Kamaole Sands ist das erste Gebäude in South Kihei. Gegenüber vom Kamaole Beach III gelegen. Ein 2-minütiger Spaziergang vom Strandpark und eine 2-minütige Fahrt von Shops in Wailea, Golfplätzen und Restaurants machen Kamaole Sands zu einem großartigen Urlaubsziel. Zu Fuß erreichen Sie einige der besten Restaurants in Kihei. Genießen Sie den schönen Pool, das Spa, das Tennis und die Fitnesseinrichtungen. BBQ unter den Sternen. Wale beobachten, schwimmen, schnorcheln, am Strand spazieren gehen und die unglaublichsten Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Es gibt 15 Hektar üppige tropische Landschaft, Wasserlandschaften und Brunnen. We loved everything about the unit. Central AC was great! We will look for this unit when we are back on Maui. The only issue was the master bath shower doors. They need to be replaced. They are very difficult to open and close and you can’t have both doors fully closed all the way so it lets cold air into the shower. Very nice, quiet, updated unit.

Quick Visit to Maui

Mother-daughter trip of 5 nights to quickly to Road to Hana, sunset and sunrise at Haleakala, whale watch, luau, pineapple tour - bought and rented local. Vrbo was perfect location to all activities. Amenities all convenient.

Nice place to stay in Kihea. Easy access to Kam III. The only complaints I would have is the master bath door not closing properly (needs to be adjusted) and the 6 digit code to enter the door (a little difficult for old brains to remember).

Can’t beat location and amenities

Loved my solo stay here at Kamaole Sands unit 8-208! The location was perfect, down near the south end of Kihei. The unit was comfortable— the bed was great, and there’s CENTRAL a/c, which in my experience is a rarity in Hawaiian rental condos. Beach chair, towels, and coolers; all the kitchen stuff you might need. I have zero complaints and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Mahalo!

The condo was very nice . The furniture was up to date and decorated tastefully . The condo was a little further from the beach then I thought .B We did not go to the pool but one pool for this many condo's ..not so sure about that . But for what we paid for the condo , it was a good value. We wish we could stay in Waller Makenna but not alot of condo's there. Snorkled at the lava fields and went to the beach near there. We also went to the beach at the Four Seasons. You can use there beach and valet park. Well worth it but crowded. Our best meals were at the Ekolu Kitchen 1279 and Lineage .We also stayed in North West Maui , north of Lanai . Prefer that area better ( less crowded) and you can be closer to the beach . All in all a great trip.

The beach was directly across the street and shops were a short walk away, so everything was very accessible.Just a couple things, the bathroom sink drain didn't work and there was only 2 beach chairs and snorkel masks. I asked when I called about beach accessories and I was expecting a cooler and umbrella. They did drop off a new cooler when I mentioned would be good if you said no umbrella and cooler. I tried to buy an umbrella but sold out.I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great…for the price

Summary: if this is the top of your budget and you prioritize a balcony and a full kitchen, this is great. However, you’re getting what you pay for. Management and check-in: 5 stars overall. Pros: Answered the phone quickly at all times and knew what was going on with the unit, including a middle of the night flood requiring midnight service. Cons: lots of emails with little information consolidation—read carefully beforehand, or you’re liable to miss instructions (we did). Unit itself: 2.5-3 stars. Pros: Kitchen is FANTASTIC, will have everything you need and more. Balcony area offers a semi-private outdoor space to enjoy the view. AC, while kind of annoying that you have to reset it every few hours, was powerful and we didn’t have a problem with the short timer—gets VERY cold quickly, and unit maintains temp fairly well even after AC shuts off. Cons: Unit smelled like heavy cigarette smoke covered with a deodorizer throughout the entire stay (5 nights). Additionally, the bedroom carpet, bed linens, and the living room couch are definitely due to be replaced—carpet and couch were pretty worn, and all of the above felt pretty grungy. Understandably, cell service (AT&T) throughout the unit was very spotty, but the internet didn’t reach the bedroom, which made texting/laptop use/etc anywhere but the common area tough.

Great one month stay in 8-208

Reviewer Comments: The unit was very nicely appointed with all the necessary items included. There were 4 beach chairs, umbrella, number of different coolers, snorkel equipment along with lots of pillows and blankets for the bed and pull-out. The kitchen had everything we needed (minus a spatula) and thankfully also had empty cupboards for food storage. There was also lots of containers for leftovers and beach picnics! The fridge/freezer was adequate with ice cube trays available to keep your water cold in your reusable water bottles. There was an issue with a sound coming from the AC unit. Once reported, it was looked at almost immediately and while it wasnt fixed, a work around was found which didnt affect our enjoyment of the unit. For some reason some days upon returning to the unit, there was a very strong smel of marijuana coming from the laundry cupboard. We reported it via text to Management and no response was ever received however running an empty dryer load seemed to work however I did have to re-wash a load of laundry that had been left in the dryer because all of the clothes came out smelling like marijuana. One thing that should be repaired is the sliding shower door in the master ensuite. For part of the stay it would scrape along the bottom until we reattached the wheel but it fell off again before we left. Overall, enjoyable stay and we would stay in this unit again.

Plenty of beach items, boogie boards, beach towels, ice chests, and probably much more that I did not use. Clean two bathrooms, kitchen and all the living areas. Great location with an somewhat ocean view from lanai as shown in condo description. Loved the central AC. Kamaole beach number three right across street. In my opinion and experience one of the best beaches for relaxing and swimming. Great restaurant close by. Plus a large swimming pool on grounds. For you EV vehicle folks, charging available on site. This is my fourth stay at Kamaole Sands and will be there my next visit to Maui. I love the Kihei area as there is much offered there without all the hussle and bussel. Hope to see you next year.

Just Right

Easy walk to the beach. Comfortable condo. 2nd floor with ocean view from the deck. You’re looking at several other condos before you see the ocean, but the price was very good for the other advantages. Wasn’t a huge fan of the 4 hour timer that is on the AC (need to get up and reset in the middle of the night), but the reasoning is understandable. We would definitely rebook!

Kapolei Sandsbis our Favorite

The condo overall was clean and well maintained. Although, a deep clean could be done. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Kamole Sands is a beautiful property and is our favorite place to stay in Maui. Beach is right across the street and many shops and restaurants within walking distance. I recommend staying here!

Excellent Stay

Location was perfect, walking distance to beaches and restaurants. The unit was clean and quiet, we didn't hear any outside noise. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great condo/property located in the heart of Kihei

Clean, spacious and in the perfect location of Kihei. Traveled to Maui many times and this was one of the best locations in Kihei I’ve ever stayed in. Communication was also excellent. I’ll be bookmarking this condo for future rental.

Dated but Good

Aside from a cleaning person popping in at 8 am on our check out day and some of the dated decor needing a refresh, we enjoyed our stay in this small apartment.
