I'm a wife and mom, as well as a professional stuntwoman. I'm not exactly sure which one of those provides the greatest challenges, but they all keep me on my toes and super appreciative of the little things. My husband and I actually first met at a secret ninja training temple in the mountains of Bhutan, where we battled each other daily, and eventually fought our way into each other's hearts. Ok... so it was actually on a stage at Six Flags Magic Mountain, where we had leading roles in the Batman Begins Stunt Show. He was Bruce Wayne, and I was Rachel Dawes, and we fell in love for real. Our son, is now my husband's junior sidekick and partner in crime, and I wouldn't have it any other way. We love to travel, and since our boy is now 10, we've just begun to explore the world a bit, with recent trips to Barbados, England and Scotland. A few years ago we made it all the way to India. Three words to describe that trip... Holy. Cow. Batman. Worth every second. And every Rupee. It was a long way to go for fresh Curry, but an even longer way to go for a joke. Oye. My husband and I are adventurous; after all, we are both stunt performers. BUT, when we go on vacation, we like to take it easy--sleep in, take walks, easy hikes, eat at new restaurants, see local shows, find a great park or indoor adventure for our son, read, and just spend time together as a family, without the hectic day-in, day-out stuff we have going on at home. We're low key. Vacation is relaxation time! When traveling abroad, we typically stay at a vacation rental, and a recent relocation for work allowed us to open our house for guests just like us, looking for some great adventures, some well-deserved R and R, and a beautiful place to call home while away. We aim to provide that same feeling for all of our guests, and will do whatever it takes to make sure your stay in our home, makes you feel like it's your home.
