Bezauberndes Adobe Downtown Santa Fe

Ein charmanter historischer Lehmziegel aus dem 19. Jahrhundert im Herzen der Innenstadt von Santa Fe. Die historische Plaza, die Canyon Road, das Rail Yard District und der Farmer's Market, Restaurants, Cafés, Kunstgalerien, Geschäfte und Filme sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die 450 m² große Einheit verfügt über einen Wohnbereich mit Küchenzeile (kein Kochfeld oder Backofen), ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, ein Bad mit Dusche, eine Terrasse sowie eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner.

Die kürzlich renovierte Unterkunft verfügt über dicke Lehmwände und rustikale Holzbalkendecken (sogenannte "Vigas"). Obwohl es kein Kochfeld oder keinen Backofen gibt, bieten wir neben einer Kaffeemaschine, einem Wasserkocher und einem Unterbaukühlschrank auch einen Toaster und ein tragbares Induktionskochfeld.

Vor Ihrer Ankunft erhalten Sie einen Zugangscode. Vor-Ort-Parkplatz für ein Fahrzeug sowie Parkplätze an der Straße.

Ideal one bedroom walking distance to town

This place was super clean and you can tell the owner takes pride in his property. The decor was great, the bed and bedding comfortable, well equipped and there were great extra touches like eye masks provided, Kleenex and plenty of coffee pods. The owner, Paul, was very responsive to my communication. It is a great location that is walking distance to great shopping, restaurants and bars. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful condo in great location

The property was very nice. It was well equipped with everything needed and the cleaning company did a great job. It was also located in a nice part of town so you felt safe walking to town or the railroad area. The outside table and chairs were also nice for breakfast of dinner.

A sweet little Samara Fe getaway!

We loved staying at Paul & Laurie's place. It was close enough to the center of the city while also far enough away that it didn't feel overly touristy. The communication and check in process was top tier and I'm already scheming for a way to visit again. Couldn't recommend it more!

Perfect place to stay for our Anniversary trip.

My husband and I stayed here for an anniversary trip. It was absolutely perfect! The apartment had everything we needed and was in perfect walking distance to downtown Sante Fe. Everything was very clean and check in and out was extremely easy. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Sante Fe.

Super nice, great location

Extremely happy with our stay. Great location allowed us to walk to downtown Santa Fe or the Railyard, and the property was perfect. Decorated very nicely and had tons of amenities - Keurig coffemaker, pods & creamer (which is so nice!), nice bath products and a high quality hair dryer. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. They seemed to have thought of everything. If we go back to Santa Fe we would absolutely stay there again. Highly recommend.

5 Days in Santa Fe

The accommodations were very lovely and well placed right near plenty of restaurants and an easy walk into town. The unit next door is under construction and we had to ask to get our car out, but the workers were respectful and kind not working too loudly in the mornings. I expect the work will be complete by the time you read this. I would stay here again.

Beautiful Adobe Bungalow

This was our very first time staying in a VRBO property. We were very impressed! This bungalow is super charming and in the perfect location! It is within walking distance to The Plaza (2 blocks)! Everything appeared newly remodeled and super clean. The owners thought of everything that their guests may need making our stay comfortable and memorable. We will be back next year and know where we will be staying!

I was born in the San Francisco Bay Area and moved to Hawaii in my early teens. I returned to California for college. I visited my new college friend from Santa Fe one summer break and fell instantly in love with the city and moved here in 1989. My wife, Laurie, and I raised our family here. Both my wife and I are in the real estate business.

We love food and culture which is plentiful in Santa Fe. Our favorite travel destination is Europe and especially Italy (food again) where my family roots are. I love to cook having learned from my Italian nona.

We are very casual people and love to share our "city different". We are available to give you suggestions and tips for your stay.
