First, we sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you found. The marks on the wall and bedspread, the dirty vent covers, the door and screen door, and the musty blankets are simply not the standard we hold ourselves to. Please know we're sharing every one of these details directly with our housekeeping team so we can make it right for the guests who follow. Cleanliness will always be one of our top priorities. We also want to gently mention that our listing doesn't advertise this condo as a pool view. The property map clearly shows the location of the unit, so you can see exactly where you'll be before you book. We aim to keep every detail transparent from the start. One more thing worth sharing: we're always just a message or call away. We didn't hear from you about any of these concerns during your stay, and we truly wish we had, because we would have jumped in right away to fix them. Please never hesitate to reach out, no matter how small something may seem. On a brighter note, we're so glad the short boardwalk stroll to the beach at Beach Marker 3 made your days easy and breezy, and that the well-stocked kitchen had everything you needed to cook with ease.
