Beautiful!

My sister and I stayed at Mazi’s Cottage this past weekend. The views were incredible! The cottage had everything you could possibly need. It was clean and welcoming! We want to book again for next year! If I had one suggestion it would be to have cushions on the deck lounges.

Perfect sanctuary

This property is a little slice of heaven. It’s quaint but there’s plenty of space for anything you need. The private beach was incredible because the public beach next door is quite busy so having a dedicated area to set up is very nice. Just a short drive from some great restaurants and there’s a quick convenient store just a few minutes down the road. I highly recommend this property and I’ll definitely be back one day.

Second time staying here, and it was just as lovely as I remembered. The location can't be beat - we spend a lot of time lounging on the deck watching the birds and listening to the ocean, and of course taking many walks on the beach.The living room could use a good reading light near the couch or chairs (the lamp next to the couch is quite dim), but otherwise everything is great!

April getaway

This property was quaint with an amazing view and a lot of amenities. It was great to be able to watch the tides come in and out, and even though the weather wasn’t perfect, it didn’t matter because the view always was. Me and my two adult daughters had a wonderful time in your home Playing games doing puzzles, walking on the beach and enjoying a slower season at the cape.

Amazing View

What a wonderful little cottage with amazing views. The inside was adorable and very clean. However, we arrived after dark and it was extremely difficult to see and locate the lockbox to get the key. We would like to note that the front steps were without a hand rail and somewhat difficult to access without assistance for someone who needs it. We did try to locate the stairs to the beach but unfortunately was under construction and not accessible. Aside from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Many thanks!

The Bay

The house is clean, quaint and comfortable. However, the magnificent part is the location. The views of the ever-changing Cape Cod Bay are stunning!

Beautiful Beach House

We loved this house! It was small but accommodated the four of us easily. Beautiful back deck with gorgeous bay views. Really lovely, very accessible private beach. And convenient to town, rail trail and ocean. Parking was a little tight -- when they say you can only park two cars, they mean it.

Perfect location!

This was our second stay at the cottage. The location is perfect. We love sitting in the sun room, facing the bay, watching the tide, the boats, the birds and whatever else is there in the 180 degree view! The cottage has been sparkling clean on both visits and has everything you may need. The cape is always our happy place and the cottage only reinforced that feeling!

The willets, the laughing gulls and the oystermen were a delightful surprise. The tidal flats…to be able to venture almost a mile out at low tide was a mindful experience. We treasured being there.

September 20 thru 26

Privacy and views were off the charts. Last few days it rained so we were stuck inside, but still lovely. The only thing I could recommend would be a more comfortable couch and seating in the living room. Linens were clean, kitchen was supper tiny but well stocked. We had a great time. Would definitely go back.

Everything I wanted

I was amazed by the cleanliness of the cottage. It was so perfect....just enough for a couple and one other adult. View was awesome, especially sunsets. Very easy to acccess restaurants, bike trail. Walked on the beach, swam at a lovely local pond beach. Lots of stairs down to the beach but there are hand rails on both sides. I'd definitely recommend this cottage.

Great location!!!

The furniture is old and tired. They could spend a little money and upgrade the furniture especially the living room sofa and chairs. They could do a little landscaping around the property. The location is fantastic. They wouldn't have to do much to make this a really great little getaway. With all that said the view was awesome.

A Hidden Gem!

We literally had a sea gull's eye view of the sunsets from the deck atop the dunes. As two senior women this little cottage was perfect for enjoying God's creation, savoring a glass of wine and reading a good book....oh yes, and swimming and enjoying all the usual Cape "stuff". The cottage itself was clean and well stocked. Wish the newer deck lounges were not so low to the ground and had cushions (were very uncomfortable)...not a big deal, but we were on the deck day and night!

Cute cottage, amazing views.

The cottage is cute, just right for a group of four. The only this that went wrong was that it wasn't cleaned well, particularly the kitchen. The manager of the property refunded our cleaning fee, and I think it not being cleaned well was outsdie of the ordinary. Otherwise, the location is great, the cottage is sweet, and the ocean view is just gorgeous.

Great vacation spot!

Nice little cottage and the view can’t be beat! Windows from the bedroom and dining area look out at the ocean, and there’s a great little patio on the back too. We filled up the bird feeder at the beginning of the week so we enjoyed the bird visitors as well as the ocean view. It was unseasonably cold the first couple of nights and there weren’t any extra blankets, just one thin blanket on each bed - we just grabbed one from a bed we weren’t using. I’d suggest having some extras there. The property is managed by Vacasa and they were not very responsive and didn’t seem to understand my messages. For instance, I sent them an FYI that the recycling wasn’t picked up that week and they responded by telling me the trash pickup schedule. When I messaged them at the beginning of the week because we couldn’t figure out how to turn the heat on, they didn’t respond for 3 days (we had figured it out in the meantime.) But the house itself is nice and the kitchen is pretty well stocked with cookware; in addition to the typical pots and pans there was a salad spinner and even an immersion blender. There were also a ton of books and games on hand. And again, the view and proximity to the beach was just perfect. I would stay there again.
