Hi Cherin we do not purchase positive reviews. We believe our pictures in the listing description speaks for itself. So hopefully you learned your lesson in trying to extort and scam VRBO hosts out of money. We are anti Karens, and we do not put up with guests that stage or attempt to create a situation just to stay for free. If the place was so horrible as you described, why would you want to stay there because I wouldn't. I know you wanted to stay at my property because you begged me to reconsider your reservation which I told you I would not and gladly gave you a full refund although I allowed you to check in at 10am when our normal check in time was 4pm. Perhaps you wanted to stay because we have the only media room and Luxury shower system in Lawton plus TV's in all the bedrooms. I know you're upset that you had to pay a lot more for your other reservation. than what we offered. Your negative review will not impact my business like you think. Cherin. For starters VRBO reservations account for 5 percent of my overall reservations. Most of my reservations come from Airbnb and direct bookings. Please see Airbnb reviews for reference with the same listing title. We are more than happy to get trash out of our property in a timely manner although we took a financial loss in doing so. by paying the cancellation penalty which was my first time cancelling a reservation in 8 years on any platform. But you are very special, so it was worth it for peace of mind. To prospective guests please see reviews from other guests on VRBO and Airbnb for more context since we get trolls on occasion who tries to scam hosts by using the review system as leverage for financial compensation.
