Great property rough location.

The property was fantastic ! It was clean and spacious. The beach chairs were a huge plus. The beds were great and the kitchen had all the cooking utensils necessary. We had some great food within walking distance. If you come with a family I would be very careful. The Pier Point area may look family friendly but seems to turn very rough at night If you enjoy walking you want to scout out your route. There aren’t many sidewalks on the street side.

Wonderful!

Highly recommended Aqua 1710! The location was perfect and the views from the balcony were spectacular. The decor throughout the condo was amazing…Truly gave a polished beach vibe🏖️. We have stayed in a lot of condo rentals and none of them come close to the cleanliness of this rental. We highly recommend this rental and we will be booking for future trips.

Aqua Condo Stay

The Aqua was a perfect place for my wife and I to stay for the Seabreeze Jazz Festival. The amenities were amazing and the location was great. We had everything that we needed for our stay. The condo was very clean. We will be staying there again next year.

SPRING BREAK 2024

We loved the condo and the view was spectacular as advertised. Very comfortable condo that we will try to visit again. Only issue we had was with the construction going on in front of the building which very much limited any use of pool areas and was quite loud during the day. Overall, we were very happy with our stay here.

We loved this condo. It was beautifully decorated and had everything that we needed for our stay at PCB. The views from the kitchen/ living room and master bedroom were beautiful. The furniture was newer and had a beachy vibe. The bunk room was small but a perfect size for our two 17 year old sons. It has a large drawer under the lower bed where they were able to put their clothes. The master closet was spacious and the kitchen has a decent size pantry for food. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Aqua Resort will be where we stay for every upcoming PCB trip through Warren Beach Rentals. The resort was everything we could've asked for, the location was perfect for our family, the pools were amazing, beach wasn't ever too crowded, elevators were quick, literally have no complaints about this property or the host. Our host ALWAYS responded within in few mins, from the time I booked until the day of checkout. The condo was exactly as pictured, clean with plenty of towels, linens, start up supplies and you can tell the host invest in their property. No lack of quality throughout. If I could give 10 stars I would. We will only be booking through Warren Beach Rentals from here on out. Thank you for making this our best trip yet.

Buyer beware

Toilets were dirty at checkin and the living room TV and lights did not work. No power in this part of the condo for the first day and then an electrician had to be called by the maintenance department. Requested a 2 hour early check-in on a Weekday and was told it would cost us $50 extra which seems really petty. Won’t be back.

Nice upgraded property

The condo was nicely decorated with a well stocked kitchen with upgraded appliances. Comfortable chairs on balcony. No rugs in the condo….would have been nice to have at least one. Second bedroom is more like bunk bed “nook.” It is very small. The elevators were the biggest problem for us. Two elevators broke down at beginning of week and had to wait 40 min to get our groceries to the condo. Took the stairs up 17 flights of stairs several times. Exhausting!

Lovely updated condo with great views

This condo was very updated and accommodated my family of four nicely. The bunkroom was perfect for my 13 and 9 year old boys. The master had amazing views and we loved the sliders out to the balcony and to be able to wake up with a view of the ocean. I will say they seemed to be stingy with the bath towels. Each bathroom only had one large bath towel and two hand towels. The check-in process was a bit confusing because we arrived after the main lobby had closed. However, we called the number on the window, and they were able to get us to the people we needed asap. There was confusion on our part related to who sent the original check-in email. It was not from VRBO, so it was missed! Warren Beach Rentals was very helpful on the phone as well as resending the email info we needed. We had a beach view, and when we went out the front door, the main street in PCB is right below. There are shops and restaurants very close and all over. Pier Park is very close as well. Overall, great stay.

When we arrived there was already sand in our hotel, we found blood stains on one of the extra pillows in the closet and one day the resort had sewage backup in the outside shower drain where kids were playing in it and there were no signs out until later that evening.
