FL beach for the holidays

This was a wonderful property to host my immediate family in FL for the holidays. With 12 in attendance, the house was extremely spacious and comfortable for everyone. The heated pool was also a winner with the kids when they were not running around on the beach. Location is walkable to a variety of restaurants and shops around Treasure Island. .

Great week on the beach. Home had everything you could think of from fully outfitted kitchen to great beach chairs and toys. We really enjoyed the common spaces as much as the privacy of the bedrooms and en-suite baths.

This house is exactly how it’s described easy access to just about anywhere you want to go. The beach is less crowded than others nearby. The kitchen has just about everything you need. The bedrooms are all a nice size with ensuites. The management responds if there are any issues you may have. The only deterrence is the traffic noise at night and that wasn’t awful. We enjoyed this house and the convenience to drive anywhere. Caddy’s on the beach but Ricky T’s right down the road is where we landed just about every lunch and dinner their food was always good and the live music was great as well. Easy access to the beach with you own private entrance and the rooftop deck for pictures. Our group has traveled together for years and this spot was wonderful

It’s great to hear you also explored the area and found some favorite local spots! We appreciate you mentioning the nighttime traffic noise as well — helpful insight for future guests. Sounds like a wonderful trip with your group, and we’d love to welcome you all back anytime!

Perfect home for multifamily stay

Property was exactly as its advertised! Very clean and beautiful beach views and access. We had a total of 8 people ranging in age from 13 to 68. Home was perfect for entertaining in the common space as well as being able to have your own space. Easy to grab the bus and go to restaurants in the area. Would stay again.

This property was nice, except for everything breaking down. While we were there, the dishwasher broke, 3 toilets didn't work properly, the washing machine broke, one of the shades in the primary bedroom didn't work, and worst of all, the air conditioner didn't work for the last 2 days of our vacation. I've tried contacting mamagement regarding compensation, and I have been ignored. It's a lovely property, but it needs better management.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that multiple maintenance issues impacted your stay. That is certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and we completely understand how frustrating this must have been during a vacation. Please know that concerns reported during a stay are always taken seriously, and our team works to troubleshoot and coordinate repairs as quickly as possible when unexpected issues arise. We also sincerely apologize if you felt unheard regarding follow-up communication, as that is never our intention. We do appreciate your kind words about the property itself and your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience moving forward.

Beautiful spacious house in fabulous beachfront location

Our family had a wonderful stay at Serenity Now. We had people from 5 to 93 and the house and location were well-suited to all of us. The kitchen is well-stocked and enabled us to cook most of our meals there. Beach Time Rentals were very responsive to any needs we have. The house is well-equipped for the beach and the pool, making for easy and relaxing days in the sun!

What a wonderful experience for my family that came from SF, Cleveland and Brownsville. The house was all it claimed to be and more than we expected. First class! I planned my own celebration and the kids and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the area, the pool, beach, 7-11 and nearby restaurants. We also took a tour of Tampa Harbor and Tampa University.
