Die Einheit mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem Bad wurde kürzlich im echten Santa-Fe-Stil renoviert und hat einen künstlerischen Sinn für Stil und Farbe. Originalvorlagen sind in der gesamten Casita vorhanden (die Denver-Künstlerin Patricia Zilinski wird vorgestellt).
Genießen Sie Ihre erste Tasse Kaffee für den Tag auf Ihrem privaten Deck, während Sie den mystischen Sangre de Christo Mountains betrachten. Die einheimischen Vögel werden Ihre Serenade sein.
Entdecken Sie Santa Fe ... die Plaza ist nur wenige Blocks entfernt und die Canyon Road ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Casita befindet sich direkt an der Artist Road, sodass das Skigebiet Santa Fe und 10.000 Wellen ganz in der Nähe liegen. Santa Fe Opera ist leicht zu erreichen. Das Parken abseits der Straße neben dem umzäunten Coyote-Garten erleichtert die Anreise. Der Eintritt ist in eine große, voll ausgestattete Küche und einen Frühstücksbereich. Roter Backsteinboden und ein funktionierender Holzkamin tragen zum Ambiente bei. Eine hohe Decke und ein Oberlicht erhellen den Küchenbereich.
Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über Fliesenböden, einen Kiva-Kamin und Vigas, die alle zur Santa Fe-Atmosphäre beitragen. Die Couch ist auch ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa für zusätzliche Gäste. Ein Ledersessel mit Fußschemel sorgt für einen bequemen Platz, um ein verlockendes Feuer im Kiva-Kamin zu genießen.
Direkt neben dem Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein großes Badezimmer mit einer Dusche, Wärmelampen und einer großen Theke. Eine Waschmaschine / Trockner befindet sich im Bad. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über Massivholzböden und ein schmiedeeisernes Queensize-Bett.

Wonderful Place in Santa Fe!

This place was wonderful! It was very convenient to walk to the plaza and Canyon Road. We enjoyed the back yard for our dog. It was also convenient to the road that leads to the mountains. Everything was provided in the place. Fantastic communication! Thank you!!

Wonderful Week at the Casita Artista

We came to NM for business, leisure, and seeing friends from 20yrs ago. Our stay at Casita Artista helped us accomplish all of these. We were able to walk to the Plaza for dinner, shopping, meeting friends, sightseeing - only about a 10 minute walk. As a home base for hiking and exploring the NP and historical sites, the Casita was perfect - Bandelier, Los Alamos, Puye Cliff Dwellings, Rio Grande Gorge Bridge, Tsankawi - we could do these in the mornings and still be back to enjoy downtown Sante Fe. Both the Host and the local contacts were prompt in replying to any concerns. Would stay at the Casita Artista again if visiting Sante Fe again.

Charming, well-located casita

We enjoyed our stay in this charming adobe casita. It is in a great location -- an easy walk to the central plaza square, restaurants, churches and museums, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. We also enjoyed morning coffee and late afternoons on the outdoor porch and fenced in garden and patio.

A Place To Relax

Just the right size and close to town

We enjoyed staying at this place. We were able to walk to the old town where there are many galleries, shops, and points of interest. The "casita" was very comfortable and had a well-supplied kitchen. Having the washing machine inside was a real plus. Thank you for a great stay.

Good Location

The location of this property was ideal. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen, the comfortable bed and the scent free linens and towels. I found the interior of the property to be very dark and depressing. The one window air conditioning unit in the living room was not sufficient to cool the entire casita. Central air conditioning and updated decor would make this a 5 star plus location.

Perfect home base

I came to Santa Fe for a workshop, and used the casita as my home base. I wanted a place that gave me a Santa Fe vibe - not a generic hotel feel. It fit the bill perfectly and I enjoyed coming home each evening and spending a little time in the garden. The location was great and the casita had everything I needed. I felt comfortable that my host would be available if I needed any help. It began to feel like home after a week, and I hated to leave!

Great Casita

The location of the casita was perfect with easy access (walk or car) to the Santa Fe Plaza (downtown) area, as well as by car to other places in the area. The kitchen/dining area of the casita was spacious, light, bright, and very comfortable. The living room area and adjoining bathroom were also spacious and comfortable. The outdoor porch and garden area, however, were our favorite "room" for coffee and reading when temperatures permitted. The casita was fully stocked for all our needs. The only minor negative was that from the bedroom we could very occasionally hear voices from the adjoining unit. We would certainly go back again to enjoy.

Wonderful Location

The property is in a very nice location with easy access to the Plaza. The road up to Ski Santa Fe and the State Park with lots of hiking opportunities is right at the corner. Spent lots of time on the porch with our coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. We did quite a bit of cooking and the house was well equipped with everything we needed. Nice off street parking. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely property

We had a great stay. . Our 15-year-old granddaughter from England was with us. There was plenty of room for the three of us. The house/casita is in a great location for walking to all the best sites and restaurants. It’s very tastefully decorated (lovely art on the walls) very well equipped and maintained and altogether a pleasure to stay in. It lacked for nothing. We would highly recommend it and would go back again. Thank you Bob!

Working Vacation

Perfect place to "work from home" while enjoying all Santa Fe has to offer. Very cute, well-appointed casita near the town square and hiking trails. Stayed a month and it was wonderful. Will book again next year.

Because of its history and diversity, Santa Fe has attracted people who love the beauty of the high desert along with the freedom and creativity of the West.
