Dieses geräumige Stadthaus wurde mit einer Mischung aus warmen Grautönen und neutralen Tönen aktualisiert, um Ihnen den Übergang in das Resort-Leben bequem und einfach zu machen. Die erste Etage beherbergt die Küche sowie den Wohn- und Essbereich. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit Möbeln ausgestattet, um die Füße hochzulegen. Es gibt eine Bonus-Sitzecke, die sich auch als kleines Büro eignet. Gehen Sie durch die Wohnbereiche und durch die großen Schiebetüren zu einem Achterdeck, das den See überblickt, und zur Choctawhatchee Bay und zum Baytowne Marina. Dies ist der perfekte Ort für ein "Grillen und Kühlen"!

Im ersten Stock befinden sich das Hauptschlafzimmer und das erste Gästezimmer. Beide verfügen über ein eigenes Bad und sind sehr geräumig. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat Verdunklungsvorhänge für jene Morgen, an denen Sie ein paar Minuten länger schlafen müssen.

In der zweiten Etage befinden sich zwei weitere Gästezimmer. Das Gäste-Schlafzimmer 3 verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und einen Doppelschrank. Gästeschlafzimmer 4 verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein zusätzliches Wohnzimmer. Beide nutzen das komplett aktualisierte Badezimmer. Viel Platz für alle!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great place to stay. Kitchen was well stocked, My only suggestion would be to have a 6 person golf cart. And a general handy book/map of the area in the unit.

Spring break getaway

This place is exactly as listed and the golf cart was a nice bonus to get around the large resort. We took advantage of the heated pool which was nice for us adults who wouldn't get in the ocean because it was chilly.

Quiet and relaxing, but close to restaurants and shopping. Roomy and clean. Management is quick to respond if you have questions. Would recommend considering this rental.

This home is the perfect getaway, especially for two families. The accomodations were perfect!

We really enjoyed the property. It's the perfect getaway place and it has everything we needed. Also, the maintenance team was great. Had issue with sink and the fixed it right away. Perfect location as well! This is my 2nd stay at the Sandestin Resort and I can't wait for the next visit!

Clean, well stocked, pet friendly rental with nice view

The home is well stocked, is in a quiet but convenient location, has a nice view of the pond/lake, enjoyable outdoor space, and comfortable beds. We needed a pet friendly rental but one that was clean and nicely furnished which this one is. We enjoyed breakfast at Sunset Bay Cafe and walking along the bay shore. Overall we were very pleased with this rental and will try to book it the next time we come to Sandestin.

Fun Place to Stay

This property to really special. There was plenty of room for seven of us! We loved the deck on the back overlooking the small lake. We used it to eat in the evening. The kids loved the small dock! They fed turtles and fish. The living area was large and gave us plenty of room! There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms which were all perfect! We were very happy with this property!

Fabulous Home but Frigid Temperatures

Nice updated condo

The condo is really nice and in a great location. The only issue we had was the upstairs bathroom shower wouldn’t get hot water but I think by the second day they figured it out. The stairs are steeper than we were used to but overall it was a great stay with plenty room!

I was not satisfied with the property this visit

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stay on this resort every year with my family but this year was not my best year my son was stuck in the bathroom for over an hour and maintenance never showed I had to remove the door know & we had issues with the bathroom toilet. Also the back porch was full of spider webs.

Great stay in SanDestin!

The property was very clean and well stocked for cooking in. We loved the dock where we could have our coffee in the mornings or spend time fishing! The golf cart was a must-have in SanDestin! We also enjoyed the provided beach chairs and sand toys. The only thing that would have been even better for our stay is if a couple of bikes were provided. Our friends stayed a few units over and had two bikes with their rental. We rode them frequently and enjoyed not having to rent bikes for the week. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely return to this condo! Thank you for helping us make wonderful memories!

Dreaming of a white-sand Christmas

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was perfect for our ‘23 Christmas. Easily accommodated our family and friends, party of 7-8. Nice updates, with a few works-in-progress that didn’t bother us at all, made the stay even nicer. Great dock for wishful-fishing, plenty of room for visiting, playing card games, or just watching the beautiful sunset in the evenings. Overall we completely enjoyed this rental and the resort itself. Definitely worth looking in to if you are headed to Sandestin, FL.A few ideas for improvements: 1. a second 4 seater cart, especially with the house accommodating 8, would be a great addition.2. the freezer was a bit temperamental with defrosting and freezing back over...didn’t effect our food any this trip3. The resort map/accomodations that is posted inside the coffeecup cupboard is a bit small for older eyes to read, a larger one would be helpful.4. a few more larger pots/pans would make meal-prep easier. If you are a family that cooks be prepared to purchase your basic pantry staples but there are plenty of knives, cutting boards, etc

Beware of raccoons living in attic!!!

Although the property was beautiful and seemingly perfect, our stay was ruined because a family of raccoons is living in the attic! While the scratching and thumping was heard throughout the house, the noise was so disturbing we couldn’t even use the fourth bedroom because our daughter was scared to sleep in there due to the strange noises that could be heard over the tv and fans. We specifically rented this house because it is a four bedroom but could only use three. We notified the rental company about the issue the first night we were there. Someone did come the next day and said they thought it was probably a squirrel and mentioned moving us because animal control wasn’t available for a few days. We were never moved, no one ever even so much as apologized. The only person we were able to talk to was from the after hours number who essentially told us someone would call us the next day but we never received a call from anyone from the rental property. I did finally receive a text on the third day saying animal control would be out the following day; however, they didn’t show up until the day before we left and told us at that point it was a raccoon and her babies. Unfortunately our trip which was supposed to be for rest and relaxation turned into a nightmare and we had to go home to get the rest we desired. Our family has been going to Wild Dunes Resort in Isle if Palms SC for 15 years and have never had an issue trying to communicate with management, they actually always go above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. We wanted to try somewhere different this year but after our experience we will be going back to Wild Dunes next year! I do not typically leave negative reviews but I don’t want anyone else to have to deal with this issue. I know animals are unpredictable but moving our family could have been the least they could have done to ensure a nice stay.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying at the San Destin resort. The location to the beach is great. The patio overlooks a pond and has pretty sunsets. The house itself was not very clean and the furniture could be better and cleaner. The grill is temperamental, it worked OK the first night, but still had a hard time getting all the burners to light and the third night could only get one of the burners to light. Love the area, but would choose a different house that is aesthetically prettier, and hopefully cleaner.
