Overall a very good high quality property

In general we were very well impressed with this property. The fact that everything was on one level was ideal for my disabled wife. The one disappointment in this respect was that (despite our having asked if something could have been done) there was no handrail beside the steps into the pool, which made it impossible for her to use it. This is a basic safety matter which most of us (disabled of not) find helpful as we get older. These rails are easily available and most can be fairly simply fitted with all fixings at the side of the pool above the water level. In all other ways we were very happy with the house and loved the way there was sun from early morning (when it is not too hot) right up to the lovely sunsets over the ocean.

Gorgeous home and AMAZING sunset views!!

My daughter and I thoroughly loved our almost 2 week holiday at this home over Christmas and New Year’s! The home is perfectly laid out with a gorgeous kitchen, pool, laundry room and 3 spacious bedrooms. My only suggestions would be maybe add another sofa for more seating and add a smart TV that you could access something more than Netflix. I brought my Fire Stick but it didn’t work on the TV. There’s board games and books and just about everything else you could need including coolers, beach chairs, beach towels and a yoga mat. The management company Costa Concierge is there to help you with anything you need. Thanks Lorna and Frank!! Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to return next Christmas! Pura Vida

Absolutely beautiful property with stunning views!! Definitely need a 4x4 to go up the mountain road

Would definitely come back. Andrew and Kaitlin were very friendly and quick to respond to my many questions. Also very knowledgeable about the area and provided an information book about the property that we referred to quite a bit.

An absolute dream!

Our stay at Villa Brisa Oceano was an absolute dream! Andrew and Kaitlin met us at the home when we arrived to walk us through and see if we had any questions. We actually enjoyed the house so much from the view, pool, and fantastic kitchen we canceled some of our plans and just stayed there. Another important thing to mention is that the home was spotless and had anything you could need for a comfortable stay. We will be booking this home again in the future! Pura Vida!
