Dies ist eine direkt am Meer 13. Stock 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder Wohnung. Die Wohnung für 6 Personen in Betten Zählen der Schlafsofa erlauben wir gelegentlich 8 Personen 2 wird eine Luftmatratze müssen.
Wir haben auch zwei 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bad Eigentumswohnungen auf dem 7. und 11. Etage mit Blick auf East VRBO Eintrag # 225807.
Die 7. Etage 3-Zimmer-Wohnung ist die nächste Einheit an der Front und hat einen herrlichen Blick auf den Strand. Schlafen 8 in der Kingsize-Bett in den beiden Master-Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten im 3. Schlafzimmer und 1 Queen-Size-Schlafsofa.
Die 11. Etage Einheit ist die nächste Einheit im Osten Aufzüge und bietet Platz für 10 Personen. Kingsize-Bett in beiden Master-Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten im 3. Schlafzimmer und 2 Queensize-kommerzieller Qualität Schlafsofa mit 6 'dicke Matratzen, die wie ein Bett zu schlafen.
Vom Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Balkon beide haben einen Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko im Süden und einer großen Panorama Sonnenaufgang Blick über den Strand Richtung Osten. Beide Eigentumswohnungen haben eine Waschküche mit einer separaten Super-Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Regency Towers 'hervorragende Ausstattung unterscheiden uns von den anderen Resort Condominiums Panama City Beach. Unsere gated Sicherheit, zwei Swimmingpools (einer saisonal beheizt) Planschbecken einer großen Kindes. Diejenigen mit einem Appetit genießen der Café-Bar und Grill, der täglich zum Pool speisen, wo eine Auswahl an Sandwiches und Getränke zu günstigen Preisen ist.
Es gibt 2 beleuchtete Tennisplätze und 4 Shuffle-Board Gerichte zur Erholung, dass die meisten Resorts bieten nicht bieten. Es gibt Grills und Picknick-Bereiche an beiden Enden des Gebäudes.
Und am Ende des Tages, Gäste sind eingeladen, den Abend in den warmen Gewässern der saisonal beheizte Pools und Whirlpool zu verbringen.

My son and I were very impressed with this complex. It's a beautiful resort that offers round the clock security, the office and housekeeping staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our condo was not in good condition. It has a very well designed floor plan and the furnishings are attractive, but the unit has not been properly maintained. I've tried to list the deficiencies room by room. The lock on the front door was broken and the doorstop need to be replaced.(These matters were taken care of by a repairman from HomeAway.) The globe over the porch light was broken, and the bare bulb could not be turned on. It may be burned out, but I suspect the trouble is in the switch since there were several light switches in the condo that turned on nothing. The kitchen cabinets were shabby with peeling paint and a missing drawer pull. The refrigerator door was damaged, but it worked fine. The electric stove works well enough, but the burners don't fit properly and I had to cook at an angle. There are no sink strainers/stoppers. The living room/dining room/kitchen shared a mirrored wall and the electrical outlets in that wall are difficult to use. The lanai is larger than most, but the light doesn't work. The fabric on the chaise lounge was torn, making it unusable. The door from the lanai into the master bedroom could not be opened until the repairman came and forced it open. The light switch in the bedroom did not work and two walls were damaged. On a positive note, the closets were roomy and the bed comfy. I could not run water in the tub in the master bathroom. Something was wrong with the faucet and only the shower worked. Also, the door handle in the master bath was broken. The laundry room beside the bathrooms housed a stackable washer/dryer which looked new and worked great. The guest bedroom was in good shape, but the television didn't work. As for supplies, there was ONE kitchen trash bag so I bought my own. There was ONE kitchen towel and no potholders or oven mitt. Dishes, flatware, pots and pans were adequate. I learned that the condo is for sale when a realtor brought clients to view the unit. The realtor, unaware that the unit was occupied, was apologetic. Despite these shortcomings, the view of the beach and the gulf was gorgeous. With updating and maintenance, this could be a very nice condo. The complex is in a good location, easy to find with plenty of parking.
The property was really nice. We stayed in the 11th floor unit, and it could have used some upgraded decor and a handful of very minor repairs, but was perfectly suited to meet our needs. The property was well lit in the front, which makes a person feel a little more at ease when away from home. The 2 pools were large sized and clean. The kiddie pool would be great for someone with small children, especially with the outdoor restrooms so close by. A very nice feature that came with this reservation, was the beach chair service that provides us with 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella already reserved and ready for us everyday by the Gulf. The lobby had mailboxes, a TV restrooms, and morning coffee available. There's a gift shop. Also, there are bending machines through out the property to buy soda, snacks, and even playing cards, goggles, etc. We would definitely stay there again.
We have stayed at the Regency Towers for years and have always been pleased with the condos, given the age of the resort. That was not the case this time. We stayed in unit 503. It was not very clean, the twin beds were not even made, the sheets still in the dryer, the TV in one of the guest rooms did not work, it was not furnished adequately with kitchen needs such as pots, pans, skillets. The furniture and decor is very outdated. There was a leak in two of the air vents causing constant water in the floor. The main bathroom shower had a VERY slow drain. The dryer had to be ran at least twice to dry the clothes or towels. I would definitely check out other condos at this property before going with this one.
We stayed in this condo last summer and it was great for my small children, my teenagers and my parents as well as myself and my husband. we had a great time and we close to everything. We will definantly be staying here again. Highly recommended!!!!
Our condo was nice, quiet, and exactly what family with kids needed for a tranquil getaway on the beach. My wife loves cooking so having a fully equipped kitchen was a must. Cleanliness was a priority too. We booked this condo during fall – a perfect combo of good rates, nice weather, and peace. Will be back next fall.
First time stay at Regency Towers and cant complain, quite pleased. Little old property and but still kept well. The unit is nice and clean. All the furnitures still look new and very comfortable. Clean sheets and towels. Enjoyed sitting in balcony watching the gulf. Beautiful sunsets. Made good memories.
