Excellent Vacation Rental!!!

We had a wonderful experience renting this condo! Everything was clean, well-kept, and exactly as described in the listing. Andree & Mike were very understanding and accommodating, even offering a refund for the couple of days we missed due to the hurricane. Their kindness and communication were greatly appreciated during an unexpected situation. The short walk to the beach and complimentary beach chairs were a major plus for us as well. We would absolutely recommend renting from them and definitely plan to stay again in the future!

Very enjoyable even though it rained ever day but one!

The property was very well done, she thought of everthing. Even if we needed something she was there with a response ever time, thank you. The master bedroom was a little hot at times,thank you for the fan it helped. the other room were fine with the temperature. We will surely rent again next year and our friends are interested in starting to rent from you too!

The best beach vacation ever!!

We had a wonderful time at your condo! We love the location, the cleanliness, and the beautiful beaches! Since the property is surrounded by private housing the beaches are well maintained and almost private! Two mornings we went down to the beach and only had one or two other people there with us. The waters were beautiful and the complementary chair service was great! Our boys loved the gym at the condo and the security was always present and helpful! We hope to be back next year!

Blue Mountain Beach Condo was great!

We loved staying at the Blue Mountain Beach condo. The condo was well furnished with nice comfortable furniture, a great patio and everything that you could need in the kitchen. We would highly recommend and hope to stay there again. The location was great! Pool and beach were very nice too!

My husband and I, our adult daughters and 15 month old granddaughter had a wonderful time. The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. Loved the private beach area. Everything was great! Would stay here again!

Girls Weekend

The condo is delightful. It has everything you need for a family and/or a trip away with your girlfriends! The pool and beach access are wonderful and Blue Mountain is just a darling little gem on 30A!

A relaxing time

Fabulous hospitality and clean!

This condo was everything we hoped it would be. It was very clean and well furnished. The short walk to the beach and complimentary beach chairs were a major plus as well. Also, Southern Hospitality is by far the most professional, responsive and organized company that we have ever rented from in the 17 years that we have been going to 30a! Highly recommend!!!

Would come back again and highly recommend to others

This property was exceptionally clean and just as described. Nicely stocked kitchen, great floor plan, tastefully decorated, and cozy furnishings. The property is in a great location & the owner was very responsive. From the main balcony you can see the ocean and the surrounding neighborhood is beautiful too. Easy to walk, bike, or drive to neighboring communities for further exploring. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here!

April Getaway

Incredible experience

This was the best vacation we have been on. The welcome packet is so helpful and had the best recommendations for food and farmers markets, live music etc!!! The communication was quick and easy. We are so thankful to stay with southern hospitality and already have our vacation booked for next year. You won’t regret booking with them!! ❤️

Perfect Location for our family!

We have wanted to visit 30A beaches for two years now and were delighted that we chose Blue Mountain to stay in. We enjoyed visiting the beaches we had read about like WaterColor and Sea Side but nothing compared to our quiet condo with the ocean all to ourselves! It was peaceful and beautiful exactly what we had hoped for. The Condo was very clean and Andree answered every call and text within minutes. She was incredible!
