Great home in great location

Very nice home, great backyard that opens right to a playground. Great location for a quick trip down Broadway to downtown Boise, and easy access to I-84. Works well for a family of 5 and 2 grandparents. Home owners very easy to work with, would gladly stay here again.

Excellent vacation

This home is just perfect from the beautiful front and back yards to a fully equipped kitchen. The deck had comfortable furniture, including a table and umbrella, with nice lighting so we could play games at night The kiddie park is directly behind the house and a delightful public pool is a short walk as well. Gorgeous deck and patio

James’ place was so wonderful, clean, spacious and perfect for us. Very well cared for, well equipped, and fun touches throughout - plenty of cookware, kitchen essentials(cooking spray, spices, Keurig pods), board games, PlayStation, cornhole/bags set, and shower essentials in each bathroom. I can’t say enough about this place, it was just perfect. A beautiful, serene back deck and yard with mature well-kept landscaping.

Best VRBO we’ve ever stayed wt

Everything about our stay was fantastic. James was a pleasure to interact with and very accommodating. The house was simply fantastic. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-stocked. We stayed with several very young children and it was clear the house was prepared for us with this in mind. Huge backyard and direct access to a fantastic park with a public water park minutes away. I can’t say enough how much we loved our stay! Thanks so much!

Perfect Rental

James was the perfect host. He communicated regularly with us. James even had cupcakes and a bottle of wine waiting for our graduating college student. The home was beautiful and in a great location, close to the airport, BSU, and downtown. It lived up to everything shown on the website, and more. This home had it all. I would recommend checking into the home before going to the grocery store as many items will be crossed off your list. It is the most well stocked vacation rental I have seen. Amazing Home!

We had a wonderful stay in Boise! The home was fabulous. Everything was extraordinarily clean and communication with the host was excellent. The kitchen had everything you could want and more. This was probably the best stocked kitchen we have ever had in a vacation rental. The pantry staples (spices and oil) made cooking easy. The backyard was beautiful and it backs directly up to a nice park. I wish the weather had been just a bit warmer so that we could have enjoyed all the yard had to offer. The house itself was very spacious and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and having a washer and dryer meant we could pack light. James is a wonderful host and checked in via text multiple times during our stay. We would book this home again in a heartbeat. Top notch!

A Boise Gem

This was the perfect place for our multi-generational group to gather for a 4-day weekend. James is an excellent host. There were thoughtful touches throughout the home, from ease of entry to well stocked supplies and amenities, we appreciated his thorough instructions, great communication, and flexibility. The floor plan has a very nice flow. The kitchen is well appointed and the home is immaculate. The back yard is park-like and the location is convenient to everything. Highly recommend.

Just what we needed!

The house was functional with plenty of space and natural light. It was also very quiet! I loved the kitchen as I was taking care of a relative post surgery and cooked a great deal. The master shower was a real blessing to get her wheelchair into without any problems. James was very helpful and accommodating with all of our requests. We will come and stay again!

Excellent stay

We had a fantastic stay at James'place! The house was big with lots of windows and plenty of rooms to hang out with family. The kitchen has everything imaginable which made it easy to use so we didn't need to go out to eat. We especially enjoyed the large backyard where we spent most of our time. His property is adjacent to a beautiful park with a public swimming pool. James communicated well and was available to us if we needed anything. A five star stay!

Very Satisfied!!

We were very impressed by how clean and tidy the home was. The kitchen was incredibly appointed with everything we could need, even more so than our kitchen at home! There is wonderful outdoor living with a nice big backyard that backs up to a neighborhood park! It was nice to be so happy with our stay!

Family holiday visit

We needed a place to stay while visiting family for Christmas. This house was perfect! Beautiful kitchen and master bathroom and nice furnishings throughout . They even decorated for Christmas which made us feel at home. Great location too. I would highly recommend this home for your next visit to Boise!

Fantastic House

Can’t say enough about how perfect this home was for us - four visiting adults and 2 local adults. First of all, it was immaculate. And then - Lots of room for us to congregate, eat, watch TV, do puzzles and play games. All the furniture including beds were very comfortable. Master bathroom was wonderful- heated floors, heated bidet commode, huge shower. We all commented many times that the kitchen was the most complete of any house we have ever rented - had everything we needed for 5 days of 6 adults preparing and eating holiday meals. We were so impressed with the refrigerator that we googled it to see details to purchase one for ourselves. The deck and yard looked great - too bad it was winter weather or we would have taken advantage. Communication with James was easy and helpful. In the end, whole family agreed that we would stay here again and recommend it with no hesitation. In fact we’d buy the place if we could!

This property is close to everything Boise has to offer! The river, Boise State University, the foothills, downtown Boise, the airport, etc. All of these are 10 minutes away by car.

Beautiful 2300 square foot home with 3 bedrooms 3 baths and a quiet location on one of Boise's beautiful city parks. Beautiful black leathered granite countertops, with off-white cabinets make this a truly enjoyable kitchen to gather in and enjoy your family or just cook a meal. Enjoy cooking in this large kitchen fit for any chef in your family with a 36" gas cooktop, a double oven and a large stainless sink to wash up in. Hickory wood floors and brand new carpet throughout the common areas of the home. Enjoy the big back yard and generous deck while barbecuing and gather with friends and family or simply sit in the back yard and enjoy the birds and squirrels. The backyard is on Ivywild park and I have a gate that opens up into the park. Easy access to key attractions in Boise, including the greenbelt, Boise State University, Downtown, and much more.

This is a spacious single level home with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bathroom has a tub, the master bathroom has heated tile floors and a walk-in/roll-in shower (ADA ready). All bedrooms have queen beds and a quality inflatable mattress can be set up in the front living room for guests 7 and 8.

Note: The city pool in the park behind my home is typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
