The apartment location was perfect for us. We were close to our favorite winery, just up the road. It is close to town and also on the main road to take to other towns like Leavenworth or Cashmere, which we did. The apartment was well furnished, clean, comfortable and warm. We really appreciated the fireplace as it turned cold at night. We had a small hitch at the beginning when the access code for the door did not work but a call to the owner was answered promptly and we got in! Check out was easy and it was good to get a message about what to do for check out. I would refer anyone to this place and would stay again in the future. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Entry door lock did not work for first two days. Patio was not cleaned- cobwebs and dirt. Missing pillow cases for two pillows. Extra sheet and blanket for couch did not appear laundered. Location is not on beach. A large resort stands between resort and beach front park. Parking is problematic, small spaces in garage and little public parking nearby.

the only good thing about this property is that is close to the lake and waterpark but it need a lot of cleaning and maintenance and replacement.

Great location, comfy beds

For the price the place was great. Good location right near the lake. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The indoor pool was a little less than desireable but the kids enjoyed it. Overall a decent place to stay in chelan.

This place was very nice. It had all the amenities that I was looking for. There were two problems. When we arrived, the code for the door had not been reset, so we had to sit outside with our belongings while I called Vacasa. Vacasa was terrible. it took 3 times of telling the person on the phone that I couldn't get in before they finally figured out what the problem really was. Then we had to wait while they contacted the property manager. It was an hour before she was able to reset the code for the door lock. Once inside, the condo was very nice. The next problem is when we went out to dinner that evening. Again, the door wouldn't open. This time the lock mechanism itself was not working. The Vacasa agent again took at least 3 times to be able to figure out what was the problem, despite the fact that I expained the problem very clearly. I had the number for the property manager, so I called her. No answer, but she called me back within 5 minutes. She drove over from her house about 10 minutes away. Just before she arrived, the door managed to unstick itself, and we got in. The property manager was very nice, and we determined that the door latch mechanism was not working properly. She said she would send maintenance out the next day to fix the door. There were no other problems. Loved the condo and had a nice time. Luckily the weather was beautiful, so sitting outside was just an inconvenience, not a miserable experience. I would stay here again. Nice

Overall enjoyed it

Great little place to stay for a getaway for our daughters bday. Only issue was the code. Was emailed several different times different codes. Text a different one. Once we got to the condo was able to get into our condo but couldn’t get in the garage or pool. Had to have it reset several times. Hopefully in the future that can be a bit better organized. Patio furniture had cobwebs but other than that the place was exactly what we were their for.

Excellent place to stay & excellent crew to work with

Our condo was clean, well-equipped with kitchen dishes, utensils, pots & pans. The beds were quite comfortable. (We were short pillow cases for the extra pillows) The pool & spa were wonderful. We did have some questions and small problems, initially. Staff was excellent to work with. She responded immediately to our voicemail, then gave us her # to text to. Maintenance helped fix our small problem. I would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The deck was not private, not even semi private, the neighbors could look right in to our front window and bedroom window. The chairs on the deck were covered in cob webs we didn't even use the deck because so many cob webs on the chairs and all over the railing. The dishes (glasses/cups) were really dirty, fingerprints and crusted on food. There was syrup under the glass on one nightstand in the master bedroom. There was no TV in the master bedroom as posted in the rental description. Overall it was not very clean and I was not very comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was the best part, and I did sleep well.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a long weekend at Lake Chelan even though the smoke was pretty bad from the regional fires. We knew this ahead of time and were prepared for the air quality. The condo was located conveniently to the lake and other local attractions. Was a nice size for our group of 6 and we enjoyed the pool. Parking spaces in the garage were a bit tight so if you have a compact car its no problem, but there were several trucks that would not fit in the spaces available and our van was a tight fit in the "compact" space assigned to the room. The room itself met our needs and was nicely appointed. However, the cleanliness was a bit lacking. When pulling out the sofa bed we found a trove of food crumbs and a baby pacifier underneath the couch. The back patio was not wiped down ( I realize there was smoke and ash in the air but the patio table / chairs hadn't been wiped down in a while) and the BBQ grill did not have all burners working. Overall, minor things but definitely would want a more thorough cleaning done if I were to rent again.

I found basics missing from the kitchen though that are often found in other private rentals—spices, oil, etc. The pool was closed during our stay which was disappointing with kids. There was no compensation offered for this.

Great lakeside summer vacay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We originally booked suite 112 but had issues with the air conditioning. I contacted the property manager Kris who handled things quickly and transferred us to an open unit next door. The space was a bit smaller than our original booking but it was still very comfortable. The unit was immaculate, beds were very comfy and the kids enjoyed the resort's close proximity to Lakeside park and their favorite Snow cone stand. Check in was a breeze, access to parking fairly easy. We did have issues with several cars parking in our designated spot on 2 different occasions. Both Kris and Carlos - maintenance mgr, made sure we had an alternative spot available. Overall, this trip was an awesome kickoff to our summer vacation adventures! Our family has stayed with several chelan property mgt companies over the past few years; Sage Rentals is definitely our favorite, and we will be using them for all our future Chelan vacay needs! Thank you!!
