Mint Julep ist ein Neubauhaus, das 2015 fertiggestellt wurde. Das Haus befindet sich in einer großartigen Gegend von Pedestrian Beach, einem Gebiet, das für Familienfreundlichkeit bekannt ist und sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu allem befindet, was die Insel zu bieten hat. Draußen verbringen Sie Ihren Abend in der privaten Feuerstelle oder auf einem der beiden Decks. Egal wo Sie sich entspannen möchten, Sie können die Aussicht auf das Wasser genießen. Im Inneren des Hauses können Sie die gleichen großartigen Ausblicke genießen, und auf dem Deck der zweiten Ebene werden sie noch besser. Die beiden Master-Suiten nehmen die gesamte obere Ebene ein und verfügen jeweils über einen privaten Zugang zum Deck der oberen Ebene. Auf der Hauptebene befinden sich die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und die Gemeinschaftsräume. Wenn Sie bereit sind, den Strand zu erkunden, werden Sie Mint Juleps in unmittelbarer Nähe des öffentlichen Spaziergangs mit Dusche schätzen.

Clean and very short walk to beach.

Very nice property. A little crowded for a family with kids of varied ages because the living room is small and no table to eat at. No pantry room but stocked very well in the kitchen. Everything was clean and comfy. We had very loud neighbors that stayed up very late. The houses are close together. But overall great experience.

Location

We come to Surfside every summer. This house is in a great spot on the pedestrian beach. You can hear and see the waves coming in from the great deck chairs. Plenty of space for the whole family. My only complaint was there we no paper products or even hand soap when we arrived. We usually unpack before we hit the store, but we couldn’t even wash our hands. I didn’t see that in the listing, or welcome letter, so be sure you pack some.

Great Beach House

This house was big and great location. There was plenty of space and beds for our party of 14. There were a few cons to the weekend. The fridge was not cleaned out and made it tough for the food we had brought with us. The grill was not usable unless we went out to purchase propane which was a bummer as we had not planned for this as it was listed there would be a grill to use. Finally the driveway is heavy on soft sand and one of our cars became stuck. Luckily the rental service knew of someone that came over and was able to tow it out. Overall the weekend and house was great minus the few hiccups.

Wonderful Beach house!

House was well stocked and cleaned . Perfect location . During our stay it was cloudy and raining but the house was so close to the beach and even had sand on the property so the little ones enjoyed it very much despite the weather . The firepit/ bonfire was great! We used it all three nights of our stay . I'd but plenty of wood before hand. We enjoyed it that much we made a trip to buccess every evening for wood and enjoyed sitting around the fire listening to the waves and music . The property point of contact was great! Response time was immediately for any question I had. Would definitely stay at the Mint Julep gain.

Good spot to get away

This house is in a great location steps away from the pedestrian beach. The outdoor furniture and deck could use maintenance with loose arms and nails popping up. The mosquitoes kept us in after sundown but we used the deck every morning for coffee and breakfast. The stairs to the upstairs rooms were a challenge for my older parents with a wiggling handrail and no handrail at the bottom turn of the staircase. The daybed I slept on definitely needed a new mattress. But the house is equipped for all your basic needs. We enjoyed the calm quiet neighborhood. Overall everyone had a relaxing time in Surfside.

Good experience overall

The house was just as expected location wise. Easy access to the beach and a great view from the porch. I know these homes take a toll from the weather and are hard to upkeep. So considering that, it was fairly kept. The kitchen was completely unorganized with piles of pots and dishes to sort through. But managed to find what we needed when all was said and done. The TV remote needed batteries and the sink upstairs was backed up and a bit gross. No extra trash bags, toilet paper or paper towels available, so bring your own if needed. Beds were very comfortable and linens too. Loved having the fire pit and space for our dogs to run and play. Overall a good experience, but would've liked it to be cleaner.

Thank you for your feedback. The owners of this property take great pride in there homes. I will speak to the housekeeping department about the organization in the kitchen. We do not provide extra bags nor paper products as we do send a what to bring list to let you know what to bring. We are glad that you and your guest were able to enjoy the firepit and make wonderful memories especially with your fur babies. We hope that you come back and be guest of Mint Julep again.

We rented this beach house from July 3 - 13th. When we arrived, the house was not in the best condition—filters were filthy, kitchen sink leaking and it clearly hadn't been well maintained. Still, we didn’t let it ruin our vacation and did our best to enjoy the time.After our stay, our entire family went above and beyond to clean the house. Despite that, the landlord is accusing us of leaving it dirty—over two bottle caps outside and a random hairball (from who knows where) a note book and beads. They also claimed we damaged a light fixture and the TV, which is completely false and two stains on separate comforters. We're not savages—we treated the home with care and respect .When I called to clarify, she made several inaccurate claims and then hung up on me. It’s starting to feel like they’re just trying to justify keeping the 300 deposit—especially since they never refunded us for last year’s booking, which had to be rolled over because of a hurricane.Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend renting this property.

Great stay

Had a fun 3-day weekend stay with my kids and some family. Great spaced out bedrooms so kids don’t get bothered by us adults staying up super late. Enjoyed the fire-pit in the evenings. Perfect location just steps to the sand.

Great Location

The property was great. Super clean, had everything we needed. Crazy close to the beach. Beds were all very comfy. Owners even stopped by while we were on the porch to make sure everything was going well. We stayed with some friends and their family and everyone had a great time!

We loved this house! It was such a great getaway and in the perfect location. We usually go to Surfside/Freeport beaches and when we saw this location we knew we had to book it. Meet the Owners of Beach Resort Services – A Family Tradition Since 1992

At Beach Resort Services, we are more than just a vacation rental company—we are a small, family-owned and operated business with deep roots in Surfside Beach. Our story began in 1957, when our parents stopped in Surfside to fish after their honeymoon in Galveston. What started as a weekend getaway soon became a lifelong tradition, leading to summers spent here as a family before finally making Surfside our home in 1976.

In 1992, our mother and founder, Catherine, who had been managing properties with Brannan Realty since 1976, took over as property manager for 13 homeowners in need—and that’s how Beach Resort Services was born. Since then, we have continued to grow, but we have never lost sight of what makes us special—family, tradition, and a passion for helping others create unforgettable beach memories.

Today, Beach Resort Services is run by a dedicated team of three—Denise, Drew, and Hope—who work tirelessly to provide exceptional service, trustworthy management, and a personal touch to every guest and homeowner we serve.
