Steve I do not know what you mean by rodents you made no report of mice to me in the several emails we exchanged during the month you were here? Also having a very difficult time understanding why the comment " the property manager acts as we renters were a lower class had a very poor attitude" 1) I answered every email you sent in a timely manner 2) I sent you copies of emails you had lost before you arrived 3) I tried to work it out so you could extend your stay to Mar 1 and offered a 10% discount off of the winter rates -4) I worked it out to move other guests who had booked part of the time you wanted so you could stay longer -5) Then after making it work you told me due to your cancer the doctors wanted you back by Jan 1st 6) I made it work for you to stay 7) Than you had to go back by Dec 17th so I worked that out 8) Then you decided to leave Dec 4th due to your cancer and I said i was sorry you had to go. What did I do that showed a poor attitude or disrespect?

We included our emergency contact info n your check in instructions with directions to leave a message when you call after hours and we would have brought the air mattress sooner. The owner bought new sofas and did not tell us the 2nd one was not a sleeper but I am glad we were able to make you comfortable for the rest of your stay,

There definitely is hot water. The master shower faucet control can be tricky to operate and then due to the distance from the hot water heater it takes a few minutes of flow to reach that shower. There was 1/2 of a closet bifold door that was slightly off the track that was reported to us by housekeeping prior to their arrival/. A work order was established and it was replaced for these same guests . There was no call from these guests to our on call housekeeping phone number report from these guests that the condo needed any addtional cleaning.

Hello Laura I am sorry you had these issues but you could have called us the day you checked in using the housekeeping and maintenace number we provided to you with your check in instructions. Also we sent you a courtesy email the next morning after you checked in asking you to contact us if there were any issues but you did not respond. The sliding glass door handle had been ordered prior to your stay but is on back order because the type needed has to be sourced. It is very unusual for a mouse to be in an 11th floor condo but when there is a lot of rain they will come in but usually only in a ground floor unit.. The resort is responsible for pest control and they scheduled Orkin to come when you called but they did not have an available appointment unit the last part of the week you were here. When they came they did not find evidence of any mice but did set traps and they still remain empty.
