Beautiful home and accommodating for myself and my guests. The home was clean and had full amenities. I would definitely stay at this property again. We did not have a single issue. Highly recommend. We loved the seclusion of the property and it was within minutes of the airport and East point area. The host responded to us quickly when I asks questions. Hands down one of the best places I’ve ever stayed.

Very spacious. Four bedrooms with large beds and three separate full bathrooms. Location is very convenient. We went with this for our stay in Atlanta because my young daughters enjoy swimming a lot and the pool did not disappoint. It is very nice having private access to a pool. Location is secluded and there is even a gate you can keep locked.

A hidden gem!

We were in town for our son's college graduation and wanted a place with a pool and enough space to accomodate our family...and also relatively close to downtown and midtown Atlanta...this was the perfect home!

Wonderful host & home

Very clean home with a nice amount of space. Host was easy to communicate with. The back yard was well equipped with seating both near and away from pool area. Would definitely recommend for a getaway.

Family fun

My family and I stayed on the property 3 years ago and enjoyed ourselves then. This time we had an even better time especially with the addition of the pool. This home met our needs perfectly. Close to the airport and conducive to working with a small group on a project. The house had all the little extra touches that made it feel like we were special guests. The owner was very helpful and generous!

WONDERFUL PROPERTY!!!

I couldn’t be more pleased with my choice of this property. It checked every box and then some. I flew in from the west coast and invited family to join me…a great time was had by all! Lots of room for everyone, impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The lot/pool/patio is gorgeous and private as well as proximity to the airport and shopping…I think this will be my “go to” rental in Atlanta! If you need a place to fit all the family members comfortably, be in a wonderful, private self contained sanctuary close to everything, THIS is the place. The owner was warm and gracious which was the icing on the cake! Thanks so much for all the hospitality:)))

Our stay was less than 5 star. Let’s start with the Pros: pool is fabulous, the home is decorated very modern and the layout is very conducive for groups. Cons: Bugs, we killed 3 roaches during our stay. The first one was our first night there and the pest company did not come to address the issue until 6 days later. There were also many spiders, cobwebs in the closets and dead bugs on the windowsills. The neighborhood is sketchy at best. The property is directly in front of a rundow apartment complex. The doors to the house are not secure. You can see daylight through the gaps in the frame on the front and back doors. The listing says it sleeps 10, but there is only one couch and a chaise in the living room. The pictures show more seating. When we arrived at the house there was a burning joint on the front porch.

Overall satisfied.

4 couples in town for a wedding.. Overall satisfied with the experience. The house is spacious and has some good upgrades. Could use some detailing such as a new coat of paint on the baseboards and walls. I highly suggest getting some additional towels and maybe some throw blankets. It was a little hard to have our cozy November afternoon watching football. I do think the pictures of the backyard should come down as they are a bit misleading. It is mentioned that there is a pool under construction but there is absolutely NO beautiful backyard with hammocks as pictured. I am sure the pool will be a nice feature eventually. The back porch is great except all of the furniture wasn't at least wiped off and had dirty tarps over them. It does have a lot of potential with some detailing. The bed in the master bedroom is EXTREMELY firm...this is more of a personal preference but if you have any neck problems...avoid that bed. The lock on the gate to the drive way wouldn't work on our last day. The house is very close to the airport and about a 25min drive downtown. Overall, the house satisfied our needs and would recommend for a weekend getaway like ours.

The weekend from hell!!

So when I rented the house the pictures showed a huge backyard with unlimited space available.when I arrived at the home me and my family was greeted by a backyard that was not land or beautiful scenery, it was a backyard dug up in the process of a pool being installed… NOW THE FIRST ISSUE WITH THAT IS I HAD YOUNG CHILDREN WITH ME THATS DANGEROUS ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE WERE NO SIGNS AND ALSO THERE WAS NO PRIOR NOTIFICATION GIVEN OR NO HEADS UP ABOUT THE DUG UP. The first night we didn’t have WiFi because the host kept giving the wrong WiFi info. Also there were: no pot holders , 2 pots ,no baking dishes, plates were chipped, bar stool chair was broken,no dish towels,ice machine didn’t work, bathrooms were infested with spiders, no skillets, no toaster, the tiki torches were a no go we had to go out and buy fuel $10, canisters X2 $ 6.99 each, and the wicks 3 packs @ $ 2.99 each.No propane was provided for the grill we had to buy the propane $13.99 plus tax at BJs. just to open the grill up and it be rusted. I had to go to Lowe’s to buy a $20 grill. The yard was not treated for insects. Water bugs in the house. All of the outside furniture was FILTHY like it hadn’t been washed since it was purchased. The knob to the kitchen sink kept falling off, the garbage disposal didn’t work we had to keep pressing a red button just for it to work,The house in all looked like no one prepared for our arrival they just came and put towels and left. There was a loose board in front of the patio door.the tiki sticks to the torches was dry rotted.the bedroom all the way in the back closet door was broke. Because of the construction and the backyard not being treated the activities I planned for myself my children and the other guests at the house we were not able to do. We spent $100s of dollars on outside activities and wasn’t able to enjoy any of them. The outside had glass in the grass. It just was in all an unsatisfying trip.

Decent could’ve been better

After the first day checking in , the next morning we were awakened by construction with a pool being installed in the backyard & everything was dug up and just messed up the original aesthetics of it all along with the noise . She reached out to alert me but it was already in process

Exactly what was listed

We definitely enjoyed our stay at this home but the only thing that we encountered when we arrived the gate was locked but other than that the property was phenomenal and the host of the property was nice

The house was nice and cozy felt like being at home!! The backyard was amazing loved all the trees! Would definitely stay here again. The owner kept in touch with me with any questions I had! Very spacious perfect size for us!!

Family vacation

We had a great time on our trip Sara B house was amazing we had a wonderful time there we felt like we were at home. It was very clean with a lot of TVs for everyone to enjoy and great bathrooms and the rooms were very comfortable. If I had any issues she responded quickly and everything was great. I would definitely stay here again.
