Deborah and guests were great guests. I did not get a chance to meet her but, communication was perfect and condo was left in great condition. I think she enjoyed her stay and that is the best thing about this concept of renting your place out. Debora is welcome back anytime!

A Wonderful Choice

We couldn't have been happier with this lovely apartment. The accommodations were very comfortable and within walking distance to everything we needed. The best feature, though, is the view of the beach, sound of the waves and stairway straight down to the sand. We highly recommend!

Well appointed!

This property has everything for nice a nice stay: BBQ grill, pots, pans, knives and dish ware. Very easy to cook and feel at home. The location is awesome! On a cliff with a great view. Very close to the steps down to the beach. The property owner is very attentive and very nice. I plan to return!

Perfect Mini Vacation Getaway

My husband and I needed a short beach getaway and Kim's place was the perfect antidote. Her unit is literally right on the beach and we enjoyed water views for the 5 days we were there while we sat out on the relaxing patio. The unit extremely clean and we were surprised at how large the bedroom was. We had everything we needed for cooking, which we did for all meals. The location is walking distance from a coffee shop and less than a 5 minute drive to the neighborhood market. The neighbors were incredibly friendly and we felt right at home. The only downside I would say is that I had a few problems with the firmness of the bed but then again, I had a back injury and at times have problems with beds other than my own. Other than that, it was a great pick and we would highly recommend it!

Disappointed....cut stay short.

We were really excited to stay here, especially by how the pictures looked. On a positive note, the sunset there is amazing. Unfortunately there were several things we couldn't get past, and had to check out early. Although you could tell the place was cleaned, there were many things, still untouched. Dust covered fans, old rugs/bath mats, many items left in refrigerator (actually seems that someone lives there), ants on the counter. My husband has allergies and the musty smell, that seemed to be masked by fresheners and candles, was too much. The other thing we found odd were the notes left in several places, with rules, what to do/not to do. It's the way they are written that makes you feel like you're walking on eggshells. "USE COASTERS ON WOOD SURFACES-THATS WHAT THEY ARE THERE FOR! " "DO NOT BLOW OUT PILOT IN FIREPLACE OR IT WILL COST YOU $165" Many more, and it's ok to have rules, just the way they are written does not feel very welcoming. Told the owner after the first night about the smell and husbands allergies, as well as the leaky freestanding AC in master. After the 2nd night tried to explain we didn't know if we could stay, and mentioned the other issues in hopes that we could be refunded in partial only for the nights we weren't staying.(we stayed 3, and left for the last 2). She said she would refund the cleaning fee if we took the sheets off, empty trash, put towels away, wipe down everything with clorox wipes and the list goes on. We never cooked, barely stayed there, but were respectful and did it all. Disappointed in this experience, and how much we paid. Anyway, live and learn. Have had luck with VRBO in the past and in this case, what you see, isn't always what you get!

Lisa, I’m sorry you didn’t have a satisfactory stay. In regards to the house rules, these are the requirements of my house, and exist to protect the furniture and space. They are meant to be friendly reminders, and I apologize that you interpreted them as an annoyance. Additionally, check out rules ensure a safer and cleaner stay for the following guests. These rules are especially important during our current health crisis. Considering you did not feel that the cleanliness is satisfactory, I would be happy to refund your cleaning deposit. Please note that last minute changes to your stay also complicate our booking practices when our unit is often fully booked. We greatly appreciate the feedback and will be sure to take your experiences into consideration for future stays. Best regards, Kim

Everything we could have wanted!

My husband and I stayed for five nights in this charming condo on the bluff overlooking the Pacific. The condo was so comfortable and so nicely decorated with lots of comfy pillows, beautiful artwork and many stylish, elegant touches. We immediately felt at home. Each morning we would step out to look at the ocean, check the waves and watch the surfers. In the afternoons we sat on the patio watching sunset. The location is ideal with easy walks down to the beach or to town for shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked perfectly. We loved staying here, highly recommended, and can't wait to plan a return trip. We couldn't have been happier!

Perfect for family of 4

This place was just like the pictures. Beautifully decorated and a good size for our family of 4. Everything we needed from cooking tools to beach toys where available. Grilling by the ocean was great! Location was nice and the beach was not overly crowded. “It’s great to sit on the porch, watching the sun set and hearing the waves.” ~Colin age 8 “I loved that it was right by the stairs to the ocean.” ~Caleb age 10 Fun summer vaca!

this is a great spot because you have your own front yard overlooking the water. it has been remodeled and tastefully designed. From handmade and designer rugs, new appliances, luxury bedding, grill and an amazing vibe. Everything you need to prepare meals or barbecue is in the unit.

Game room between pool and tennis courts with a billiards table and ping pong table and everything that you will need to enjoy that room is in the closet. oceanfront with a very large patio. ( everything you need for the beach is in the closet including beach blanket, chairs, umbrella, badminton, beach tennis, frisbees, balls, surfboard and gray towels in the linen closet.

There is a Bluetooth speaker for music for your enjoyment. I do ask that you take into consideration that this is a condo community and neighbors are nearby. .
