Der Grundriss mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern bietet eine fantastische Bettenausstattung mit einer Königin im Master und einem Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Der Schlafraum hat einen vollen Boden und einen Zwilling im oberen Stock. Es ist direkt gegenüber der Halle vom Meister, so dass Sie ein Auge auf kleine Kinder haben können. Dieses geräumige 864 m² große Gerät bietet Platz für 6 Personen. Die modernisierte Küche mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl wird sicher jedem gefallen, vom Gourmet-Koch bis zu denjenigen, die nur genug Zeit in der Küche verbringen, um ein schnelles Sandwich zuzubereiten.

The stay was great! The condo was very clean & the beach chairs & umbrella were a nice bonus! My only complaint was the check in. We arrived Sunday morning & realized the front desk was closed. Until I made contact with the host, I had no idea how to check in. I didn’t realize the entry was a key code & they definitely make sure you don’t check in until 4:00pm. Also, you have to register online & pay 15 per person for a wristband - this info should have been provided at booking.

The property is located in a central location with everything you need nearby. The views from the patio/deck are beautiful. However, the condo is in need of some TLC and a "refresh". The instructions regarding beach services aren't provided (there are only 2 chairs and 1 umbrella included, you pay for any additionalitems) and the other details (location of HOA office, how to download the app) are outdated. Again, some simple updating would make the stay more enjoyable. Overall happy with our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very good experience. The check in process was easy. The unit was clean and in order. All of the amenities were functioning and available. The chair service was great. We had an issue with our door sticking but it was relayed to maintenance. You can hear the traffic on Hwy 98 in each bedroom which can be disturbing at times, especially early in the morning. But the location is great and plenty to walk to from the condo.

Sterling beach

The view is spectacular, the condo is bright and clean and the beach is beautiful. This location is close to so many wonderful places, including the Back Porch and Harbor Walk. Every morning I enjoyed coffee on the balcony overlooking the Gulf. A minor issue is the couch and 2nd bedroom bed which sag a lot. But for us we would return here.

Its location offered convenient access to shopping, entertainment, restaurants and of course the beach. The property was well-maintained, and the security guard was courteous and professional.However, there are a few areas where improvements could be made. Firstly, the sofa in the living room should be replaced immediately. The cushions lack support in the middle and sag when sat upon. Secondly, the primary bedroom is not equipped with a smart TV. Lastly, there is no TV in the second bedroom.But overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Overall pretty decent stay

Didn’t find out about the extra charges for wristbands till I got there to check in. The living space appears to be much larger in pictures provided online due to all the mirrors. But overall good stay. Great location!

Great vacation rental!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! Very clean and fully stocked with kitchen utensils and pots/pans for cooking. There is a Keurig, which was not listed in the description. And also a regular coffee maker. There is a washer/dryer in the condo, also not listed in the description. Plenty of bath towels stocked for use. Couch has several stains on it and should be replaced. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Conveniently located near stores and restaurants. Balcony view of the ocean is phenomenal! Overall a great place to stay and we would definitely book here again.

Fun!

It was wonderful staying steps from the beach! The towels were so new they left fuzz on our newly bronzed skin and the bed was comfortable. The only drawback was the checkout, some communication instructed us to leave the sheets in place while others wanted us to place them in the washer.

Beautiful beach. Love heated pool. Condo could use a touch up painting . Needs a Deep clean. Couch had stains . Needs cleaned or replaced. Mattress in second room not comfortable, very squeaky . Condo does have a Keurig coffee maker. When asked , told no. Kitchen utensils / dishes low supply. Love the washer / dryer. Beautiful view! Appreciated the chairs and umbrella was included with rental.

Nice short stay…

My sister and a friend joined me. The location was nice because we were close to everything- especially The Back Porch. Positives about the property: location, cleanliness, view! Negative, lack of extra bed linens (no sheets for pullout) , temperature of pool was ridiculously warm, lots of rules with constant reminders… we were paranoid about doing something wrong.

I will say that the mattresses aren't super comfortable. The doors need some WD40 because they squeak a lot. It would be nice for next time if you make a broom and dust pan available. The vacuum in the closet doesn't pick up anything and we brought in a lot of sand, unfortunately. We couldn't keep the floors clean. Everything else was AMAZING!

It was okay

The check-in for this condo was complicated. You have to register online before checking in. When we got there to check in after driving 10 hours, the office to check-in was closed. They leave for lunch late afternoon. So we had to set in the car and wait for them to return. The unit was overall nice. The only problem I had was the number of towel and wash clothes we had for a 2 bedroom unit. When we arrived we had only 2 or 3 wash clothes and a few towels in one bathroom for a 5 night stay for 2 people. I requested more and they brought more. This unit did not have a chain safety lock at top like all condos and hotels do. The only lock on it was a punch button combination lock which means anyone could access the unit at night with the code if wanted. There is no restaurant or cafe to get any food here. No tiki hut outside to get food or beverages like other condos in the area.
