home from town (approx 20 mins) not an issue for us but may be for more elderly visitors although there is a bus stop to town just outside the house. I can’t praise this place enough - the gym and treadmill were also well utilised and an added bonus to get the day off to a good start. Danny the property manager was available at any time with help and recommendations including driving us to the Supermarket when we first arrived. He also sorted taxis to and from the house to the airport. A great chap with lots of good advice. As for Sitges - lovely resort with a touch of class, no lager louts to report. We loved it. Lots of beaches but we preferred the pool. Barcelona 35 minutes on the train. Station within walking distance. The whole family agreed this was the best property we have stayed in for a long time. Loved it.

Magnifique semaine hivernale

Propriété magnifique dont nous avons profité en fin d’année dans un environnement sans doute beaucoup plus calme qu’en été. La villa est encore plus belle que sur les photos, Paul, propriétaire, est adorable et Danny a l’accueil, très chaleureux et toujours disponible.

Beautiful view

We had an amazing time at this house. We were 6 adults, 2 teenagers and 1 child and were very comfortable in the house. Danny was very responsive, the check in and check out were super easy. We loved the view and the pool. Kitchen was comfortable, with dishwasher. We had a car, and there is parking in the house. We went to beaches that were 20-30 min from Sitges. We loved it!!! I highly recommend it.

One week stay at Sitges

We were two families, seven people, coming from Finland. For us this property was excellent: there were enough room also for privacy, excellent view over Sitges, beach, restaurants, vineyards, railway station, car rentals etc. near enough for walking. We really liked our stay.

Beautiful home, amazing views!!

Our group of 4 ladies just loved this home!! It’s beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and offered amazing views from 4 different levels! The view from the very top is breathtaking! Be prepared for lots of stairs, but that’s Spain, right? From the street to the front door is a 38 step climb up but it’s well worth the effort! (Let the men or younger travelers lug the bags up!! Hahaha!)

A relaxing stay

An easy process from start to finish. Booking, paying, communication; all straightforward. The house is beautiful and the photos don’t do it justice. The lovely pool was perfect for children and adults and the air conditioning provided respite from the hot weather! A relatively short walk to gorgeous beaches meant a change in scenery but we could easily have spent the whole week in the pool! A fantastic stay - highly recommended!

Lovely Villa spread over 4 levels

The villa is lovely and located in a very quiet area of Sitges. The walk into and out of town took about 30 minutes and very hot in July. We had cars but finding a parking space in Sitges is near on impossible. There are some lovely restaurants along the front and at the marina which is closer and a little quieter that the main center of Sitges. A word of warning on our first day in Sitges one of us was pickpocketed so be careful when walking about.

A great villa with wonderful views of the sea

The villa provided everything we needed for our family holiday. It was well equipped (but only 1 hairdryer), very clean and had wonderful views of the bay from each of the three terraces. There was plenty of space to relax on the patio by the pool. It took us 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the very good Carrefour supermarket., who will deliver your shopping to your door if requested. Walking back is up hill but not too onerous if you are relatively fit. The walk to San Sebastián beach took 20 to 25 mins. There is a regular bus service right by the villa which takes a circular route to Sitges. Its worth walking for 30 minutes to the station to catch a train for a day out in Barcelona.

Ett fantastiskt hus med en underbar utsikt över Sitges och och medelhavet.

Huset har ett fantastiskt läge en bit ovanför Sitges centrum. Lugnt och tyst område. En busshållplats 50 meter från huset gjorde det enkelt att ta sig till centrum eller till Supermarketen för matinköp. Huset är välutrustat med allt man behöver och underbara terrasser på samtliga våningsplan. Danny, "The house manager", ordnade transporten till och ifrån flygplatsen och var alltid till hands om man hade frågor eller ville ha hjälp med något. Vi längtar redan tillbaka.

Home away from home!

Beautiful presented villa, in an elevated position, so great views from the many balconies. The pool area is spacious enough for all to sit or lay around for the day. With a bus stop and train station nearby it’s perfect for enjoying the harbour or the town of Sitges or to venture further afield. With a supermarket also just down the road you can also just enjoy eating and drinking in a well stocked home from home kitchen. We absolutely loved it here and hope to return soon. Amazing villa in a great location.

This villa is beautiful. We were a group of 7 and were all amazed at the amount of space - 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, pool and terrace and 4 further balconies or terraces with breathtaking views to the sea. The top floor has its own living room and a free standing bath, as well as an en suite and large balcony. The centre of Sitges is just a 15 minute walk away, with a wide variety of restaurants and night life. There is a large supermarket less than 10 minutes walk from the villa and a 40 minute train ride takes you into the centre of Barcelona. Thanks to Danny for the airport taxis and Cava on arrival at the villa. We had a fabulous time and hope to return sometime. Jill

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this villa. It exceed our expectations. 1. We are a group of 7 and there was plenty of space. We could have fit 5 more people. There are 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The house was very clean and well maintained. 2. The villa is located in LLevantina which is on the North East end of town up a hill. The house is perfectly situated about midway up the hill in LLeventina - affording a beautiful view and keeps it walk-able into town. 3. Speaking of which, if you are in decent shape and like to walk, you do not need a rental car. It's about a 20 minute walk into town which we did multiple times per day and appreciated the exercise given the amount of vacation eating/drinking that took place! 4. The owner Paul has a local guy Danny that manages the house. Danny arranged for a mini van to get us at the airport and take us to the villa. It was 75 euros and took about 30 minutes. 5. Danny met us at the house when we arrived with Cava (Spanish sparkling wine), keys, house instructions and answered questions. He also arranged for our cab pick up on the day we left (which went perfectly). It was very nice to be greeted by such a lovely kind man after a weary long travel day and arriving in a new town. 6. The house is outfitted with all the bedding, towels, dishes you will need. It has several lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy. The pool area is quite large. On the first floor is a balcony with a dining table and an extra nook off to the side of the house. On the second and third floors there are also terraces. 7. there is a washing machine and line for hanging clothes - we used it and it works great. 8. We went to the beaches, swam at the pool, dined out a lot, shopped, rented a boat....just had the best time. Recommend Alfresco for dinner one night - a little pricey but SO good and the staff is very friendly. Enjoy and thanks Paul and Danny!!

Luxurious accommodation with a stunning outlook

We found the on-line details and existing reviews to be an accurate description of this lovely Villa. There were 11 in our party with an age range of 7 - 69 and there was ample room for all. Even on the day it rained we all found plenty of entertainment with the pool and numerous indoor games, including the wii. All rooms were beautifully and thoughtfully furnished. We caught the bus to the station and train to Barcelona one day, which was a must to visit as we hadn't before. The journey was straightforward and cheap. Some of the party enjoyed a visit to Port Aventura water park another day while the youngest & oldest of us hired a motor boat from the port. A great time was had by all! Several days were spent on the beach, a 20 minute walk away. We found that the nearest beach, North of the port, provided great entertainment for the children with surfing, pedalos and room to play bat and ball. The sea seemed very safe with an on-shore breeze. The return bus ride took only 5 minutes. We'd love to visit again. Thank you Paul!

Thank You Susan, hope to hear from you again. In the winter we will be carrying out some updates to the house replacing the bathrooms and adding some extra aircon etc ready for summer next year. Paul

Paradise Villa

I've stayed in many international 4 & 5 star hotels over the years and this is of that calibre. My wife and youngest daughter found it luxurious, with privacy for sunbathing on each balcony - there are 4 levels! It was well appointed with comfortable beds and a vista view over the bay that was stunning. I found peace and rest here enabling me to write and read, with easy access to a great supermarket as the kitchen was ideal for cooking some evenings. Would def. return - fond memories.

Stuning Villa with fabulous view over Sitges Port

We are midway through a stay in this luxurious 6 bedroom villa which is situated in the hillside area called Leventina, which overlooks the Port and coast of Sitges. The accommodation is superbly furnished, large, well appointed, and clean which is set over 4 floors. There are private and large terraces on each level, with the lower one having a pool and tiled area of sufficient size to accommodate a group of 12. The views are simply breath taking, whether it be waking up to the sun rising, gazing over the glimmering sea or enjoying a sun downer with a nice glass of wine. We are a group of Six, 4 adults and two children, ages from 4 to 74. The accommodation and location suits all. There is a fully equipped UK style kitchen, full laundry facilities and indoor and outdoor barbeques - we used all and is a necessity in my opinion. The villa is a twenty minute walk from the Port although there is a twice hourly bus service which stops 50m from the villa which takes you to the port or the town centre. Taxis are aplenty and cheap. A supermercado is a 10/15 walk away and plentiful with everything you'll need. Compared to the UK, food is cheap here and good quality, stocking a variety of local Catalan and Euro/UK brand food types. All in all, we are loving our stay here. The location, being only a 25 minute drive from Barcelona Airport, the accommodation, quality of facilities, the town and area Sitges itself all represent excellent value for money and this is a brilliant short Easter break (sunny weather has been a bonus). We will return.
