Guest will have full access to the entire property. No other guests or homeowners will be on site during your stay.

** Please be aware that check-in is from 12 till 6pm. If your flight lands after 12:00pm, then we advise against trying to get to us the same day you fly in. We are 4 hours from San Jose. You also need to allow time for customs and immigration, recuperating your rental car, and stops along the way (lunch, grocery shopping), making for a long day. It does get dark at 6pm, and if it is your first time to Costa Rica, it’s best to drive in daylight hours only. We will gladly recommend accommodations nearby the airport.**

**A 4x4 vehicle is required for your stay. Our community roads are well maintained and easy to navigate, but they are dirt roads, and some parts are steep.

NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION
Lagunas de Baru is an exclusive community in Costa Ballena, overlooking Dominical - just minutes away from a beach known for surfing, dining and nightlife. The house is located approximately 10 minutes up a gravel/dirt mountain road. A 4x4 vehicle is necessary to access this property, but the roads are well maintained. We are very close to some of the most beautiful waterfalls in all of Costa Rica. Only 10min to the famous Nauyaca Waterfalls. Lots of great trails to do jungle hikes. Plenty of whitewater rafting, zip lining, surfing, horseback riding, whale watching, sports fishing, and much more!!
