Getting up each morning to such a beautiful view was the best! We enjoyed our stay. The villa was very comfortable, everything worked well. The property is well taken care of and clean. The area is very quiet with several great restaurants nearby.

Wonderful

The home was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was clean and warm with loungers to soak up the sun. The best part was the concierge who helped up book a golf cart which picked us up from the airport. They also gave wonderful restaurant recommendations and helped us book a snorkeling trip. It still felt like we had good privacy even though it’s a condo. It also had a dock so we could be picked up for our dives and snorkeling trips. If you are looking for something that is affordable without sacrificing quality this is the perfect place! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful people and a beautiful Island. Fun time snorkeling and a productive fishing trip with near by restaurant prepared our fish for lunch.

Great place

Great place to stay. Comfortable bed however this unit has cockroaches & there were knats in the toilet that required spraying often. Once that’s taken care of there’s no complaints

Beautiful and Peaceful

We loved the amazing view and how quiet it was. Having a pool right outside the door and the beach a few steps away was priceless. Also, it was nice to have all the amenities of home…A/C, full kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 TV’s, and more. We are already planning on coming back!

Beautiful

The view was beautiful. We were able to walk out straight to the pool or the ocean. We had a private pier you can chill up at or swim in the ocean. The night lights are amazing, so the view looks great wether it’s day or night. The bed was very comfortable.

Great Location, needs some work

This rental was in a fantastic location. The washer/dryer were broken but they gave us another unit to use. The bed was far too soft, the couch was very dirty, The rest of the unit was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed but could have used some basics condiments. All in all, a nice stay.

Beautiful spot but needs a little love

Overall impression was quite good. Gineli was very helpful in arranging transportation and activities. Beautiful view of the lagoon. A few nits: bed linens should be replaced. Bikes were not available as per listing. Kayaks were in disrepair. Not enough lounge chairs or beach chairs for the number of guests (4 chairs for 12 units).

Not bad

Overall C1 is a nice unit. Fully stocked, comfy bed. We were comfortable. We had friends in A1 and their condo was not great. The property managers were responsive at first, but once we were there they did not respond well. We had to ask to have the pool cleaned, and there were a few days where we had a strong sewer smell. They did not reply to our texts. One thing missing at this property is an outdoor grill. For that reason I would not book here again.

Views were great, condo was ok.

Good - Grounds were well kept. The concierge, Lourdes, was amazing. She reserved our flight from the mainland to San Pedro and arranged our golf cart rental. The ground crew was very friendly. The kitchen was stocked with kitchenware well enough to prepare some light meals, through we ate out every day. The not so good - The couches were definitely worn in and a little stained. Not a huge deal but combined with the roach traps in plain view, the dingy bedding and stained towels, it made us rethink the cleanliness of the place. I killed two giant (1.5 inch) roaches and relocated a good sized scorpion (2.5 inches) that visited my wife while she was in the bathroom. The wifi was great when it worked. It cut in and out frequently which made getting some work done impossible. The BAD - They must not spray for mosquitoes. They were horrendous! We literally ran from our room to the golf cart and left the grounds as fast as possible when we went out in the morning. Every time we came back, my wife ran inside while I parked the golf cart to avoid the onslaught. I don’t have the skin reaction to them that she does. I saw one person use the pool, one time, the entire week we were there. The outside was a ghost town. A super shame because the pool and grounds were nice.

We're sorry to read some pests annoyed you during your stay. The rainy season does drive a lot of them indoors, which is why the traps are placed. The grounds are sprayed for mosquitoes every morning and evening, but, again, the rainy season doesn't allow this to be quite as effective as usual. New towels have been put in the home. The WiFi did go out due to a small fire that burned the fiber optic cable; this has been addressed. Thank you!

We stayed at this property recently and, unfortunately, it didn’t fully meet our expectations.Early check-in was not available, and the property is about 45 minutes from downtown San Pedro, which is something to keep in mind if you plan to explore often. The north side of the island is very quiet, with limited restaurant options nearby.One of the biggest downsides was the water directly in front of the property. It was brown with a very strong odor due to decaying sargassum. The smell carried throughout the property, making it difficult to enjoy the pool or outdoor areas. Additionally, the beach area was not maintained, which could have helped improve the situation.That said, if you’re looking for a quiet and secluded place to relax, the location itself does offer that.The host was excellent with communication and very responsive, which we truly appreciated.Inside the home, the furniture did not match the listing photos—specifically the couches, which were much older and not very comfortable. I had also read previous reviews about the mattress, and I agree—it is very soft and worn and likely needs to be replaced.Overall, while there were some positives, there are several areas that need improvement to better align with the listing and guest expectations.

The condo was clean when we arrived and we were able to gain access early, which was appreciated. The property is dated and we had an issue with a leaky kitchen sink, poor water pressure in the bathroom, a very soft mattress, a screen patio door that needed constant realigning, and a foul odor during our stay. The location of the condo is better suited for a short stay of a few days.

Never vacasa

Could not get vacasa to provide all the items that are listed on the property website. Lot of excuses, no action or follow through. Had issues with this company when dealing with them in Oregon. Property 6 miles north of San Pedro, 30 minute drive over moon scape road.

Nice Place To Visit

I loved being on the Sea and walking out into the pool. The bed was a little too soft and Kleenex would have been nice. Be prepared for the bumpy road and bring a lot of bug spray for the bugs. Great place to visit

Nice quiet community close to the beach

When we first got to San Pedro and drove our golf cart to the property it seemed like we would be way out of the action. It located about 30 minutes north of the the Water Taxi port. When we arrived at the unit it was very clean, view of the ocean, and the pool was right off our patio. We also really enjoyed the fact that it was on the first floor. Big benefit when carrying luggage. This unit is located close to the intersection to go to Secret Beach. We ate at a different olace everynight. After the forst drive it turned out that it was not all that far from the downtown area where you meet your guides/tours. The only thing that I could come up with as an opportunity to fix is the master bedroom AC unit does not get to a comfortable temp. We are.from Arizona where AC is a way of life. We still enjoyed our stay and would do so again. Cheers

Excellent Get away!

This place was awesome! It was just like walking into your own home and having everything you need. It is a quiet place and you can really relax by the pool, take a walk down the beach, or sit out under the shade of the cabana at the end of the dock. I will definitely be going back.
