The room was clean, everything was straight forward for checking in and out. The location was great for walking downtown Chelan, going mini golfing, and getting to the lake! Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Great location…needs upgrades.

The location is great and the hard surfaces (counters etc) and bed were clean. However, the carpet was so dirty and worn out I wouldn’t walk on it in bare feet. The furniture is old and has staining on it.

It was convenient and easy to find. The kitchen was nice. However, the carpet was stained and dirty and musty smelling, paint on the living room wall was chipped, and there were swarms of sugar ants in the bathroom.

Great location!

This was a very nice room in a great location. We were in town for a beach volleyball tournament and was pleased to find out that is was right across the street from the park and the courts allowing us to walk to the tournament and avoid parking fees at the park. The room was clean and quiet and very comfortable on days that were pushing 100 degrees outside. Everything was as advertised and we were communicated with very well along every part of the process. We will definitely try to stay here again on our future trips to Chelan.

Small studio great location

This place has everything I needed for a chelan fishing trip. I was concerned after noticing small things like damaged furniture, carpet stains and other small things which only concerned me because I didn't want to be blamed for it. It was clean enough for me and stocked with enough towels to cover my 3 night stay. The bed was comfortable enough and I didn't hear any noise from neighbors.

Great stay!

We had 2 adults and 2 children in the unit and it worked out just perfectly for the 3 days we were there. Loves: 1. We locked ourselves out on accident and someone unlocked it within 15min of my call. 2. Waterfront/park were right across the street. 3. Our favorite pizza place was right across the street. 4. We had just enough space without feeling crowded. 5. We were able to walk to town and not be too tired. Dislikes: 1. The street to get to the park was a little difficult to cross with traffic not wanting to stop. 2. WiFi was spotty. Very spotty. But that’s not why we were there so we didn’t mind. Overall we would love to stay here again! (We didn’t use the pool so no opinion about that)

Great location but a few issues

Really nice location, unit just as described but there were some plumbing issues. The dishwasher was out of order, but the bigger issue was the toilet stopped flushing, we had to reconnect the chain in the tank each time. We called service who said they would send someone and I’m guessing no one came because it was never fixed. Otherwise the pullout couch was more comfortable than the bed IMO. Would rent again minus plumbing issues.

Get What You Pay For

We thought we got a great deal but this turned out to be exactly what we paid for. The place is TINY- the photos must be taken in wide mode because all the furniture is basically touching and there is no open space. The views are of a parking lot and the pool is not very nice. We arrived to some cherry stems and mess on the counter and a dirty sink. There were also a lot of annoying noises all day and night coming from loud plumbing, the broken ice maker, and neighbors. The saving grace was that its walking distance from everything, but we have no interest in staying again.

There was no communication about the shared pool. I had to reach out to get a code that didn't work. I followed up at least five times to only be told they'd escalate for attention. One person called me back giving me the pool code I already had (that didn't work) and every time I called/texted back, I had to re-explain, just to get no resolution. A very frustrating experience considering the pool was a large part of the appeal of this location. They also give the absolute bare minimum. We had two guests on this reservation and were given one bath towel. When I asked for more, I was told we get a "starter kit" and would need to bring anything else that's needed. Wouldn't consider one towel for two guests for three nights a starter kit. Kitchen had no basics whatsoever. Wifi didn't work, couldn't even stream a show without it stopping every 30 seconds legitimately). No pool towels. A frustrating experience and really disappointed in Vacasa and certainly won't be booking any experiences they're tied to going forward.
