Wir haben ein luxuriöses und sehr modernes, neu erbautes Haus direkt in der Creek Marina in Nord-Vancouver, nur wenige Schritte vom Lonsdale Quay, Restaurants und dem SeaBus (15 Minuten) zur Innenstadt von Vancouver entfernt. Du wirst kein Auto brauchen!

Setzen Sie sich auf unser Westdeck mit Blick auf die Innenstadt von Vancouver und die North Shore Mountains und genießen Sie ein Glas Wein, während Sie die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge beobachten.

Vancouver ist ein Fahrradparadies - radeln Sie auf dem 22 km langen Vancouver Damm durch die Stadt oder erkunden Sie den Spirit Trail an der Nordküste (der Yachthafen mit unserem Hausboot befindet sich neben dem Spirit Trail).

Wir befinden uns direkt am Wasser im Herzen des Nordens von Vancouver, in einem der lebhaftesten Viertel. Es gibt viele Restaurants, die zu Fuß vom Hausboot aus zu erreichen sind. Sie sind 7 Minuten zu Fuß vom Seabus und dann 15 Minuten mit dem Seabus in die Innenstadt von Vancouver: Einkaufen in der Robson Street, in der Vancouver Art Gallery, in den Theatern, im Stanley Park und vielem mehr. The Creek Marina ist das ultimative Wasser- und Stadterlebnis in einem! Es ist ruhig wie auf dem Land, aber mit allen Vorteilen der Stadt.

Unser Haus ist ideal für einen romantischen Kurzurlaub oder einen Urlaub zu zweit geeignet.

Wir haben eine Gourmetküche mit 2 Backöfen (Miele-Schnellbackofen & Miele-Dampfbackofen) sowie einem Miele-Herd und Geschirrspüler und einem Sub-Zero-Kühlschrank.

Das Hausboot ist hochautomatisiert (Beleuchtung, Heizung, Jalousien) und kann über Wandschalter, iPad-Apps (wir überlassen Ihnen eine) oder über Sprachbefehle gesteuert werden. Sie können AirPlay-Musik in den großen Raum im Obergeschoss, das Hauptschlafzimmer und das Hauptbadezimmer abspielen. Sie können all diese Dinge auch auf die altmodische Weise verwenden - indem Sie die Schalter umlegen.

Ein Badezimmer ist mit einer Dampfdusche mit Platz für 2 Personen ausgestattet und das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über eine 2-Personen-Badewanne.

Wonderful stay!

The float home in N. Vancouver was a spectacular experience for our 25th anniversary! It was exceptionally clean, well stocked, and the location was fantastic! We were very happy with how walkable the area is, how close we were to the SeaBus and how easy it was in general to get around. The furniture was very comfortable, and all the accommodations one would need for a very nice time were provided. We will definitely be back to this location!!

Floatinghome in a Perfect Location !

We stayed in the Blue Wolf Float Home during our stay in Vancouver. The house is a perfect location and equipped very nice and with a personal style. The walk to the ferry that takes you to Vancouver is roughly 5 minutes. In the same area you will find lot‘s of restaurants. 5 stars are not enough for this home !!

Luxurious

This was our second visit and as before, it was faultless. The home is beautifully and tastefully furnished with a real cook’s kitchen. The location is so peaceful and whilst only a short stroll away from restaurants, bars and shops you do feel like you a million miles away due to its quiet location. The sea bus is also less than 10 minutes away and you can be in Downtown Vancouver in less than 30 minutes from leaving the property. Views and sunsets were spectacular with the added bonus, while we were there, of the spectacular fireworks display over English Bay. The owners certainly go the extra mile to make everything as easy and as enjoyable as possible. We will certainly return.

Excellent place and excellent location!

Despite the gloomy Vancouver weather, we thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Blue Wolf. It rained all week so we watched the very lovely deck from inside the spacious great room. Cozy heating on both levels. Hosts communicate very well. Coffee, tea and cookie stocks are great. Cooking needs complete including condiments, spices and gadgets. Location amazing near restaurants and grocery store. Seabus access to city awesome. Note that float houses do rock in the water - it was part of the charm for us but might not suit all. Hosts share many needs like umbrella, shopping bags, books etc which makes flying in light viable. Did not use the tub, shower is amazing.

Fabulous property in a super location!

Blue Wolf is without doubt the best VRBO property we have stayed in. Aside from the quality of the property - which is absolutely as described and shown in the photos - the house is kitted out with absolutely everything you need. The location is superb. Just a few minutes walk from the sea bus and the bus station, you really don’t need to rent a car here, unless you are going further afield than the greater Vancouver area. It was a pleasure to discover the local restaurants and coffee bars. And Earnest Ice cream became a regular haunt! So easy to get to Downtown Vancouver, as well as the major North shore attractions. Communication with Sylvie was so easy and she responded very quickly. We will definitely book Blue Wolf when we return to visit family on the future!

Perfect!

The property and location were perfect! No issues whatsoever were experienced, with hassle free check in, hassle free car parking and a wonderfully equipped property. The kitchen had everything you could wish for and all top branded appliances. We loved the views from the terrace balcony and the lovely artwork/internal decor. This was far better than many 5 star hotels we have stayed in. The location is quiet, yet you are only a 5 minute walk to the sea bus into Downtown to Vancouver. The area is extremely safe and friendly , with so many restaurants and bars nearby. Joeys and the Tap Barrel both done great food with fantastic views towards downtown, lovely at night. We have stayed many times in Vancouver and BC, but this has to be our favourite place so far. The experience of living on a floating home, sadly only for 5 days, was one we will cherish and this will be our first choice when we return. Also, the hosts were super responsive when we had a couple of questions. All in all, an utter joy.

Amazing experience!

Our float home experience was amazing! My husband and I went to Vancouver for our 25th wedding anniversary and chose this cute float home to stay in. We very much fell in love with this first class property. It was clean, modern and extremely well organized. The owner provided a notebook with clear information on the float home along with things to do. It was so nice to wake up to the sound of seagulls and surrounding water. The home rocked very slightly but not often. The rocking was barely noticeable. The area surrounding the float home was quiet and safe and conveniently located in the middle of Vancouver activities. We took many walks between the float home and Lonsdale Quay market which is nearby. We did have a car but it probably isn't necessary. Getting into downtown Vancouver was a breeze and so was driving into the mountains. We highly recommend this property and, if we ever make it back to Vancouver, will stay here again! Thank you for sharing your home!

Upscale, Unique, Wonderful

My husband and I spent the second half of our honeymoon from the Midwestern United States at the Blue Wolf Float House and absolutely loved it! This was a unique experience and we are so happy we chose it. Sylvie was very kind, communicative, and welcoming. The house is spotless with all the “smart” and upscale amenities. We especially loved sitting on the balcony. The location is perfect for trips to West End, Stanley Park, Capilano Suspension Bridge, Granville Island, Horseshoe Bay BC Ferries, and so much more. We recommend the Blue Wolf for anyone wanting a clean, welcoming, unique visit to Vancouver!

Beautifully created home

This home has been furnished with light and openness and ease of living in mind; the lights and shades are programmed conveniently to protect your privacy and create as comfortable an environment as possible leaving you to the option to adjust any setting as you wish. The marina staff are friendly and helpful and the local dine in or take out options are so good you never need to get into your car. And it is as quiet as any serene neighborhood on the north shore as the boats are mostly unoccupied except for the boat houses spread around the marina- and it all comes with a killer view of Mt Seymour and the Capilano canyon and peaks. The only missing piece was a king size bed which hopefully might be provided someday for those older folks not used to spooning any more.

Better than a 5 star hotel........it's so well equipped. This floating house comes with a front and rear patio which makes it ideal to sit outside. The owners are kind and very helpful and we highly recommend this property. Suzanne & Michel

Situation idéale!

La maison est superbe et très bien équipée. Il ne manque rien! La vue sur les bateaux et surtout sur les montagnes c’est époustouflant. Le « fire pit » donne une belle ambiance pour une soirée un peu fraîche. Par contre si il y avait un auvent ce serait mieux que les parasols lorsqu’il fait très soleil. La maison est à entre 5 et 15 minutes de marche de tout : épiceries, excellents restaurants… Sea Bus… facile de se rendre à Sea to Sky, Whistler… ferry pour Victoria, les musées. Nous sommes très contents de notre vacance.

We are Sylvie and Don from Vancouver. We love traveling and when we are away, we like to share our float home with our guests so they too can experience how special it is to live ON the water. When we travel we like to stay in houses that are immaculately clean and uncluttered, luxurious and have something special about them. We have followed that philosophy with design and construction of our float home, there are many upgraded features in the home, and living on the water is truly a wonderful and special experience.

When we are not enjoying all that Vancouver has to offer, we are likely staying at our second home on Cayman Brac (Listing 1485429).

Perfect FIFA location without the downtown chaos. Walk 7 minutes to the Seabus, enjoy a beautiful 10-minute ride across the water, then a short train ride to BC Place. Many guests say the commute is easier than staying in Vancouver itself.

This property has everything! Close to everything you don’t need a car. The house is ON the water in a very quiet marina, so you can relax after a day of exploring and watch the seals and sea otters play around you. Many restaurants and markets nearby.
