Perfekter, privater Kurzurlaub für 2 oder kleine Gruppen, wirklich im Herzen des Weinlandes. Unser Cottage wurde kürzlich in FYIs Tiny House Hunting - Staffel 3, Folge 8 vorgestellt! Diese Unterkunft ist von einem Weinlandweg umgeben und befindet sich gleich neben dem South Coast Winery. Ebenfalls die Straße hinunter befindet sich das beliebte Pferdeland, einschließlich der neuen Polofelder in Galway Downs.

Das Temecula-Weinland ist ein wachsender Urlaubsort für Pferdeliebhaber, Weinverkoster, Hochzeiten, Heißluftballon-Enthusiasten sowie Radfahrer. Und selbst wenn Sie keines dieser Dinge mögen, ist die offene Landschaft eine willkommene Abwechslung von der Hektik des Stadtlebens.

Das Cottage Haven ist ein süßes Gästehaus auf unserer 5 Hektar großen Ranch mit eigenem Eingang. Unsere Familie bleibt im Haupthaus beschäftigt, aber Sie haben Ihre Privatsphäre außerhalb des Haupthauses in der Hütte. Modernes Cottage-Dekor, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und das Flüstern von Kiefern sind nur einige der Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie genießen werden. Auf dem Dachboden im Obergeschoss können Ihre Freunde oder Kinder von den 2 Einzelbetten aus die Aussicht auf die Baumwipfel genießen. (Bitte beachten Sie: Die Treppe zum Dachboden ist eine Dachbodentreppe - siehe Foto)

Genießen Sie ein Picknick auf Ihrem eigenen Rasen oder üben Sie Ihre Fußballfähigkeiten auf dem vorderen Fußballplatz / Rasen. Setzen Sie sich mit einem Glas Wein und einem guten Buch an den Gemeinschaftspool und genießen Sie die ruhige Landschaft und das Geräusch der Brise, die durch die riesigen Kiefern weht, die Sie umgeben.

Pferdeliebhaber können Ihren Anhänger auf dem Grundstück ziehen und ihre Pferde in unserem 16 x 30 Fuß großen Pferdestall mit Schatten korallen. Sie werden auch unsere Labradoodle-Familienmitglieder treffen, die ebenfalls die Ranch durchstreifen.

Wir sind mit unserer Familie vor über 6 Jahren von Yorba Linda in dieses Weingut umgezogen und haben es nie bereut! Wir lieben die wunderschöne Landschaft hier draußen und die friedlichen und sternenklaren Nächte. Und obwohl wir auf dem Land sind, sind wir buchstäblich 5 Minuten von Ralphs, Sprouts Market, Barons, Starbucks, Great Harvest, Eckbäckerei, Best Buy, Sports Authority und Super Walmart entfernt!

Obwohl dieses Haus eine voll ausgestattete Küche hat, würden wir gerne köstliche Restaurants empfehlen, einschließlich Restaurants in den örtlichen Weingütern ... Wir haben sie alle ausprobiert!

Nice and Cozy

Loved the cottage. The small, thoughtful amenities provided by the owners - toiletries, house slippers, safe box, kitchen utensils, towels, etc. - were greatly appreciated and super helpful. A few things to note: the handheld showerhead, microwave and pot rack were out of reach for me (I am 5'0" tall). My spouse is luckily 6'1" but had difficulty reaching these items themself. Due to the location, any guest may want to consider bringing their own Hotspot for wifi. At no fault to the property owners, the wifi provider failed to work for 1.5 days during our stay. The features of the homestead were so beautiful however that having strong wifi may not be a priority since guests would be outdoors and/or "unplugging."

This little cottage was very nice, clean and cozy. The decor was festive and we appreciated the beautiful Christmas tree. Four sisters were comfortable, felt safe and location was close to wine country, downtown Temecula, restaurants and stores. The backyard was very nice with plenty of places to sit or lounge. The jacuzzi was a plus! It was well stocked with everything you need. The stairs are a bit steep and I highly recommend the microwave be moved from on top of the refrigerator to the counter. We really enjoyed our stay at this adorable cottage and will be back.

Beautiful retreat

My sister and I stayed at this property for a 6 day get away and we loved it. It was so peaceful, beautiful, and pleasant. We slept so good in the master bed! The cottage is decorated impeccably and all the amenities make you feel like home. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings which was the perfect way to end the day. We loved the Christmas decorations too.

We found the cottage to be clean and well decorated. Bed was comfortable. We were close to all the wineries. Our only complaint would be, on our last day, the cleaner was waiting outside the cottage an hour prior to check out time.

We came for a 4 night stay for a family wedding at South Coast Winery & left the next day. Unfortunately, the property was not as advertised so maybe ask the hosts if these issues have been fixed before making your decision on renting. One of the main reasons we chose this house over "The Romantic 1 Bedroom Villa" Guest House on VRBO was because of the Hot Tub and the Pool. At the end of Sept the hot tub was our main want over the pool. The hot tub was unusable & not at all like the photos. It was low on water with duct tape all over the upper jets. The filters visibly dirty & the chemical dispenser on top of the filter was not under water so the water had no chemical in it. We only investigated this because of the horrible smell, visible algae & black mold on the valves. The bottom was full of dirt and sand along with bugs and debris stuck to the pump intake screen. We never did get in but we did test the jets and tons of ants came out of the air intake knobs upon turning the system on. The outside bar area was covered with the hosts personal belongings, a shop vac, pool chemicals, door mats etc. The grill was so full of packed grease that nothing would drain while cooking. The patio area was very dirty & covered in bird droppings including the table & chairs. Our main issue over the hot tub being unusable was the spiders & spider webs inside. We killed 5 spiders in the first 8 hours of being in the house. The webs were everywhere and we could feel them on our arms/legs.

Perfect weekend stay

We really enjoyed this cottage and beautiful property! The details of the home were so cute and cozy! My 3 year old son just loved how inviting the outdoor solace was for exploring nature! We enjoyed swimming and the pretty views. The family who lives in the main home is so nice! We would definitely recommend this stay to anyone!

Awesome location, great property, fantastic hosts

The Cottage Haven is exactly like it looks in the pictures. Joe and Shari are EXCELLENT hosts. Communication with them before and during our stay was excellent. The pool and grounds were very well maintained and gave us a sense of calm and relaxation with lots of space and different spots to kick back around the pool. Beds and furniture were very comfortable, kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The location is about a 10 minute Uber ride to downtown/old town Temecula. It is less than 5 minutes to some great wineries. My wife and I had been to Napa on a wine trip and were not sure what to expect with Temecula. We will most definitely be back. I would absolutely recommend staying at this property if you are making a visit to the area with a small group or as a couple.

Beautiful cottage.

Beautiful cottage. A few things to help improve would be to have wash cloths for showering, better toilet paper. Also I would suggest blowing off the entry points to cottage to keep debris from entering and for overall aesthetics. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

A chance to wine

This is a very cozy little cottage. The surroundings are private and tranquil but shops/wineries/dining and the Heritage Rose Garden are all within easy driving distance.a Would reintegrate as noted in the listing that the stairs to the second floor sleeping area are indeed attic stairs. They are steep and shallow with only one hand rail so carrying luggage to the room is tricky if like us, you are seniors. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. My friend and I would not hesitate to stay here again. Really, Temecula Valley is a hidden gem.

Girls Holiday get away

We loved our stay at the cottage. Joe and Shari were great hosts and checked in with us when we arrived and throughout the weekend. The cottage looks as if it is professionally decorated and looked very festive with holiday decor. We enjoyed sitting out by the fire pit with a cup of coffee in the morning and at night the hot tub was nice after wine tasting. This spot is the perfect location to stay if doing a wine tasting tour and an easy Uber ride back at night.

Girls Getaway

Four female friends out for a long weekend getaway and wine drinking! This cottage had everything we needed, was a super clean and stylish! Our hosts, Joe and Shari, were quick to respond to questions and gave us great restaurant and happening recommendations. Beds were very comfortable, and the hot tub was divine! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and close to the wineries so we could Uber without a huge expense! Absolutely would recommend and would definitely return here! Only one bathroom so be prepared to share if there are more than two of you!

Perfect spot

I came for a wedding at a nearby winery. Not only was the location perfect, the little bungalow was the perfect place for me to stay. It was immaculate and had everything I needed for my two nights. The hosts were amazing at communication and making sure everything was there that I needed. I would surely come and stay at this again. They are amazing Hosts on an amazing property. Girls Winery Getaway

3 girlfriends came to Temecula to wine taste and see a concert at South Coast Winery. The cottage was as described but also exceeded expectations. Gorgeous property and wonderful hosts! We arrived early and the hosts allowed to access the cottage early. We were able to use the beautiful pool and met Shari (the owner) who was super nice and even gave us a bottle of their family wine! Everything was clean and even supplied a can of bug repellent for our use. We will definitely come back to the Cottage Haven!

Cottage Haven lives up to it’s name. Comfy, cozy, and quite chic . . This cottage offers everything one would want as an escape into wine country. Shari and Joe are generous hosts and clearly, an engaging couple that warmly welcomes guests to enjoy all the beauty that surrounds their stunning home and magnificent grounds.The cottage is well equipped to unwind and relax after a day of touring the countryside and stopping along the way to select some amazing spirits. Shari was so gracious and spent time chatting with us each day. For doodle lovers, be prepared for some furry, fluffy love. Such a great experience. Cute little cottage.

This is a cute cottage and great location. Owners very responsive. Very glad to have access to the pool/patio to lounge in as this is a small place. This is a better place for a long weekend than an extended stay. If you are coming for the wine country, be sure to check out the online SIP Passport!

We moved from Orange County CA to the beautiful Temecula Valley in 2009. Temecula is such a great place to raise a family and we have loved our time here. There is so much to do and enjoy here: wineries, hot air balloons, casinos, wedding venues, nearby Lake Skinner and Vail Lake, horse back riding - you name it, we got it!

We chose our five acre ranch because it was situated close to shopping, restaurants and wineries, while feeling like you are out in the country. It also gives our labradoodles space to run and play! Tranquility, peace and quiet is what makes out property amazing!

It is so rare in California to find a brick, ranch style house - when we drove up to this property we knew it was for us! And then when we saw the cute cottage on the property and we fell in love with it. We love sharing our property with friends and family and are excited to share it with you.
