Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this two-bedroom, two-bath ocean end residence at the St. Simons Beach Club.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness room and business center.

All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beach Club 430 is located on the top floor ocean end, and offers beautiful ocean views from two balconies, the living room, guest bedroom, master bedroom, and dining area. You can even see both Jekyll and Cumberland Island! Beach Club 430 features complimentary in room high speed internet service. Best ocean views in the Beach Club!

Relaxed Stay

Great ocean views and convenient location. Walk to the beach. Nice pool area. The hot tub did not look enticing, though... Walk to restaurants and community playground with beach access. Short drive to historic sites. We would stay there again!

Overall great place to stay & enjoy the sounds of the waves only thing that caught me was that you have to wade thru a section of salt marsh grass to get to the beach/sandbar. Still great place to relax

Very good

Enjoyed our time at St Simons (our 1st). The condo was great for the two of us and as listed. Clean, quiet, nice ocean view. Communication with property management was very good. Would rent again.

Wonderful Stay!

My husband and I took our first kid free get away in 14 years. We couldn’t have picked a better condo! Beautiful views, yes it is a little dated, but I loved that. The bed was so comfortable, the location is amazing, just a short drive to the downtown shops and restaurants. We are DEFINITELY coming back!!! Thanks Hodnett Cooper!

The condo is very dated and the shower in the main bedroom is not adjustable - as I am short it was difficult to use. The furniture is old and so worn it is no longer comfortable .

Unit could use a little TLC. Mosquitoes were a big problem. The marsh land needed spraying. Guests with children should be made aware of how kids should behave in this type of environment. Running up and down hallways is not acceptable. That's why I left early.

Wonderful Beach Escape

This condo is in a great location with easy access to the beach, hot tub, and pool. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well stocked with necessities. We were unable to access the internet using the code provided and used the email link to request assistance. We did not receive a response, but a staff member in the Beach Club office provided a different code the next morning and we were able to successfully log in. We would stay here again.

Anniversary trip

We wanted a short trip to the beach to celebrate our 50th anniversary and this was just right. Wonderful location & view. Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen and updated furnishings. We did have a minor problem with the garbage disposal that we reported & was promptly fixed. We also noted & reported to the on-duty staff that there was evidence of prior water damage on a wall in the master bedroom near the right hand side of the slider. Hopefully that will soon be repaired. Really a great rental!

Great place to stay for 2 people

The condo was awesome but the balcony would only seat 2 people. It had too much furniture on it so we moved some inside to have space for just the 2 of us. It's only about 4 feet wide on the beach side and maybe 5 feet wide on the garden side. Also parking is a challenge. It is very tight when big vehicles park in the middle of the 3 spots which are set up like cubicles of 6 between 2 walls. I actually had to have help parking my car when we came in later in the evening.All in all, it was a great trip for my sister and I. We would definitely stay there again

Nice Condo

This is a nice unit overall. The bathrooms counters have been updated and the kitchen counters. Has all the cooking stuff you need. The shower heads need replacing as they are stained and look dirty. The master bed mattress is wearing and sinks a bit but was ok. Second bedroom bed was ok too. Kitchen is small but functional. It would be nice to have a couple chairs to take to the beach without paying a delivery fee for them. Overall it was ok but not as updated as described and we felt we payed too much for the condition & space.

Wonderfully Peaceful
