This is a 11th-floor LOFT in the heart of Downtown Vancouver, the suite has incredible views of the city. Perfect for couples, solo travellers business guests, the suite is a great place to relax after a busy day exploring everything the city has to offer!

The apartment is within walking distance to many famous places in Vancouver - Rogers Arena, BC Place, English Bay, Vancouver Art Gallery, Yaletown Marina, Gastown, Coal Harbour and many more. 100% walk score!

Basic cooking items, including pots and pans. High speed internet and streaming are available.
Fully equipped bathroom. Ensuite laundry with detergent and sheets included.

1 secured underground parking space provided.

Please note that our unit is in the heart of Vancouver and many sites and locations are easily accessible. However with living in Downtown Vancouver, there might be some street noise in the evenings and on weekends.

Great experience, but bring earplugs 😉

Had a great stay during my vacation in Vancouver. The check-in process was great, the view at day and night is really good and the apartment is right in the center with everything easy to walk to in a few minutes. But there are some cons to mention as well: My expectations were high and I was a little disappointed by the just standard furniture and inventory. Also the towels had list some color probably by some drops of bath cleaner, but they were washed and clean. Also I would have loved an A/C. It gets very warm up there, so you have to open the windows. But it is also located right in a party district, so it is noisy, especially with opened windows. I was prepared for that and brought some good sleeping earplugs and also did party myself in the locations nearby 😉 Would still definitely recommend if you want some big city life experience.

Visited in early September temperature outdoors was hot and the unit does not have air conditioning, it had one small fan, needs minor repair to shower. Area is close to a loud club and with no a/c makes the stay uncomfortably warm and noisy if you need to keep the windows open for air and ventilation.Was close to a small market and several dining locations.

I arrived at the property to find water all over the floor coming from the fridge and a very run down apartment, with a smell to it. No water coming out of the bathroom sink and moldy old tub and shower so I showered elsewhere. I contacted the owner or manager and never heard from him at all. I cleaned up all the water myself. I texted as well as VRBO app. Nothing. First night using the bathroom there were silverfish crawling on the floor so I made sure my suitcase was closed at all times. The place is very run down and dirty. I tried not to be there very often. Then when I was getting the garbage ready to take down when I was leaving I had it by the stove while I was emptying the bathroom garbage and there was a line of tiny bugs coming from under the stove within seconds. Onto the garbage bag. I panicked and grabbed the garbage and quickly took it downstairs. When I got back up, my arm had bugs on it. I was so freaked out. I finally reached out again and this time he got back to me. But that all he did, got back to me. Never had an experience like this before. It gets one star because it does have a beautiful view.

Visible mold in the bathroom… a lot, strong cleaning fragrance, very hot, furnished with the cheapest quality everything. Very loud area, especially if you have the windows open so you don’t suffocate. Most of this doesn’t really bother me , but the mold makes this an unsafe place for humans.

Getting keys and parking

You have to get keys before you can get in or park which is 2 blocks away. Not a problem if you don’t have a carIf you have a car good luck on finding a parking spot so you can get the keys to the garage. The instructions on where car garage is good but 3 of the parking units all look the same I wouldn’t want to try to park a large truck or suv in there I do have to give the property manager credit in getting back to me with my questions. It was just very stressful trying to find a parking spot 2 blocks away with all the traffic and people walking to retrieve keys

Chan and manager Julia were responsive when contacted. Location was perfect for our needs, close to Skytrain, shopping, groceries, restaurants. Condo was stylish and clean with all you need for a stay. While the property needs a few refresher updates, we would stay there again. It was clean, nice building and centrally located.

Dirty and damaged!!!

Upon check-in, we were shocked to discover the coach had dirt stains and holes in it. The pots and pans had the nonstick coating, literally peeling off mildew and stains on the ceiling in the bathroom, found long strands of black hair and dirt on the dishes in the cupboard, no face cloths. Unfinished drywall repairs, missing hooks on walls to hang stuff in bathroom and a fan that didn’t work and would defend you if you had it on. Try to reach out to the host with these issues as my wife did not feel comfortable staying there, but he did not reply. Sent several messages and the only reply I got was him thanking me for my stay. Worst experience I have ever had renting a place only thing going for this look Unit is location.
