Great stay at the beach retreat! We have never stayed on the bottom floor and it was actually really nice. You still have a good view of the water and is such a close walk to the beach. The pool is large and never really busy. We could always find a chair at any time of the day. The condo was stocked with enough bath towels that I didn’t have to do laundry every day. Plenty of space and didn’t feel cramped.

Wonderful Stay

Amazing beach view, comfy beds, and accomidating. Enjoyed a week at the beach while cooking most meals in the equipped kitchen. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable.

Great Spot

We enjoyed our stay here! We have been coming to Miramar Beach for 8 years now and this was our first time staying in a condo with a Gulf view, it was wonderful! The unit had enough space and was much quieter than expected. We really loved our stay here.

This condo is very family friendly & wonderful! We’ve stayed here twice now, and both times we have had a great time! The condo is spacious with two full bathrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable living room hangout area. The beach access is literally just steps away…turquoise water views can be enjoyed from patio or even the kitchen, living room, or master bedroom!!

Amazing Location

Proximity to the beach was amazing. First floor was great for kids and pets. Condo was clean and owner was easy to get ahold of with any concerns or questions. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Typical great week in Florida

The weather was cooler than normal for June, but the water was rough. The food was fantastic and tennis was really good. Love Beach Retreat and stay there every year.

Fantastic view

The view!!! The moment you walk in the door you can see the ocean! We would stay here again for the view alone. The location is perfect and the pool is top notch. Being on the first floor and it being on one level is perfect when you have young kids. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. We will for sure be back!

Great property.

Great place; however, towels were worn and furniture was uncomfortable. Unit was clean and easy access to beach. Overall experience was good. Would rate overall a 4 star.

Awesome Condo

Great week at this beachfront condo. Condo is very clean and updated. Great pool area with hot tub and barbecue area. The beach is amazing and the owner includes lounge chair and umbrella set up. We will be back.

Great Stay at Miramar Beach

Absolutely loved condo location, directly across street from the beach. Al, the owner, was very responsive to a couple of small issues. They were fixed immediately. The condo was clean and very quiet. We highly recommend!

Great Condo

Probably one of the nicer rentals I’ve stayed in recently. Newly decorated-very clean. Owner is very accessible and easy to deal with. The views of the beach and water from the condo are awesome. The building has its own beach with beach service set up daily which was very convenient. We’ll definitely be back.

Fantastic accommodations! We will be back!

Had an amazing experience in Destin. This place is immaculate and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the process and pricing. Tremendous value and if I could give 10 stars I surely would!! The landlord was easy to work with, clear instructions and the unit was well furnished, very clean and spectacularly appointed. It was everything we were looking for to dig our feet in the sand and sit back to relax at the beach. Thank you thank you!!

The room was not clean when we arrived. It looked okay until we pulled back the bunk sheets and they were dirty. A dustpan was resting on top of the table placemats in the pantry. We had to wash the sheets before turning in for bed. I mentioned it to the property manager but nothing was said. Next morning we grabbed a bowl to make scrambled eggs and it was dirty so had to hand wash first. The pet area to “do their business“ was very small. My dog refused to go there.

Heidi- Thanks for the review. We take the condition of our unit very seriously - as you can tell by our many great reviews. You emailed me and stated there was a “dirt spot” on a sheet. I asked you to send me a picture and advised my cleaners were available to swap them out if needed-I never heard back from you. Also, we have never had any complaints about the complex’s pet area. Sounds like the Beach Retreat just isn’t for you.
