The cleanliness of the cabin was impeccable and communication with the host was very easy. Price may have been a bit much, but it was an excellent weekend staying there

The cabin was spotless and charming and the location was absolutely perfect. Just a short drive to any hike we wanted and so perfect for our dog to enjoy as well!

Completely relaxing and rejuvenating.

A beautiful experience with nature. The beautiful trees and cabins are not things that be expected at home. The at home with nature is not just a saying- we saw a rabbit a deer came out of the trees just a few feet from our Jeep. It was quite that is what I enjoyed the most!

We had a great time staying at this cabin for a couple days over New Years. Its very quiet, secluded, and tucked nicely in the Hocking State Forest. Far enough away from Logan but still a quick trip to town if you're so inclined. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. Its literally a 1/2 mile from Old Man Cave and a couple miles from other hiking trails. We did a lot of hiking; it was so convenient. We would stay here again when coming down to Hocking Hills.

Celebrated Thanksgiving and my birthday. It was just my wife and I were spending 4 days at Hocking Hills. The cabin was perfect in size and location. We loved the hot tub after a day of hiking in the cold weather and it’s covered in case it rains, which helped us choose this cabin. The fireplace was very cozy as well. We went to the Visitor center and picked up a couple of movies to watch and got some extra towels and hot tub cleaner. This was just a short walk from the cabin and it’s open 24/7. Whatever you forgot… they have it available. Kevin provided excellent communication whenever we contacted him and usually within minutes. The King bed was so comfortable and bathroom was a good size for two people to get ready. This was our 3rd year at Hocking Hills at Thansgiving and this was our favorite cabin. There are a few other cabins in the area but we didnt even know there were people in them. Loved the cabin, location and peace.

We had a nice stay in Cedar Grove, but wouldn't select this specific unit again. We enjoyed the hot tub, the grill, the fact that we could bring our dog, the fire pit, and the proximity to the most popular trails, especially during the week when things were more quiet! The state route behind the property was too loud for a light sleeper, even with the patio door closed. We were hoping for a woodsy cabin with some quiet. (The neighbors across the front drive were also loud with music our last night - not that the hosts could help that!) Lovely finishes on the cabin. All in all was a nice experience.
