Hi Adam , Your review was not quite accurate . When you arrived, the condo was not very dirty. We are there before, during , and after the condo is cleaned. We are sorry that the previous guest left dried egg on a plate and put it away with the clean dishes. This doesn’t justify your review as to the entire condo being dirty . We called you on Sunday to ask if everything was ok and you said everything was great. Also, the HOA has had numerous sprinkler heads replaced in each unit which was out of our control. These were the small drywall holes you are referring to next to the heads that were replaced. The kitchen in this unit is well stocked, the owners were there for 2 weeks prior to your stay and they stocked the kitchen with everything needed and more . As for the hot tub, the HOA controls everything outside of the unit, if you had a complaint about the temperature, the HOA phone number is located on the board next to elevators. This has nothing to do with a review for the unit. We are not sure why you rated this unit for only 2 stars , you had beautiful weather, and a beautiful condo with spectacular views, but it seems as if you are not a very happy person. Thank you for the review & the Opportunity to fix what the cleaner missed. We are sorry that she missed the broken pieces of glass in the shag rug. The condo does have new owners and they will be making many upgrades to the condo soon. We are so glad these small issues didn’t effect your stay.
