We enjoyed our stay! The location was so nice. Very walkable to Bean Point Beach, Pine Ave & Beachfront Park. The pool was wonderful. I was nervous about the pool alarm after reading other reviews, but it must've been disarmed so we never had it go off. The lanai is not baby proof at all (very large openings in the railing that lead down a flight of stairs) but we held our littles if we had the door to that room open. I'd come back again!

Nice Getaway!

The location of the pet-friendly home we stayed in was close to both bay and gulf. We rented a golf cart which was key to exploring the island. The shops and eateries were easily accessible, and the locals were very nice. We would definitely consider this property again.

Great location...3 min walk to the beach park then a couple blocks to bean point beach. Amazing snorkling!! House was great for our family plenty of room to spread out or gather together. Long couch and chairs played games at night. Grilled out by pool. Wonderful place!! Beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, floats and toys!

We enjoyed quiet relaxing evenings poolside. The pool was our favorite spot for our toddler. It had a nice ledge that was perfect for her to play on while still in the water but not too deep. Good location to amenities as well. Extra bed pads that are kept in the closets can be used for additional sleeping.

Loved the house and the pool! Roomy enough to handle our family including our fur babies!! Had two contractors show up unannounced which surprised us. Would have expected a call a day in advance from a safety and scheduling perspective.

Fantastic Getaway

We loved Beach to Bay Getaway!! The beds were comfortable, the property was clean, there was tons of outdoor seating and shade. The pool was everything we could have wanted. I wish there was a dish drying rack or some kitchen towels, but that’s my only complaint. It was close enough to walk, or a short drive if needed. Don’t let the reviews of the door alarm deter you, it’s as simple as pressing a button. The safety reassurance it provided with a 3 year old was worth the few times we set it off :)

Great location for a relaxing vacation

Although the house is a bit older and may not look as fancy as other ones in AMI area, it has everything you need and is very comfortable. The large private swimming pool is great to swim in even at night or early morning. And the house is very close to the beach (2 minutes walk), where we could swim and even watch dolphins almost every day. The Vacasa staff is very friendly and helpful. We needed them two times during our three weeks stay (one time the pool pump strainer was clogged and required cleaning, the other time the gas bottle for the barbecue grill was empty and had to be replaced) - and they fixed it within a few hours. All in all I highly recommend the place due to its specific location in the old (and niciest) part of AMI - if you tolerate that it is a bit older and not „super-fancy“.

A great spring break stay!

We had a great stay here during our Spring break. The property is well suited to a family. There is a lot of space and the backyard with the pool and deck area is fantastic. The pool has different steps and ledges which added to the fun with the kids. The place is dated, but comfortable. The kitchen is small but has more than everything you need. Our only complaint was that the pool company came to clean on Friday after at 2pm on our last full day. We couldn't swim for 3 hrs, which was frustrating. It would have been appreciated to have a heads up for when the pool would receive the maintenance so we could plan around. Being close to the Rod n' Reel pier was great, as well as to the local stores just a few blocks away. We had brought and rented bikes which made getting anywhere quick and easy. The walk to the main beach is a hike - about 1km or 10 min, but we had brought a wagon to pull our stuff back and forth. Thanks for a great week!
