Why Folly? I visited Folly Beach once and I was I hooked and quickly found myself searching for property. Besides the obvious of the beach, ocean, sunrises, sunsets, and restaurants, it's the people I have run into in the area that make it even more special.
During your stay, my home will be your home! Since I enjoy comfort, relaxation, tranquility, simplicity, cleanliness, and a tad of luxury, I wouldn't expect my guests to have a different experience. I self-manage and most often, it will be me directly you are communicating with, not a rental agency!

Location, location, location!
Sweet Coralina is located in one of the most walkable areas of Folly Beach, surrounded by full‑time residents and just steps from everything the island offers. A public beach path runs directly beside the house—turn left and cross Ashley Avenue to reach the sand in about 1.5 blocks, or follow the path behind the home toward the river for peaceful sunset views. Guests love how easy it is to move between the beach, the river, and downtown without ever needing a car.

Center Street, home to Folly’s restaurants, shops, coffee spots, and nightlife, is only two blocks away. You can walk to breakfast, grab a drink, pick up surf or bike rentals, or enjoy live music within minutes. Bert’s 24‑hour market is just 200 steps from the house and is a favorite stop for snacks, groceries, beach items, and late‑night essentials.

The home sits on Ashley Avenue, one of Folly’s busier streets, and the house is positioned close to the road. Guests should expect normal island activity and traffic noise throughout the day. While the location is lively and convenient, it is still a residential neighborhood with long‑time locals nearby, making it ideal for families, couples, seniors, and laid‑back groups who appreciate walkability and easy access to everything.

From this spot, you can explore the island on foot, rent a golf cart, or simply enjoy the beach path next to the house that connects both sides of Folly.
