Dies ist eine neu renovierte Effizienz Wohnung in Sea Isle Village, die am Strand liegt. Es gibt einen Wanderweg zum Strand, so dass Sie direkt zum Meilenstein Nr. 3 gehen können. Verbringen Sie einen Tag am Strand und gehen Sie gleich wieder zu Ihrer wunderschön renovierten Wohnung, in der Sie eine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie einen Essbereich mit Platz für 6 Personen finden. Entspannen Sie im Wohnbereich auf einer Couch oder einem Sofa, schauen Sie fern kostenloses Kabel und Wifi. Wenn Sie zum Bett fertig sind, gibt es zwei bequeme Queen-Size-Betten. We enjoyed our stay. The location was great. I love the countertops. If you plan to cook, bring your seasonings. Some places have basics but this one doesn’t. It’s not a problem. But definitely something to know when you are packing for your trip.

Overall was a great place but the cleaning cree definitely does not check on things you clean the dishes you use and we had to clean dishes that were out away that had all over them also floors were not clean at all

TX beach vacation

The condo was perfect for our family of four. It had everything that we needed and was a two minute walk from the beach. The pool was excellent for afternoon and evening swims. We will definitely be back!

Most everything was perfect

Great little condo for the price! Only thing I would change, was having more paper products (toilet paper/paper towels) for your guests. I also got a message from property management saying to come to their headquarters to grab the keys. Once I got there, they said there weren't keys and that we need the code, which I still hadn't received at time of check in. I eventually got the message and was able to check in easily.

Quick weekend

The place was great for a quick weekend visit. The room numbers were a little wonky, but we found ours and getting in was easy. Check in and check out instructions were texted for easy access with clear instructions.

Really loved our stay and room. Most importantly how from the beginning I was informed of the steps to take. Area that I rented was reachable and approachable. Loved the pool and the facility was within walking distance to the beach. Highly recommend !

Great spot!

The room was nice for my little family of 4. Bed sheets and decor pillows were a little dirty but we just pulled them off the bed. (The pillows) sheets we made do! The villa had a little “old/moldy” smell to it but a quick trip to CVS for Lysol didn’t hurt. Easy walk to the beach. Nice pool area.

A lovely place

This was my first time staying here, and I will definitely stay here again! A girlfriend and I did a weekend girls trip... at first arrival, the cleanliness stood out; this place was spotless. The location was perfect, a very short drive to restaurants and shopping, and a lovely short walk to the beach. Oh, and the beds were super comfortable. Can't wait to come back!

Great location

Location was great. Can walk down to the beach or can drive drive your golf cart down to the beach and does not take long at all to get there. Only thing that I wish would’ve been different is that the place could’ve been cleaned better for when we arrived. There was sand still all over everything from the people before us.

Short walk to beach , great location !

We enjoyed our stay at this condo located 1/4 mile walk straight to the beach . The Only issues we had were the bathroom trash was not emptied when we arrived , it was overflowing with feminine products, so we had to take out the trash . Also , we weren’t allowed to turn the air down past 74 and we are used to 65 at night at home . Luckily we planned ahead and brought an extra fan and a small portable air conditioner with us . Condo had all dishes needed and came with 1 roll of paper towels and toilet paper which was perfect . There were enough towels for the 3 of us to shower every day and use a clean towel which was a plus and we were able to wash our beach towels we brought at the on-site laundry room , just need quarters . First night we slept great , but beware if there is someone renting out the above unit who doesn’t respect the fact your below , you may not sleep well due to noise . We reported the noise issues to the front office when they started moving furniture around and banging on something , and also contacted the owner of the above condo through A different site but since this was not one of the rentals through our company ( as far as I know ) there wasn’t much anyone could do and I did jot receive contact back from that owner . Beds were small so not sure if they are true queens but as long as you don’t mind sleeping close to your spouse you should be comfortable . Overall we would stay here again and hope that we had more considerate neighbors above but the condo itself was super comfortable, homey and made you feel like you were at the beach with the beautiful and colorful art and decor .
