Willkommen in diesem warmen, luxuriösen Strandhaus, einem großartigen Zuhause, um mit Ihrer Familie und Freunden Erinnerungen zu schaffen. Beginnen Sie Ihren Tag mit dem Sonnenaufgang über dem Golf vom Dachbodenbalkon und vervollständigen Sie ihn mit den atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergängen vom Esszimmer und vom Parkbalkon.

Die erste Etage verfügt über eine geräumige Master-Suite mit einem Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Bad, ein Gästezimmer mit Queensize-Bett und Bad sowie ein Kinderzimmer mit Etagenbetten. Ein Kinderzimmer mit Schlafsofa und TV ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Im hinteren Bereich befindet sich eine mit Fensterläden versehene Schlafveranda.
Die zweite Etage mit Blick auf den Park verfügt über eine große Küche und eine Insel, ein Esszimmer und eine mit Fensterläden versehene Schlafveranda neben dem Aufbewahrungsraum. Der durchsichtige Kamin führt Sie in das große Wohnzimmer und die Bar mit kleinem Kühlschrank, Spüle und Eismaschine.

Das Loft im dritten Stock verfügt über eine Master-Suite mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einem eigenen Bad und einem Arbeitszimmer mit einem Fernseher hinter französischen Türen.

Fantastic girls weekend

We have a fantastic girl's weekend at Chloe's cottage. The house is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting around and catching up. Unfortunately, it was a bit too chilly to sit around the fire pit on this stay!! It is a quick few steps to the beach and wow.... was it beautiful! Sugar sand and crystal clear water made for a wonderful morning stroll each morning. Rosemary Beach restaurants and shops also a quick walk or bike ride. I would 100% return for another stay. Highly recommend.

Perfect Family Vacation

Having the living space upstairs and bedrooms down was ideal. It is an easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed taking the 6 bikes with trailer out and about. The home is also well furnished for preparing meals. We will definitely return. Lastly, the management was responsive and took care of any issue we had very quickly.

The location of the cottage is its selling point - literally a block to the beach! We enjoyed everything about our trip to Rosemary and our stay at Chloe's Cottage and can't wait to go back!

The home was like new, beautiful, clean, well appointed, VERY close to the beach, in a quite area across from the park and it provided lots of space to spread out. The pool was perfect and beautiful at night too. The carriage house was x-tra special and roomy.The management company was attentive and ensured our stay was wonderful.It's a very short walk to the "A" walkover to be on the beach quickly. Renting beach chairs in advance is a nice service provided by Beach Service and this area of Rosemary is not as crowded as other walkovers.We highly recommend this property. Perfection!

As you can only check in after receiving a text from the 30A Rental Vacations on the day of your arrival it was very frustrating that an incorrect land line was auto-populated from vrbo to 30A Rental Vacations and no other method of communication was attempted although all other communication had been by e-mail.

We loved the layout of the house and the location that was a quick walk to the Big Bad Breakfast and also to the Donut Hole as well as going to main street. Really convenient with the bikes provided. Our kids loved being across from the park too. Only thing that would have helped was having beach/pool towels provided. For those who fly in from out of town, it is not easy to pack these and so we purchased some there.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in and we rent homes 3-4 times per year. The management company was all about service and it really showed during our stay. They checked in on us during our stay and really anticipated our needs. We can't thank them enough and will only use them when staying on 30A going forward!
